WINDSOR PLACEPOT
—————————–
14:15- The Dark Wizard has improved with each run to date, showing fairly useful form when third at Nottingham last time, and he looks capable of making an impact in the opener at Windsor. The Roger Charlton team is in great form at the moment and The Dark Wizard can keep the run going. Sixty Minutes was a promising third at Yarmouth on debut, looking green when asked to make his challenge, and he should be capable of producing an improved display here.
14:45- The Brian Meehan-trained Mount Cheiron was clearly showing plenty at home prior to his debut as he was sent off as favourite for a Newmarket maiden. Mount Cheiron could make little impression on that first start, but Meehan’s runners often improve significantly for the run and we could see a different proposition at Windsor today. He is no banker, however, so we will also include Tableforten. Tableforten’s second at Doncaster arguably sets the standard here and it was encouraging how well he stuck to his task under pressure.
15:20- A slow start at York ensured that Cheworee was always fighting a losing battle and it is well worth forgiving her that effort. She had looked like a progressive filly prior to York, boasting some strong form, and she looks sure to be on the premises provided she breaks on terms.
15:55- Signor Sassi shaped as if he was in need of the run on his first start for William Knight at Newbury and he looks sure to improve on that reappearance effort. Signor Sassi is largely a consistent, reliable type who rarely finishes out of the frame and it is easy to envisage a big effort.
16:25- The Ralph Beckett-trained Inka Surprise got off the mark at the third time of asking when last seen in September, winning a six-furlong Kempton maiden in impressive fashion, and he looks open to plenty of improvement as he starts life in handicaps from a fair mark. Inka Surprise’s chances are further enhanced by his trainer’s excellent form this year, and the three-year-old gelding should put up a bold show. It is also worth including March, who was twice a winner for Marco Botti last year and doesn’t look badly treated as she starts her three-year-old campaign.
17:00- Representing the formidable team of Richard Hannon and Richard Hughes, we will bank on Sam Spade in the final leg. Sam Spade ran creditably on his turf debut over C&D earlier this month, finishing fourth, and he already appeals as a reliable sort.

Nice to see a couple of tips today for Cartmel,Milesey. Hope you can find a couple for Wednesdays meeting, I’m going there.
How confident are you with Lucky 15 Milesey?
Always Confident, i wouldn’t post it otherwise………… we’ll see how we go.
PLACE AND WIN
————————
Jubilee Dancer in the 16:30 at Redcar.
This filly finished sixth to Red Turban at Haydock last September. She held every chance a furlong from home, but weakened a little to finish out of the money.
I think she is worth another chance and should run well at a decent price in this maiden.
At present she is trading at 10.5 on the exchange.

I’ve done three of your lucky 15 (left out low priced Maputo)and added in two from your treble (Killing Time/Lydon House) to make it a Lucky31 for today.

Top Tipping
I see the placepot today paid seven grand at one of the meetings. That’s where I’ll be aiming my wagers tomorrow.
richard hughes last race at windsor made me have very good day :)
He’s been awful of late, he has shown himself up, doesn’t have a plan B to get out and switch the horse……. riding alot for the owners, so becareful with his rides, if he can not win, then he won’t drive to get a place. Today on CHEWOREE 11th out of 11, as soon as he saw the leader kick on he totally dropped his arms and gave up, some shocking rides lately, i can give you 2 a day when he is doing this.
Milesey
BUSSA is one of my favourite horses, but HUGHES on it tomorrow, i’ll leave it alone till Kirby or Carson are back on board.
