MRF CharityBet

MYSELF and the team here at MrFixitsTips.co.uk are always looking at ways to enhance the benefits of being a Silver and Gold Member on the site and we've come up with a new feature that rewards one member each week with the chance to win some money for their favourite charity.

I've teamed up with Ladbrokes who have kindly given me a free £25 charity bet each week. If you're a Silver or Gold Member you'll get the chance to enter the draw to win the bet for YOUR charity.

Each week I'll choose one lucky member from those that have nominated a charity. That member will then choose a bet, which will be placed at Ladbrokes, to the value of £25. This can be either a single, double or treble.

If the bet wins we'll send the winnings on to the nominated charity and you can bask in the glow of helping someone in need.

How to take part

Silver and Gold Members should simply post their chosen charity in the comments section below. I'll then be in touch with the winner ahead of next weekend. The winner must send me their bet before 5pm on Friday so that I can place the bet.

Get involved and do your bit.

The Royal British Legion. I’m a former soldier of 7 years, twice volunteered served in the Northern Ireland ( 93-94 and 97-98) – 942 days frontline.

When I needed help, the RBL were the only ones who came to my assistance, would love to pass a bit more back their way.

My daughter Mia who’s nine has Down Syndrome and had nine heart operations before the age of eighteen months. It would be lovely to give the charity bet to the Down Syndrome association, a charity that isn’t ‘ trendy ‘ and offen over looked.
