BetVictorBankBuilder

WE'RE down the last four in the BetVictor Bank Builder challenge so well done to MiniDuffman, Hoosha, Alanptfc and RobRoy for making it this far.

There will now be two semi-finals followed by a final and the last-four draw is Hoosha v Rob Roy and Alanptfc v Miniduffman.

The semi-finals will be played over Tuesday and Wednesday and what I want is a win-draw-win double that pays over evens – one from Tuesday and one from Wednesday. You can choose from any senior games in England or Scotland plus the Conference Premier as well as Champions League. On Wednesday you can include Portuguese Segunda Liga games too.

Rules. Quote BetVictor odds for the singles and double. Only doubles commented on the thread will count. If there is a tie in any of the matches this will be decided by the person who has the lowest-paying double (it's a Bank Builder after all). If there is still a tie the winner will be decided by toss of a coin.

Last-eight results

MiniDuffman beat RodthePod
Simon Wright drew with Hoosha
(Hoosha through on odds quoted)
Alan lost to Alanptfc
lewispickering lost to RobRoy

Note: Everyone posted on the thread and quoted odds except admin. Simon Wright drew 3-3 with Hoosha but emailed original selections and that's no use because they have top be seen on the thread. When he sent in three he never quoted odds. I accept he had some problems posting and finding them – but he was the only one.

Everyone is playing for a £25 free bet from BetVictor in a type of last-man standing contest – it's now £25 because everyone has been asked to pick a selection over evens.

Only the 4 playing this round should post tips on this thread but anyone can comment.

Didn’t realise i’d lost. I’ll be cheering on Rod then, so I can hopefully have been put out by the eventual winner.

Not arguing with the result, a loss is a loss. Interested to see what people come up with for this round.

Don’t understand how Rod got 4/4 anyway. He went for Liverpool to score, didn’t he?

Lyall, you’re right – that result should be other way round.

MrF, where it says the tie will be decided by the lowest paying double, does that mean the person (me and Hoosha in this case) with the worst odds would go through?

  16. Avatar of RobRoy
    RobRoy 10 years ago

Hoping that wasn’t the case anyway that’s why i went for slightly higher odds in case of a draw

Everybody is on Hibs today. Would be interesting if they won’t win.
