Racing Tips: Top Horse Racing Tips at Hereford and Kempton

Diligent Harry returned a winning selection for me. Tipped at odds of 11/4 and shortened as expected. He ended up going off at 7/4.

Always nice to start off a return to the thread with a win and hopefully we can continue that throughout the rest of the week.

I've two selections for tomorrow one from the meeting at Hereford and the other coming from the evening meeting at Kempton on the AW.

Nikhi 11/10 – 2:00 Hereford

Not the greatest of races to get involved in and at 11/10 probably not the most valuable selection I've stuck up on here but Nikhi in my eyes looks the most likely winner for the Bowens.

The filly was previously trained by Jedd O’Keeffe and switched to the Bowens in January this year.

I never caught her debut live and have had to go back and rewatch the race but after doing so I personally thought there was plenty to like about her debut over the hurdles at Ffos Las a couple of weeks ago.

She's definitely left something to build on and under a trainer such as Peter Bowen, I can't see any reason why she can't progress and build on that effort. She shouldn't need to build on it that much to win this.

There's some substance behind the form of her 3rd place finish on debut at Ffos Las.

The eventual winner She’s A Saint, had already previously finished 2nd twice in listed company.

Whilst Poetic Music who finished runner-up on the day has since gone on to get the head in front at Carlisle next time out.

Golden Sands 10/1 EW – 7:30 Kempton

I think Golden Sands of his current mark could be a decent each-way play in this race at 10s.

Mick Appleby horses have for the most part been running very well these last few months and Golden Sands has hit the frame the last twice, most recently when finishing 3rd over C&D at this venue a few weeks ago.

Both those efforts came in slightly better company than he'll face this evening and I was surprised to see him priced up as big as 10/1.

He's a horse who likes to race prominently and given there is a few in this field who also like to go forward he'll most likely face some competition for the lead.

If he can break well and get either to the lead or get onto the heels of the leaders in a nice position I think he has every chance in this.
