LIGHT LILY (2.00) is a confident choice to complete her hat-trick in the one-mile handicap at Southwell.
Paul D'Arcy has struck while the iron is hot with his much-improved filly, a dual winner on the Fibresand in February. She races 3lb out of the handicap but George Rooke's 5lb claim more than compensates. Indeed, Light Lily is due to go up 6lb in future, so remains well treated.
Star apprentice Rooke has another leading chance on Gay Kelleway's MUKHA MAGIC (4.50) in the 1m 4f handicap. His mount responded well to the fitting of an eye-shield over course and distance eight days ago, running down clear leader Brooklyn Boy. Third horse Tigray was an easy winner here on Tuesday and, hopefully, Mukha Magic will get a decent gallop to chase. Contingency Fee is a free-going sort and looks the most likely pacemaker.
CHARLIE ARTHUR (3.45) can continue Richard Hughes' hot streak, although Mister Music looks sure to run him close after losing out on the nod here five days ago. Charlie Arthur rallied under pressure to get on top inside the final furlong when beating Velvet Vision over course and distance in January and is open to a little more improvement.
