Top Football Tips

IT was one bet and one winner at 2-1 on Monday with a little of help from my friends.

I picked out Portsmouth who came from behind to win their FA Cup tie at Harrogate while over 1.5 goals at Larissa and Karlsruhe +1 were bets I picked after reading comments from Parcelona and kf. Not exactly the same bets but thanks anyway.

Well done to all the winners on a quiet night including Greg and HullShaker.

On Tuesday the coupon is dominated by EFL Trophy matches but I usually give them a miss.

Yeovil face Hartlepool in the FA Cup and there are five National League North and South matches.

The Annan v Brechin Scottish League Two match should be a home win at 3-5 with McBookie and I'm on Greg's over 2.5 goals tip on Kings Lynn v Leamington. Annan are unbeaten at home this season while Brechin boss Mark Wilson is ringing the changes after his side's 5-2 defeat at Queen's Park at the weekend.

HullShaker has posted about goals at Billericay v Wealdstone and that was going to be in my treble but it's off.

Don't forget to check the match previews and welovebetting for their tips and video chat.

    ??????? National Legaue North ???????

King’s Lynn Town vs Leamington (7.45pm)

I don’t get an opportunity to look at the lower leagues in England as much as I’d like to but this looks like the stand out match on Tuesday for goals. ⚽️

High flying King’s Lynn have adapted to the National league North like a fish to water since their promotion last season.

Nobody has seen more goals scored in their games than they have this season ( avg 3.8 goals in their matches)

14 of their 16 league games have gone away over 2.5 goals with 10 of those games seeing over 3.5 which is great going.

They may be the leagues joint highest scorers but they are defensively frail. Despite their lofty position of second, the have the 7th worst defensive record in league with a staggering 26 goals conceded.

To but that into context, 1st place York City who are just 4 points above them have conceded 19 fewer goals.

Their gungo ho mentality makes for terrific viewing for punters visiting the Walks and home fans certainly can’t say they haven’t been entertained with 31 goals scored in their 8 games ( 5 wins 3 draws)

Interestingly they have only kept 1 clean sheet and they’ve conceded 2 goals in each of their last 4 matches but for them that’s not a problems as they’ve found the net at least twice in all 8 home games.

Leamington are struggling but are performing better on the road than at home and given Kings Lynn all out attack approach, they may well score but should concede a few.

    Betting angle?⚽️

Over 2.5 goals is 8/15 and over 2.5 goals and btts look extremely appealing at 20/21 especially as that’s landed in 7 of their 8 home games.

Over 3.5 pays 34/25 and again that looks generously priced considering its landed in 6 of their 8 home games.

All 8 home games for King’s Lynn have seen at least 2 second half goals and that pays 8/11

Will decide in the morning but get on early as the overs prices will shorten I’d imagine.

    Posted yesterday…

Tonight though sees San Francisco vs Seattle Seahawks and some of you may remember me posting Seattle at 18/1 as my next best selection for Super Bowl winners (now 25/1) , this is down to wholly Russell Wilson who is having an MVP season in Seattle and long may it continue, tonight they are outsiders against an unbeaten 49’ers side, however I am not wholly convinced San Fran are the business with their wins mainly coming against teams the have lost double the amount of games they have won on average…. Seattle are 7-2 so are also firing and actually lead the 49’ers on offensive stats this year.
For conservative punters, take the +6 for Seattle offered at evens, however I’m going all out here and taking Seattle to win (moneyline) priced at 9/4 at sky and hills

    Nap tonight…

    Seattle to Win
    9/4 skybet

I’m doubling my nap stake here, BOL everyone today
    ✅✅✅✅

Seattle run out 27-24 winners, well overpriced and price now cut to 16/1 on them winning the Super Bowl, that’s more like it ?

Morning lads i know it’s a little time off yet but the Celtic v Rennes Europa game(28th) looks good value for getting an early bet on! The Rennes coach has already stated he will play his youth team against Celtic:

“I don’t view the two remaining games in the Europa League as not important. I see it as a great opportunity to use it to give our young players a chance to taste European football.”

    So i feel prices on Celtic will shorten massively as game time nears. Currently you can get around 4/7 on the Celtic win but i feel there is room to squeeze a bit more value out with;

    Celtic -1 at 8/5 (Betfair)

Looking through the early card is a rare treat and there’s sometimes a fair but of value in the European Youth games, I’ve spotted one that could fit the bill and kicks-off at midday…

TSC BAKA TOPOLA U19 VS. FK BRODARAK U19
    (12.00pm)

The short for the away side prices caught my eye so had a little dig and there’s not a lot of gen out there, the club website revealed they were the Youth Champions last year and look to be one of the most establish set-ups.

Results are limited but the fact they were beaten by just 2 goals by Man United’s U19 side in 2018 indicates they are no mugs and are clearly up against weaker opposition.

Certainly not one to go mad on but I’ll tackle this price for goals:

One for the 24th of November,
    Sheffield United v Man Utd
Sheffield United to win at 13/5******
I know it’s a bit early but as has been said it’s best taking prices early before the public smash the odds in and this particular bet looks nailed on.Sheffield United are far more organised than Man Utd are at this present time, defensively they are sound and the spirit in the team is high,i mean they went to Spurs and got a draw when they really deserved to win that game, they played Liverpool at home and gave them a good game, they beat Arsenal and to cut a long story short they are pretty good side and the league table doesn’t lie.The trouble with Man Utd is they can’t play against teams that are well organised, take the Bournemouth game for example which they lost they didn’t have a clue how to break through and it’s going to be exactly the same here, the odds should tell you enough, the book is offering 11/10 for Man Utd to win in Sheffield yes i typed that correct 11/10 and since when has a big club been them odds to beat a newly promoted side,i take this bet with no hesitation at all, even a home win to nil looks a good bet also.
    Best of luck

Just observing these days but venting a bit of frustration that I hope most are feeling. Mr Robertson and Mr Fraser pull out of a Scotland squad yet again despite a 90min run out with their respective clubs at the weekend. Steve Clarke has one hand tied behind his back with this job. Half hearted so called superstars that couldn’t give a monkeys for their country when it comes to it. I’d stick Tierney in aswell but that’s a strange one as even the Arsenal supporters are miffed as to why he’s not in their side consistently either. I’m not falling for this ‘the club says so’ because Scotland have priority so spare me it’s not their fault patter. Gone are the days when the likes of Aitken,MacLeish,Gough,Malpas and Murdo MacLoed. Sad sorry state of affairs

Callum MacGregor played more minutes than any other player worldwide last season and he’s still plodding on with weekend/midweek/weekend. MacGregor had played 8 qualifiers before before Robertsom took off his holiday Speedos. They are professional athletes at the peak of their powers

    Today on the following;

    –Single–
    Spennymoor v Boston United

Whilst Spenny should get the job done, the visitors have a cracking away scoring record and this match up should produce goals at both ends of the pitch.

    BTTS & Over 2.5 MGls
    23/20

    2 POINTS

    *NAP*

    –Double–
    Spennymoor v Boston United
    Kings Lynn v Leamington

    Both games Over 2.5 MGls
    7/4

    2 POINTS

also a long shot for some interest, these EFL qual games have been pretty good for goals

All 14 EFL cup games Over 1.5 MGls
    9/1

    1 POINT

    Best of luck all.

Well done. After you tipped them I watched the highlights of their weekend 3-2 win at Bradford PA.
Gifted Bradford two goals but apart from that looked a really good side, played some cracking football too.
Probably give Bankies a decent game. One to watch.

Cheers – Defensivley they are murder, second top and have conceded 21 more goals than top of the York? But they know where the goal is. Dreams scenes for goals a team like that.

I need to thank the International break, I would have likely missed this game in a busier card

Both main bets won. For the speculative 9/1 just a goal short at Colchester for a nice bonus but happy enough with that.
