QUEEN OF KALAHARI (7.45) is a filly on a roll and she can complete a hat-trick of course and distance victories at Southwell this evening. Les Eyre's four-year-old has been raised 5lb for her latest success but remains well treated.
AWA BAMBA (7.15) was a bit disappointing when managing only fifth to Queen Of Kalahari last time, running on at the finish and not beaten far. This extra furlong and the application of a hood is interesting and Awa Bamba romped home here by more than three lengths in March, so has no problem handling Fibresand. He will go off an each-way price.
LOOSE CHIPPINGS (8.15) is another well at home at this track but keeps finding one just too good. That was the case last time when beaten less than a length by Cold Harbour but he looked a shade unlucky. Gabriele Malune found himself short of room at a vital stage two furlongs out and by the time he saw clear daylight the winner had skipped clear.

Nice pick with old jeraboam bus. Cheers.
Very early one for tomorrow, cracking E/W value can not refuse to have a dabble.
3.35 N Boomer 14/1 E/W. The market seems to have underestimated the claims of my selection. The T Dascombe-trained filly has a length to find with Powerful Breeze on their May Hill clash, but that effort has to be marked up given the headwind at Donnie. Very progressive filly landed Group spoils at Goodwood [7f] in August. Very respected and has strong place claims.
Plenty of dangers lurking around thou, Quadrilateral and Love figure very prominently in both the 1000 Guineas and Oaks markets 2020 and it’s easy to see why given their profiles. Cayenne Pepper also has to be respected with the manner of her victories to date. Should be a cracking race, with half of the 9 runners with a very good chance of winning.
3.50 Y Navajo Pass 18/1 E/W PP paying 5.
Favourites have been beaten in all four previous running of this race, so there may be little apprehension for those siding with market leader Hamish. My selection is much better value, who looks progressive and has a fair bit going for him. Improving acts with cut, as shown last time when a game winner on being stepped up to 1m 6f at Carlisle. 4lb rise on that effort looks fair, and this unexposed gelding looks capable of going close.
2.10 C Thyme Hill 8/1
A long-established Grade 2 kicks off a high- quality Friday card as the NH Season steps up a notch. P Nicholls has won this 4 times in the last 10 years and Trevelyn’s Corn is his entry this time. He’s been lightly raced, but was behind Champagne Well in the Sefton Hurdle at Aintree in April. Fiddlerontheroof is making his debut over timber but was a very progressive bumper horse in Ireland. Another horse with a tall reputation, was transferred to the C Tizzard yard for 200K.
My selection from Hobbs yard finished 3rd in the Champion Bumper at HQ, that race is always a good source for high-class novice hurdlers. The Hobbs team, has been quickly among the winners this autumn and the 5-year-old is sure to know his job.
On them as always coop, after last Sunday i’m Now playing with a fair wedge after backing your selections as singles and e/w doubles. Keep up the good work some of us do appreciate it
Cheers MB, try my best mate. Always looking for value, pass on knowledge and try to help the site out.

Just a heads up
I placed a Trixie with William hill and placed the horses last night night the day before the race apparently you don’t qualify for BOG if you do this
Buzzer I had same outcome last week.
They told me 12:01 to qualify for same day bets.
I do not know if this is the norm with all the bookies?
i suppose they are trying to make it fairer to the casual punter as many pro gamblers normally look to put the bets on their fancies the night before and then the good prices go shame as it cost me a nice return today but im still happy with a win
it’s because by the time the BOG time window comes around, the market has developed, they’ve analysed the money that’s been bet and can chance the prices accordingly so the best odds nonsense doesn’t affect them financially.
the only way to bet is to bet online where you get BOG 24/7
Chicago Doll 8pm Kempton
the 11lbs rise in the weights should be enough reason to overlook chicago doll mate, reduce the certainty element to a high a percentage as you can whilst removing the hope and praying aspect :D tonnes of racing patience is our only friend
