Denmark u21s will take on France u21s on Sunday, 22 June in a huge quarter-final clash in the UEFA European Under-21 Championships.
Both teams come into the match unbeaten at the tournament so far, with France performing as expected and Denmark becoming the competition's dark horses.
Will the fairytale continue for the Danes or will France have too much firepower for them to handle? Check out our match prediction below.
How the bookies view it: France start as big favourites
France come into this match as the favourites with the bookmakers, and they are expected to get the job done inside 90 minutes. BoyleSports have priced a France win at 4/6, while a victory for Denmark in normal time has been priced as short as 3/1. The draw, which would take the match into extra time, has been priced at 14/5.
Head to head: A second meeting in two years
These two teams have only faced each other once before in the past four years, and that was a friendly match in 2023. On that occasion, France were dominant, winning the match 4-1, and a similar result here isn't out of the question given the talent at their disposal.
Players to watch: Can Newcastle man continue to shine?
One of the standout players at the tournament so far has been Denmark striker, William Osula. The talented striker, who made 14 Premier League appearances for Newcastle last season, has come to life at the Euros, scoring three goals and providing two assists in the group stages.
While the 21-year-old is yet to show that kind of form in his cameos for the Magpies, his performances will have been hugely encouraging for Eddie Howe, especially as speculation continues to grow over the future of Alexander Isak.
Perhaps importantly, Osula started on the bench in Denmark's final group game as qualification was already secured. This means he should come into this one feeling fresh.
The French danger man will be another Premier League fringe player, Mathys Tel. The Tottenham one was also rested at the end of the group stages and won't want to end the campaign with just one goal.
Predicted line-ups
Neither team have reported any injuries for the match, which means both managers will field what they feel is their strongest starting XI on Sunday. Aside from Osula and Tel, several other players should come back into the fold after being rested at the end of the group stages. For Denmark, this includes Anton Gaaei and Oliver Provstarrd, while Guillaume Restes and Catello Lukeba will return for France.
Denmark u21s: Jungdal – Gaaei, Kristensen, Provstgaard, Jeler – Nartey, Sorensen – Jensen, Fraulo, Bischoff – Osula
France u21s: Restes – Sildillia, Matsima, Lukeba, Merlin – Agoume, Doukoure – Tchaouna, Cisse, Tel – Abline
