I won't complain too much about Tuesday's selection as I left a comment on yesterday's thread. I think the ride was very dubious and looked like a non-trier. The horse went from travelling perfectly fine, to going backwards within 10 strides and the jockey didn't even attempt to get him back or show any intent.
It was strange as he was very strong in the market, backed into form 10/1 to 10/3. Probably trying to keep his handicap mark down so they can exploit it.
Hexham 1:53
Novice races aren't my go to race but i think there's a betting angle in this in the shape of BINGOO.
Milldam is the current market favourite, but based on what we've seen in Britain he has shown very little and has to be taken on. He was chucked in the deep end of stable/British debut, when running in the Boodles Juvenile hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival, but he was beaten last time out at 13/8F, beaten quite easily in the end as well. So for that reason, he has to be taken on.
Bingoo has made a good impression from his bumper runs to date, and the form is starting to work out quite nicely. His runner-up finish behind a horse called Maximilian who has boosted the form on a serious level. That horse has since won another bumper race and is now 2/2 over hurdles, with his last run producing an RPR of 135. When they met, Maximilian had to work hard to secure the win, so that bodes well.
On his most latest start, Bingoo stayed on well at this track to win by a small margin, but I feel like he won more cosy that it would suggest, with the jockey looking confident in the final furlong. That course experience is nice to have as he clearly handles the track and copes well with the undulations and has the stamina to last. The time away from the track isn't ideal but I'm willing to take a chance on that, as well as the inexperience over hurdles but James Moffatt does well with this kind of horse, so I'm fairly confident he'll have him jumping nicely.
Ring Pretender is a horse I'd keep an eye on, but he'll probably be ridden with restraint as they go for a handicap mark, which is often the case for this owner. He was 80/1 on hurdles debut, probably could've won if they really went for it as they didn't ask him any questions yet he cruised into contention and was never really asked any serious questions. He is much shorter in the market, but that is probably due to the bookies knowing who the owner is and they're not taking any risks.

Atomic Angel – Hexham 1223 – 7/2
One and only bet of the day for me comes in the shape of Atomic Angel.
She’s attracted a lot of money in this and is now the current fav having started off about 4th or 5th in the market.
She’s been over fences on her last two spins and now reverts to timber back down in trip on a handy mark. She’s won at the course before and is reported to be in fine health and ready to go today.
I initially had an eye on Piaff Bubbles as the horse is on my tracker list and I know the yard tnink very highly of him. He will certainly be winning over hurdles sooner rather than later but I think Atomic Angel will take all the beating today as she’ll be able to use her stamina on this sharp track with the ground conditions surely to be very testing.
My money is down – good luck if you follow or are already on 👍
On atomic last night so hopefully you will be right
