RICH CUMMINS (7.55) is a warm order to land the 1m 4f handicap at Lingfield, and rightly so on the back of his latest two runs when chasing home Another Reason at Wolverhampton and Lord Lamington at Newcastle.
Mark Johnston's middle-distance runners are always worth following and Rich Cummins has no stamina worries, unlike a couple of his chief market rivals.
The track will be riding fast at Yarmouth and that will suit LOVE SO DEEP (2.35). She was formerly trained by Richard Hannon but made a winning debut for Jane Chapple-Hyam at Nottingham over this 1m 2f trip almost a fortnight ago. A 5lb rise is fair and Silvestre De Sousa takes the mount. Love So Deep was trading at 6-1 in a place last night which is great each-way value.
Habub is a very short price to add to his initial Chelmsford City success but TURQUOISE FRIENDLY (6.55) should be able to give him a race at a nice ew price. Robert Cowell's gelding ran into a Mark Johnston odds-on shot at Lingfield over five furlongs in February and will be suited by this extra furlong.
255lu – YOUNG WOLF 5/2 is stepped up a mile since his last race, although did race over 2m4f (4 less than today) 2 starts back. The boy wonder is back on board for his dad, he is up in class but the form of his 3rd in December looks nice, the horse in 2nd GEORDIE B, who was 0.5l in front has won its 2 starts since, the most recent was by 7l off 133, the other STAR OF LANKA who was a further head in front hasn’t won but has been contesting Class 1 events off 130, we run off 122 which with Jonjo JR on board means 3lb lower than lto.
455li – ARCTIC SEA 7/4 – note I have only looked at two horses in this race, however the selection is 1lb above his “CD” win all the way back in September, his 0.5l 2nd 14 days ago looks decent as the winner was stepped up a class off 5lbs higher, finishing a neck 2nd to a decent type. WELOOF rates a danger, he is up 4lbs for a CD success in January, I give the edge to the selection as Weloof’s best form is all in class 6 and we should have the fitness advantage.
510w – THA’IR 7/4 – carries a 4lb penalty but the jockey takes off 3 of that. He won over a very similar distance at this course 1 week ago and although you see paper form being torched all the time, I will be sticking with him despite his age and price. Another race where I have not inspected any rivals and this does seem a much trickier affair. A shining light is the fact this horse is rated 46 and was winning 12 months ago over CD off 79.
as always, i prefer to monitor the market movements, so will leave it there, just remember I have not looked at any of my selections rivals so I could be missing some vital bits of info, but they all seem to at least have a chance. BOL.
BOOOOM. took enough flack here so will self congratulate, since a little break i’ve come back with 4 good days in a row, may not be the best but can assure any followers the time and effort I put in to studying may be equalled but not elipsed.
arctic fails, not sure why he bustled it out and made it lead all the way, you dont do that if you’re trying to win a race like this., stupid on the surface of things but obviously they aint always trying to win :( all eyes on THA’IR, who has a jockey change but still gets the 3lb taken off.
Camelia de cotte 3-10 fairyhouse 5-2 NAP.
Bergamot 5-00 Ludlow 7-4 NB.
Jungle inthebungle 6-25 lingfield 6-4 top 3 finish.
(Probability is the favourite at 7-2 but bungle 10-1 gets 8 pound swing for 2.5 lengths defeat last time in what was his seasonal blowout)
May take matchbet if it pays more than top 3 finish.
Bungle also won on only start here last April.
get in the elvis that was a great pick, looked a winner from start to finish, used it as a staple in my bets along with my nap and alans nap, could be on for a good day cheers, RICH CUMMINGS and the gravy is on me.

Similar to mt Leinster last night database, in that the Mullins 2nd string on jockey bookings beat the 1st.

wish i saw ROCKLIFFE earlier, could be wrong but I like his form, sadly you have literal seconds to get on. if he produces nothing though perhaps check him next time out.
ahh bit unlucky potentially there, didnt think it was going to win prior to the off, but evens in the running going OK, poor decision from Henry Brooke has cost the horse and hopefully not injured it seriously, he was jumping extremely wide and you could see the undulations in the ground either side of the fence were really troubling the horse, and it inevitably went down. 4k 6fold down the pan think it was home if jack won too.
Good day today 9/2 and 5/2 winners giving nice profit for the day.
already picked a Couple for tomorrow and 3 meeting on the jumps
gl with any to come today.
