MUSSELBURGH is the main focus for Alan on Tuesday – he's backing Love Dream to thrive on a lower mark – plus has each-way picks from Lingfield and Wolverhampton.
Musselburgh 2.45
ENMESHING twice ran well at Wolverhampton last month and should give young Rossa Ryan a good spin in a modest 1m 4f handicap. The gelding had Home Before Dusk seven lengths behind when running Olly Murphy’s Endlessly close and it just remains to be seen how effective Enmeshing will be on grass.
Musselburgh 3.45
LOVE DREAMS made all to score handsomely at Goodwood on fast ground last May and Mark Johnston’s five-year-old races off a 7lb lower mark at Musselburgh. Love Dreams wintered in Dubai and should be sharper for a recent second at Kempton on his return to the UK.
Musselburgh 4.15
Somerset-based Alexandra Dunn sends another fancied runner north in CRY WOLF for the 1m 6f handicap and her gelding beat in-form Glen Y Gors at Newcastle when last seen at the end of February. He ran well at Bath on rattling fast ground last season.
Musselburgh 4.45
SILVER DUST represents the Richard Fahey/Paul Hanagan combination on his handicap debut and the grey isn’t badly treated on the strength of his Carlisle third to classy The Mackem Bullet in late June.
Lingfield 4.0
A couple of each-way bets on the all-weather are suggested. The last time TAN ran at Lingfield he made all the running to smash up his rivals and races off a 3lb higher mark.
Wolverhampton 8.0
DARK ALLIANCE is a four-time winner at Wolverhampton and ran well at Lingfield four days ago when closing down aggressively-ridden winner In The Red. Dark Alliance likes to sit off a strong pace which he should get this evening.

Its a bitter shame what has hapend on your racing page mr fixit if only people would get a long. I won alot of money following the cheltbham tips on here
No one’s being chased away but too many people playing games when all we want are decent tips.
I asked Hibee1 or danc to email but neither have been in touch.
We’ll continue to provide good tips but we won’t stand for some of the rubbish that’s been going on.
Quick question racing boys if you back a horse e/w in a race antepost as part of a system and the race was listed as 1/5 e/w terms then goes in to 1/4 do you get the 1/4 e/w race terms or just the 1/5 antepost terms
the bet I placed was 0.43 e/w Canadian ( £22.36)
1.50 Doncaster ( Saturday ) – Invincible Army 3/1 ( Won)
3.00 Doncaster ( Saturday) – Sharja Bridge 4/6 ( won)
3.35 Doncaster ( Saturday) Auxerre 7/2 ( Won)
2:30 Ascot ( Thursday ) Clan des obeaux 11/4
grandnational – ascot 5:30 Saturday Tiger roll 7/2
possible payout if clan and tiger wins £858 .86
placed in shop so cash out isn’t available
the difference between ALL being 1/4 or ALL being 1/5 is barely over £10 so I wouldn’t be worrying. i don’t see the point going EW at those prices either, basically on the nose or not at all.
in future, what i would advise is, ignoring the doubles, you will save yourself £8.63 for your remaining 16 bets, meaning you can add 27p e/w to every treble, 4fold and 5fold.
if you would have done this your total returns would have been around £500 more than what you are looking at, and if you bet on the nose only, ignoring the doubles, it would have been over £2500.
best of luck with the last two,
I don’t think there is a system bet where you can bet trebles without doubles included but thanks for the advice data its good for future knowledge
You can always do trebles without doubles same as you can do a Lucky 15 without the singles so 11 bets.
i dunno if you bet online or only in shop.
but assuming you can online, when you have 4 or 5 selections in your slip, you have options such as singles, doubles, trebles, 4folds 5folds, lucky 31, canadian etc. all you need to do is enter your stakes in the trebles, 4folds, 5folds boxes and leave the rest blank, this is basically a canadian without the doubles..
this is also advantageous as you can adjust your stakes individually, for example, a treble is more likely than a 4fold, so your treble stakes can be 50p and you could have your 4fold stakes at 20p for example..
if you do bet in shop, do the same thing but just learn how many bets go into making a candian (26, or 16 without doubles), then just write 10x trebles @ 50p, 5x 4folds @ 30p and 1x5fold @ £1
these ‘system’ bets are there for the bookies benefit, get online and get customising your bets to suit you and you’ll be better off.
In shops you can also use the betting terminals which will work out the number of bets for you and usually offer better prices too.
FWIW mav, HARAMBE is now 5/4, he is upped 6lbs for a win lto and remains in class 4. His market rival GARRETTSTOWN PU in a class 1 lto, before that he was a length 2nd in a class 3 at today’s track and before that he won over today’s CD. He now has a promising 5lb claimer on board to help his cause.
A year a go almost to the day, CUCKLINGTON won over CD off this exact same mark, with today’s jockey, beating the likes of Achille, who has two recent class 3 victories to his name off 115 and 122. He has done next to nothing recently and although it counts for very little, Pink Gin seems to be seeing money, he won over CD 2 starts back and has 5lbs taken off his back making him 2lbs lighter than his CD win in January.
Lucky Robin is back on the scene of his only two wins, both last August, one of which was off of today’s mark, however that was not a chase. He has shown nothing since and looks up against it on his 2nd chase start. Stable Jockey Brian Hughes is at the track but is not on board.
