MY Scottish and English previews are focused on Sunday games but there's plenty to look at on Saturday and hopefully we'll all have a winning weekend.
The big Sunday games are Liverpool v Man City and Rangers v Hearts with Celtic also in action at St Johnstone.
My Saturday Super Single from my short list is Ayr at home to managerless Dundee United at a decent price of 29-20 with McBookie.

I’ve seen Hamilton play quite a few times this season and they do seem to create a lot of chances in matches, they are just very wasteful in front of goal. Hibs, however, will create a lot of chances and we should see at least three goals here

Quite risky but I don’t see why we can’t do it. We had a great record against the top 6 last season. I know we haven’t picked up any points of any of them yet this season but we haven’t changed our tactics and all those games were close (all finishing 2-1 and I think the Chelsea penalty and Free kick which let to their winner were wrongly given). Mourinho has a terrible record against us and Benitez has the best premier league record against Mourinho also. We’ve only won once at old Trafford since the 70’s so I wouldn’t advise anyone to back a straight win but I think now is probably the best time to play Man U too.
I’ve had a bet on Jonjo Shelvey over 0.5 shots at 4/5 with Bet365. Seems a good price he averages 0.8 shots a game and is our usual Free kick taker. Also likely to take a shot from anywhere. Hi windy, do you believe Plymouth will improve significantly when their injuries clear up? Will Adams be given time? Stats suggest Plymouth gave Barnsley a good game, I fancied Plymouth today but was swayed by continuation of injured players !
@warktheline I do believe they will start getting results if the injury crisis is over. I just hope theycan keep Carey free of injuries, without that man I don’t know where the goals will come from.
A great result from them today and they should be picking up max points from opposition similar to Wimbledon. Just hope they can kick on now, Can’t see the same napping as last season mind. That was a one off.

On a separate note, I am considering restarting my £10 challenge. Hopefully most days, a daily thread on a few games that peek my interest to grab a few in-play solitary goals. For those that have yet to join in the rollercoaster that is my betting challenge, it is a blast. It is kinda set up in a way that pays you regularly, but it is a really really slow grind. There is a comprehensive Do’s and Don’ts in the betting challenges section available to members, there is far too much info there to repost but those that have taken part in it have I believe enjoyed this fresh approach to betting. If the admins are Ok supporting me with this, I’ll put up a few games each day in a separate thread for the community to have a gander. If you are new to full membership, again, please take the time to read through the different parts in the betting challenge forum, it is clearly labelled. ( It is the first posted challenge in that forum ). There is a huge amount of info to absorb but is very worthwhile. It could be used to help you control how much you spend with the bookies but still keep a bit of action going.
It is about exploiting the in-play price rise for betting on the overs 0.5 goals in a match. A couple a day and it starts to mount up. You will need a bet365 account because the overs 0.5 market is covered better with them and it will be very useful if you are a paid up member for access to the do’s and don’ts . Its not about finding a list of games that will yield a winner, it is more about avoiding the ones that could trip you up.
Sometimes, when it comes to luck, I’m the only guy in the world that can step onto a snow covered football pitch and stand in the only dog bomb on the field. This challenge is very much like that. Step on it once – Ok, take another step – BOOM, it happens. The idea is to take 1 step ( land a winner ) – then scrub that game and get off. Find a new field.
Incidentally, the most common score line in football is a 1 nil.
All the tips are there in the forum, I know this challenge gained a hell of a lot of interest in the past, and I am determined that it CAN be done.

1st off Khabib has to actually pitch up cause the kid is flaky-as & that weight cut took it out of him. Stylistically this is a bad match-up for both fighters. Conor’s been away from the octagon for 2 years so that’s a bit of a worry & well Khabib’s record is next level. He’s the underdog & facing a kid who’s 26-0. If anyone can pull it off though then it’s Conor! I just can’t bet against Conor though, I’ve learnt my lesson the hard way & went against him for the Aldo and 2nd Diaz fights. He walks the talk! Khabib is the betting favourite & rightly so but he has never been in a fight this big & more than 80% of his fights have been against bums. There’s not been many press conferences but Conor has clearly got in Khabib’s head already & he’s rattled. Khabib’s father denied a visa, Conor laying it on & the Irish fans getting to him, I’m interested to see how he handles it and comes out when that bell finally rings.

I reckon there’s 3 ways to pick out bets; the first is to have a good knowledge of the broader picture of team and league; the second is to get under the skin of a game with stats and team news whilst the 3rd is to go with what your gut is telling you!
This one hits all 3 of the above criteria and I’m convinced we will see goals at a good price.
Chape will need a minor miracle to escape the drop back down to Serie B this season but they do have a chance; their last 4 consecutive games have seen 3 or more match goals and whilt it’s a poor run of form, they have scored in 7 of the last 8 and have fired only 5 blanks in their last 31 on home soil.

I think we need some more sparkle in the centre midfield. Ox is a massive miss. Maybe Lallana can make a comeback soon.
