SOME interesting matches late on on Friday for Night Owls and will post later but one earlier affair catches my eye like a doe-eyed ewe in spring.
Bangor City v Holyhead Hotspur (7.45pm)
Welsh Cup action here and I’m going to refrain from any sheep jokes although it’s difficult not to mention Craneguy’s 2014 court admission!
Apparently “it winked at me yer honour – it was gallus but I regret it now” isn’t enough to convince a jury but it is enough to secure a nice little ankle bracelet and a banning order from any moorland in the UK.
Footballing-wise Bangor have hit 3-6-9-4 team goals in their last 4 home matches with a poorly performing Holyhead Hotspur failing to set anything on fire with just 1 win in 14 away games and 10 goals conceded on the road in the last 4.
Recommended Bets
- Bangor over 2.5 team goals
- (11-10, bet365)
??? - Over 4.5 match goals (11-4, bet365)
?
We struggled at home to them in the league and we were shit at Rhyl last week.
Gary Taylor Fletcher has returned as manager which is a boost but the Scouserd who ruined our club and got us relegated due to financial issues are still at large and crowds are down as a result.
It will be a hotly contested local derby with a good chance of a red card and I go 3-1 home win.
Good luck shaker ☺️
???4-1 Bangor, well done shaker ???
