IDEE DE GARDE (1.10) is a rock-solid favourite to land the opener at Uttoxeter.
Dan Skelton's gelding looked the most likely winner when leading at the last flight over course and distance 23 days ago, only to be run out of it close home by Vinnie Dev. The winner finished a respectable third to hot-pot Valtor at Ascot yesterday.
The Skeltons will be hopeful of picking off the mares' maiden hurdle with course and distance runner-up Molly Ollys Wishes and she appears the main threat to DESIGNER DESTINY (1.40). Harry Whittington's mare ran fifth to Silver Forever in a stronger event at Newbury and third horse Heaven Help Us had earlier scored at Cheltenham from subsequent winner Master Debonair.
