MR H was the star turn on the site on Wednesday with a series of winners but it was Mr R who did me a turn.
My only bet was a Super Single on Adam Rooney at 13-8 to score for Salford in the FA Cup and he netted their consolation in a 3-1 home defeat by Shrewsbury.
It was a quiet night and there's another on Thursday before it all kicks off again on Friday.
The only match I've looked at is Benfica v Arouca in the Portuguese Cup and I'm assuming the home men put out a strong team after a disappointing start to the season.
They've been poor in the Champions League and sit fourth in the league and four points behind Porto so they can't afford a slip here as this could be their best chance of a trophy.
They'll be looking for a big win to restore confidence and should get it against a side who lie 13th in the second tier. Benfica have won eight and drawn one of the last 10 meetings between the sides and not surprisingly are a short-priced 1-6 with bet365 to win.
I'm going to take a chance on Benfica -2AH (stake back if they win by exactly two) at 19-20 with 188BET. An alternative is Benfica and over 2.5 match goals at a lesser price of 7-10 at sportingbet.
Remember to check out welovebetting for their latest tips and video chat.

Thanks for the mention Mr F, been a decent few days. Good shout with Rooney again 👌
One bet I like the look of tomorrow is in Egypt where powerhouse side El Zamalek entertain midtable El Dakhleya. The home side should win this well but they ain’t watertight at the back having conceded in 8/11. Indeed 6/8 of their wins have seen both sides net including each of their last 4 games. The away side although not prolific in front of goal have scored in 11/13 & have netted in all 6 away days. Hoping the away side grab a consolation 🤞
El Zamalek WIN & BTTS – 13/5
Well done mr h some cracking picks, like the look of your Zamelek bet,of course Al ahly are the powerhouse side in that division, its worth noting that Al Ahly sit bottom of the table 15 points adrift of Zamelek now if you can find a bookie thats offering a market on teams to win that league then it’s well worth taking Al ahly to win it,they have 6 games in hand and will be 9 games in hand after the next 3 rounds due to them playing in the African champs league, well worth looking at if you can find a good price as this is usually the case,After these games in hand Al Ahly will be top of the the table,my point is you might find a floor with a small bookie.
Cheers Macca, could have been so much better but for fine margins. Had Scotland held out at 3-1 it have added a 9/1 bet Builder, Pro Vercelli 1-1 draw yesterday letdown a 4/1 treble and a goal shy in a o1.5mgls 6fold in the Brazilian games last night at 6/1
You’re spot on with Al Ahly being the top team in Egypt and glad you’ve brought them up as your nap 👍🏻 the Zamalek game aside there’s one other that screams goals today and that’s in India.
Goa are the go too team in India for goals having played 7 goal filled matchesthere’s been 33 goals in total. Every game has seen at least 4 goals and BTTS in all but 1 match which was 5-0….
Kerala Blasters FC 1:3 FC Goa
FC Goa 3:2 Delhi Dynamos FC
Jamshedpur 4:1 FC Goa
FC Goa 4:2 FC Pune City
FC Goa 5:0 Mumbai City FC
Chennaiyin FC 1:3 FC Goa
Northeast United FC 2:2 FC Goa
The away side havent been as prolific but have played 5 and seen 14 goals. They’ve scored in every game and conceded in 3…
Kerala Blasters FC 1:2 Bengaluru FC
ATK 1:2 Bengaluru FC
FC Pune City 0:3 Bengaluru FC
Bengaluru FC 2:2 Jamshedpur
Bengaluru FC 1:0 Chennaiyin FC
I’ll nick yours Macca(hope ye don’t mind) and add it too the Zamalek & Goa games for a treble at just under 5’s

No winners last weekend, but that’s part of the game. I still need to research the Eredivisie games and check team news, but I already have one bet for tomorrow.
Keuken Kampioen divisie – Friday
FC Den Bosch v Cambuur
FC Den Bosch broke their clubrecord of the 2000/2001 season with 8 consecutive wins. That season they were crowned champions and it looks like there are going to challenge for the title this season. The new owner bought a truck load of new players in the summer and there are more to come during the winter window. Den Bosch won 8 games in a row and scored 2+ in 5 of those 8 games. They only conceded 4 goals in these 8 games and kept 4 clean sheets. Den Bosch will have their Estonian striker Sapinnen back in the squad after his involvement in the Estonian national team. Bulgarian youth international and central defender Velkov is back from suspension.
They play Cambuur who are the lowest scoring side in the top half with 19 goals in 14 games. Half of these goals were scored away from home and 5 of the 7 goals were scored in the first 2 away games of the season. In the last 5 away games Cambuur only scored 2 goals and failed to score in 3. They conceded a total of 10 goals in their last 4 away games. A home win looks very likely here.
FC Den Bosch -0.75 asian handicap @ 1.80
Benfica no clean sheet
5/4

AFC Eskilstuna vs Brommapojkarna – 100 to 120 total goal minutes 15/2 Bet365
6 from 7 of El Daklyeh’s previous games have seen five or more first half corners with their opponents usually contributing the majority chunk of them. Today they are away at league leaders, and corner leaders for that matter, El Zamalek who average a high of 7 corners a game, two clear of the rest of the pack. El Zamalek on average are awarded 3.6 corners a half and concede 2.8 while El Daklyeh are awarded 1.6 and concede 3.08 so statistically it looks good for the trend to continue on today.
Good luck all

Just saw DC has already posted this, apologies
Thinking -2 as well, paddy power gave me a power boost to 2/1 so have that .
THE business end of the season is approaching in the Brazilian top flight and there are 4 more games tonight before the penultimate round of matches at the weekend. As with most leagues things tend to open up during the last few weeks of the season and I’m taking there to be goals.
Its not a great league for goals but you get really good value for over 1.5 goals and I don’t think the bookies take into account the need some of these teams have for points
Vasco Da Gama v Sao Paulo (KO 10pm)
The hosts sit just three points above the relegation places and really need to get a result here. Their home form has a good chance of keeping them up having lost just one of their last 9 with 8 of those games seeing at least 2 goals.
Sao Paulo have their own incentive to win tonight and have seen over 1.5 goals in 7 of their last 8 – the head 2 head offers support with 9 of their last 10 meetings between these two seeing at least 2 goals.
Chapecoense v Sport Recife (KO 11pm)
18th Host 16th in what is a real 6 pointer here. After 10 Consecutive away defeats, Recife have found a bit of form on the road at just the right time with 4 points from their last 2 games ( 8 of last 9 over 1.5 goals)
There is nothing to like about Chapecoense , their scoring record is woeful but they are playing against fellow strugglers and with 12 of the last 13 meetings between the sides seeing over 1.5 goals its bodes well
Bahia v Fluminense (KO 11pm)
Another two teams not fully out of the woods yet in terms of avoiding a relegation battle but points here would certainly elevate that. Fluminense’s scoring record is appalling – they’ve scored just 4 goals in their last 10 matches and away from home have lost 4 of their last 5. 9 of their last 10 on the road have seen 2 or more goals but that’s mainly down to the home side scoring
Bahia are strong at home though and have only lost one of their last 13 – id expect them to win this . 11 of last 14 meeting have gone over 1.5 goals
Ceara v Parana (KO 11pm)
A dead rubber for the visitor who are bottom of the league and already relegated. The hosts however, are in decent shape at home – they need a win here to remove any risk of being relegated and should do so against a side who have lost 14 of their last 15 away games
Their last 6 at home have seen over 1.5 goals and hoping they can manage that again tonight
Recommended Bets
•All 4 games over 1.5 goals
•3/1 (Bet365)
•10+ goals to be scored
•1/1 (Skybet)

Afternoon gents,
No joy in Wales yesterday despite the 2nd minute goal…mentioned Flamengo win and unders at 3/1 being the value against Gremio but never backed it…story of the week 😔
Crackers busy with wotk at the minute so very brief post on a game that offers some appeal on a poor card…
FAS VS. AUDAZ (2100 KO):
Just a chance that the team goal markets may offer some value; Auadaz may not be on a high- scoring streak but hosts Fas have hit 2-1-3-1-1-2 in consecutive matches with the H2H reading some hefty scorelines over the last 13 months!
Since October last year, the two have played out 6 games with match goal totals of 1-5-2-5-5-3 and Fas team goal totals of 1-2-1-4-3-2…not too shabby and given the prices for a Fas brace, worth a shot:

I wish him luck with the court case. Betfred will obviously have expensive lawyers fighting their corner and maybe he can get a much better out-of-court settlement than the £60k they offered him.
