POSTING from sunny Tenerife so apologies it’s been quiet over the past couple of days. Crudely beaten again by the half point in Seattle with the Rams holding on to a 2 point win. Enron’s prop landed with ease and tonight I have another prop.
Jay Ajayi is now out for the season with a torn acl, so the Eagles will turn to a committee in the backfield with Clement and Smallwood. Both backs have fairly small scrimmage yards tonight but I’m going to favour Smallwood who is the healthier back despite maybe not receiving as many touches tonight.
The Giants will have pass rusher Olivier Vernon back, so a good dose of run and screens should favour the Philly game plan.
Philly are hurting on the o line a fair bit, so the pressure should get to Wentz. He has a very low rushing line which I think can be taken advantage of.

I’ve took your Smallwood tip Jordan and also going for a Giants/under double. Eagles can stuff Barkley and with neither O performing (omitting the OBJ spark against Carolina) I think this could be a low score. Then taking the TNF home team wins stats into account even though Eagles don’t have to travel so far but the decent home price against a struggling Eagles gives a decent price. For how bad the Giants have been a win tonight evens things up in the division so a lot to play for.

Fast start for the Eagles due to Eli throwing another int. 3 yards for Smallwood but jumped on the under again,

Loss of 4 for Smallwood. We’re in negative territory. Good thing by the looks of it is Giants don’t look like they’ll retain much possession tonight. haha
My cover on the under broke even but looked unlikely through the 3rd so happy to walk away break even. Smallwood got to 52 so jut shy unfortunately. Still onto the weekend. How good is Chiefs v Pats going to be! surely the over is well worth a look. Also not sure how to predict the London game but Seahawks impressed week 5.
Posted on Monday.
Eagles -2.5 * win *
A nearly night for Smallwood on TNF with a poor 51 yards on 18 carries. The volume was there but couldn’t get it going for four more yards which was unfortunate. Clement got his with Wentz falling short by a yard on his total.
Tomorrow see’s some tough games but hopefully no more cruel losses with ML picks going forward. The Jaguars are in Dallas and I fancy them to get a W in Jerry World. The Cowboys are very predictable on offense and will likely struggle against this D. With no clear receiver, Ramsey and co should have an easyish day in the secondary.
Double the Jags up with the alternative total in New England. We should have some game with the 5-0 Chiefs coming to Bradyville. I honestly wouldn’t call this one, but we should almost certainly see points traded for all four quarters. Can this Chiefs team send a statement to the league in what is looking like an early AFC championship? Time will tell.
Add Green Bay to bounce back from their loss in Detroit last week. As bad as our first half was, Rodgers came back with his second best passing game of his career, only for Mason Crosby to miss almost every kick which would have given the Packers the W if converted. The Niners handed the Cards their first win last week, and I can see Bethard struggling to keep the pace. Rodgers fumbled twice last week on two sacks. That won’t happen this week.
