Nov 18: Killie v Celtic Betting Preview

CELTIC have been without 14 players this week – and Brendan Rodgers could leave them all out and still beat Killie tonight.

That's the harsh reality with the champions in a league of their own this season.

Rodgers has been moaning about playing a day early after the internationals but the only players affected should be long travellers Tom Rogic, Emilio Izaguirre and Cristan Gamboa.

It's a week since those involved with Scotland have played (some would say years) and then there is the man whose transfer value seems to go up £1m every time he scores.

Moussa Dembele netted two for France U-21s on Monday and slammed a hat-trick past Killie when they were thrashed 6-1 at Celtic Park.

I accept Celtic may be a bit leggy and a five-goal win is unlikely but I reckon they'll cover the minus two handicap even if Lee Clark says his side have been preparing for two weeks to stop the Hoops.

Celtic are no bigger than 1-5 at Betfred to win, 8-15 at Paddy Power to win by two or more and 7-5 with Paddy Power minus two.

Fired-up Dembele is my choice to score first at 3-1 with McBookie and William Hill and 8-9 at 888sport to net. Consider Scott Sinclair, who has been relaxing on holiday in Dubai, to strike at any time at 11-8 with Betfred.

It's worth remembering Killie scored first at Parkhead with a stunner from Souleymane Coulibaly.

Clark's side are 5-4 with Coral to net again and Coulibaly is 9-2 at bet365 to get it. To break the deadlock Coulibaly is 16-1 at bet365.

If you think Celtic might start slowly try half-time draw, Celtic win at 19-5 with McBookie. And if you reckon the Rugby Park men can become the second side not to lose to Rodgers's rampant outfit you can have 9-2 at Ladbrokes.
