LAST Saturday was great fun and we managed to get some bets up with Mrs Hyde obliging and Whatmore going very close.

She’sasuperMack was hugely frustrating in throwing the race away over the last two fences to finish 2nd but at least we’re barking up the right tree.

This week I have four selections across three races where I think there is some each way value. Have a listen to the Gambla Racing Podcast for all my thoughts on the selections:

1.50pm Wincanton

PERFECT MYTH is in fine form and looks to continue a fabulous run of form this season. This is a step up and will require a bit more but she looks a very fair price to me.

3.15pm Doncaster

A brief return to flat racing for me here where I cannot let EUCHEN GLEN go un-backed. He has had a tremendous season and with conditions to suit he can finish it off in style with a nice pot.

3.35pm Wincanton

I have two in this race. The first selection is EL PRESENTE who will have a great each way chance provided the ground doesn’t turn too soft. This is likely to be his swansong for the season so he will be giving it 110%. My alternative selection is a four year old, which you don’t see too often over fences, who is improving nicely. KITTY’S LIGHT carries a nice low weight getting a 10lb allowance for being so young and I think that gives him a huge shout despite a lack of experience compared to the older chasers.
