ML action tonight. Going against my faves from last year and backing the Bucks to beat Philly on a road b2b set.

Blake Griffin dominated and rallied Detroit late to win at in OT yesterday and with Simmons sat out it remains to be seen if he’s back in the line-up tonight. I’ll take the Bucks at home who are yet to taste defeat in three this season.

Double them up with Charlotte to win in Chicago who are now without Kris Dunn at guard as well a Jabari Parker. That’ll leave them very short with LaVine their only real threat.

    Unlucky with the Hornets Jordan.

Think I might start paying close attention to the Bucks 4 wins on the Bounce and some favourable odds.

Easy win for Miller but a low scorer in OKC after a fight back from Boston. A short price tonight but with Harden out and CP3 coming up against his old team, this should be worth while.

    Chris Paul (Rockets) Over 32.5 Points/Assists @ 8/11 @ PP – 2.75 points

CP3 had a shocker so no joy there. Took these yesterday so posting now.

Tomorrows week 8 slate is upon us in the NFL and I’ve got my eye on two picks that look fairly safe for a double.

The Steelers are fresh off their bye week at home to a Cleveland team who still don’t know how to win. So many of their games have gone right to the end, but they’ve come up short in most. Pittsburgh will take heart of the Browns inability to stop the run, so James Connor should have a big day. Pittsburgh should also know by now that their division is no easy win this year, so they’ll have to take this one to keep the pressure on Baltimore and Cinci.

Second pick comes from LA where I might be seeing this through green tinted shades, but I cannot believe the size of the spread against my Packers who are also fresh off a bye. As you know I was BIG on the Rams for their division and NFC Conference and its looking like good picks, but for Aaron Rodgers to be almost double digits on the road is baffling in my opinion. @ 2/5 you can get a 14.5 lead which in my option is massive for the way Rodgers is playing despite his teammates letting him down (same old story for Green Bay). Travel shouldn’t have too much factor as they’re fresh off a bye so back the Pack with a little confidence.

    Pittsburgh Steelers ML
    Green Bay Packers +14.5

    4/5 @ 365 – 5 points

    James Conner (Steelers) Over 114.5 Rush and Receiving Yards @ 4/5 @ 365 – 2.5 points

    Kareem Hunt (Chiefs) Over 115.5 Rush and Receiving Yards @ 8/11 @ 365 – 2.75 points

    Double pays 21/10 @ 365
