THE first night of the Euro 2020 qualifiers went fairly well and there were too many winners to mention.
They included Greg, Scott, HullShaker and Johnb who could be the go-to guy for the women's World Cup.
I had one winner and one loser for a small profit on the day. My Top Treble won at 8-5 but the 8-1 both to score treble was a North Macedonia goal and could have been covered.
We have another 13 qualifiers on Saturday as well as three matches in the women's World Cup and at first glance there should be victories for favourites Norway, Spain and Germany.

Iceland’s form may have fallen away from that amazing period they had leading up to the Euros and in the Euros in France where the drew with Portugal and famously knocked England out, but they’re still a decent outfit, especially at home. Albania are very poor, even a poor Scotland hammered them 4-0 (in their own patch) and they have discipline problems.
Iceland will be too strong here and thus is my banker of the day.
