Tuesday was a blank day for the three selections with two massively underperforming, whilst the last horse who ran at Wetherby looked like a very tough ride for David Allan. I'm not sure if she wears headgear, but if she doesn't then that looks like the next step as she was fairly keen throughout the race and didn't look fully concentrated on the task. She is one to keep an eye on for the future off a low mark and is one I'll be monitoring.
Cork 7:10
Trainer: Paddy Twomey
Jockey: W J Lee
Form: 85-111
This Group 3 contest has been won by Ger Lyons or Aidan O'Brien for 7 of the last 8 renewals so their horses will need to be monitored very closely, but the one I like is the progressive ROSSCARBERY for arguably my favourite trainer in Ireland, Paddy Twomey.
This horse is a typical example of how good a trainer Paddy is as he has transformed this horse from being an average handicapper to a horse who looks to be Group class. The way in which she won last time out was so visually impressive it warranted a run in Group company next time around. She didn't beat much, but she carries 10st that day against horses who were much lighter in the weights and won with a fair amount in hand. That was over 2f shorter than today's trip so she'll have to prove she has the stamina for this trip but the way she travelled through that race was effortless and looked like a horse who is at the top of its game and can take the next jump up in class in her stride. Her pedigree suggests this step up in trip should be fine, having stamina on both sides of the pedigree and against some more exposed horses, I think she is worth a small play.

Goldie has a horse in the 6.50 and 7.20 who are both at or near the head of the market. Tadhg O’Shea has been booked to ride both horses with Paul Mulrennan on the (perceived) less fancied of the pair.
A quick look shows O’Shea has only had 59 rides in Brittain since January 2018, none of which have been for Goodie. Should this be considered a significant jockey booking? Trying to second guess Goldie is usually a very tricky task at the best of times.
I’m pretty sure that mulrennan struggles to do weights under 8-13 he normally rides around 9 and up . May be something to do with that?
I’m not sure of the weights today but it could be that 9 is the minimum he can do at the moment with up coming rides? Maybe look into that?
O’Shea is a top jockey booking though . Seen him ride a lot in meydan? If I’ve got the right one? Like Jamie spencer though so hope their hold up horses for you 🤣

Cheers Pom. Mulrennans lowest riding weight in the last 12 months is 8-10. Clan Jock is due to carry 8-11 so weight might be an issue there.
You know what. If they get beat then it’s all irrelevant anyway and chances are that’s exactly what will happen. Once I start (over)thinking too much that’s when things go wrong 🤣

5/4 I got but EVS go Pride Of America does look to bad after reading his speed figures so for this grade he should take the penalty and go in again with free agent SDS booked that does it for me.
🇺🇸
Got to fancy these from GYTO especially Beltarra NAP R8 as I’ve backed him before when very impressive and should be on my tracker. Other at Beltarra is but skipped him last run going up in grade but far from disgraced as they say.
Beltarra – R1…Orb The Boro 7/4 (class dropper should find this well within n his abilities)
-R8…Zero To Onehundred. 11/10(**
Finger Lakes -R7… Royal Realm. EVS
Possible Trixie or do you what you feel there short but worthy I think…or at least I try to.
GL and well done any winners today. Short on time to have a look.
Silvestre De Sousa doing what he does best but best horse by far certainly helps.
