MILESEY got quite excited when Fulgora his Outsider of the Day, romped in the 5.30 at Wolverhampton.
He had put up a good case for the gelding that was trading at 12.0 on the exchanges when he put it up.
Here are some of his tips for Tuesday:
Exeter 3.30
GEMINI AHHS 1.6
If this horse turns up today in the same form as last run-out will prove to be a cut above the rest in this field. Is up from previous race but that was over 3m2f, where as today is just a 3m race.
Exeter 4.00
ROBIN WILL 1.86
This horse is in really good form and going for the four-timer, rated 127 and should have too much for the rest.
Southwell 3.20
HANNAHS TURN 1.9
Been a lot stronger on the fibres and then on the poly, is fantastic at the 5f mark, and stepping up to 6f shouldn’t have a problem.
Southwell 3.50
STAND GUARD 1.64 (nap)
Sets the standard in this field, on form, rating is well above the competition, nearest rival will be Jack Dawkins going for the hat-trick but I can’t see it having enough to overturn STAND GUARD.
Southwell 4.20
WELLIESINTHEWATER 4.4
Could be an outstanding pick, or a disaster, it’s one I looked closely at, having known this horse as a juvenile and seeing what it has done to fields before. This race is only a Group 2, I hope this horse is all geared up for its first run of the year and is taking a marked drop. This could be a great pick if all goes well.
Wolverhampton 2.10
SIBAYA 2.3
Will hopefully have come on from its last time out when it was very green that day, this horse has plenty going for it and a trainer who has to be respected on the all-weather, based on the final two furlongs. In its last run-out it bolted for the line and I am taking a chance it will run a better start and middle and bolt off again at the end.
Wolverhampton 4.40
ILLUSTRIOUS FOREST 5.1
Has some good form, only up slightly in the weights and makes the most sense to me in this race to side with this one.
Fourfold
HANNAHS TURN
GEMINI AHHS
STAND GUARD
ROBIN WILL
You missed out the 3.30 Exeter ?

TUESDAY NIGHTS DOG RACING
————————-
21:19 Juvenile
T1 Alien Planet
Exceptionally fast win in the puppy race on Derby final night shows what he is capable of. Unraced since November and mixed record after a long break. Connections unsure about the trap one draw (two from five record). Winner of only one of his last nine races.
T2 Teejays Bluehawk
Will have to do it the hard way judged on previous trial form (yet to race at this track). Beaten at odds-on on his seasonal return at Hove and has won only one race in his last seven outings.
T3 Ballymac Eske
Derby favourite but yet to win in three starts at Wimbledon although only just touched off by Farloe Warhawk in a riveting Puppy Derby final. Fast trial last week but unraced since December. Would prove hard to beat if poaching an early advantage.
T4 Farloe Warhawk
Ran unbeaten in the Puppy Derby here last summer and has won 12 of his last 14 races. Capable of very fast starts here as confirmed in last week’s trial although overall time suggested he needed it. Without a race for four months but can go well fresh. Chance depends on getting clear of his kennelmate.
T5 Jaytee Hellcat
Still to see what he is truly capable of but a fast winner here in November and confirmed that run with an impressive trial last week. Likely to enjoy plenty of racing room and chance is better than his odds might suggest.
T6 Lenson Champ
Has a fitness edge on most of his rivals but even a ‘flyer’ is highly unlikely to prove good enough judged on his previous moderate Wimbledon record.
Verdict:
Barrie Draper has a mightily strong hand but while Ballymac Eske will be the obvious choice of his two, kennelmate Farloe Warhawk should not be under-estimated, despite obvious signs of needing his trial last week. The two fought out a tremendous buckle in the Puppy Derby – where Eske had actually led – but given Warhawk’s far superior record over the CD and the likelihood that he will lead he offers slightly more value over his rival and earns the slimmest of votes. Value seekers could do worse than include Jaytee Hellcat, whose trial last week confirmed his ability and he could surprise granted a likely clear run.
19:34 Sprint
King Scotty would be fast enough to win the ‘A’ division on his best form here and rates the night’s best bet in a far from strong line-up. Comeragh King is at least winning races and rates best of the rest.
19:49 Ladies
A belter of a contest but Oaks third Forest Mollie (yet to win in four here) may struggle to hold in-form Lughill Valerie early on. Bridge Ruth is improving with each race here and is preferred to fast starting Jaytee Cuba who has Britania Joan to clear.
20:04 Marathon
Aero Rebel will be popular back in marathon company as will Black Lamora, who looks well drawn as the lone wide tag, but Buglys Billie has been in excellent form this season and can make it six wins in her last nine races.
20:19 Springbok final
Rockview Royal defends the competition’s only unbeaten record and has won three of his five races here, but his chance depends on leading early, which may prove difficult alongside Westmead Meteor, who went fastest in the semi-finals. Both jump well, but Ricky Holloway’s runner is also stronger and could prove hard to handle even if only handy early on. Lenson Johnny beat the selection in the first round but may struggle to clear the inside pace of Druids Abouttime and Durrow Lark.
20:34 Sprint
Aero Joseph makes some appeal after his good trial and fast Romford win last month but Lil Risky has a good record here and is the logical choice. Ballymac Jones has won his last five races from trap one but his trial was poor.
20:49 Standard
A great match-up between Bubbly Phoenix and Loughteen Blanco but one which Blanco is expected to win given his likely lead ability claims and excellent current form. Derby semi-finalist Phoenix, beaten on his comeback, is faster at his best but is also far more effective from trap six.
21:04 Stayers
Leger winner Blonde Reagan has an excellent draw outside five railers and should make it four from six over CD. Bubbly Swallow is capable of fast times here but may struggle to enjoy a clear run from trap five. Droopys Xavier (third in the Leger) is still to win here from five tries and may not clear middle favouring Ballymac Pen.

WIN AND PLACE
————–
Winter Music in the 14:50 at Southwell. This gelding finished down the field on debut behind Snow King at Ascot last September. He made a little progress two furlongs from home, but found the company to warm and weakened quickly.
I think he has ability and could run well at a decent price in this maiden. At present he is trading at 7.8 on the exchange.

GET WELL SOON J T !!
Injured jockey JT McNamara remains in a stable condition in hospital after suffering a fractured spine in a fall at the Cheltenham Festival last week.
A statement was released at 17:00 GMT on Monday on behalf of the 37-year-old jockey’s family.
“JT McNamara remains stable in an induced coma in Frenchay Hospital, Bristol,” read the statement.
“Further scans are planned and another statement will be issued as soon as there is more news.”
The statement, issued by Irish Turf Club senior medical officer Dr Adrian McGoldrick and Injured Jockey’s Fund chief executive Lisa Hancock, added: “Whilst visits to JT at the moment are not appropriate, JT’s family are extremely grateful for all the kind messages and support.”
McNamara had an operation on his fractured spine on Friday, having injured the C3 and C4 vertebrae in his neck the day before when Galaxy Rock, trained locally in Gloucestershire by Jonjo O’Neill, fell at the first fence in the Fulke Walwyn Kim Muir Challenge Cup.
The jockey, from Limerick in the Republic of Ireland, is a leading amateur rider who has ridden four winners at the Cheltenham Festival, including when guiding Teaforthree to victory in the National Hunt Chase last year.
He won the same race in 2002 on Rith Dubh, was successful in the Cross-Country Chase with Spot Thedifference three years later and won the 2007 Fox Hunter Chase on Drombeag.
Will there be an aintree/grand national comp?
Yes hopefully, the winner will be the person who backs the first horse to fall ;) ;)
Milesey
Sean, pretty sure there will be an Aintree comp of sorts.

Guido, don’t encourage him. I’m neither a keen jogger or a keen dogger. Having said that I’m just about to walk the dog, then go for a pint and come abck and hopefully watch some goals going in that I need.
In fairness it was a funny quip from Mr Milesey…credit where its due Paul or shooda call you Fido?? ;-)
Guido, I’ve been called lots of things, plenty worse than Fido. Right it’s started snowing again so time to go a walk.
Oldham Athletic v Hartlepool United
You have mistaken me for your best buddy Jeff Sterling ;)
Milesey ( BETFAIR )
Milesey, sorry was trying to work out a result at Oldham. OK u going to Bury then.
I’m going to watch it on Boro player, and do abit of betting on the greyhound channel tonight ;) ;)

All the Winds yeh..bag a wind… ;-) .ya on it Gunner?….couple biggie £’s???
Did Mileseys 4 fold, but did level stakes trebles n acca….all slightly better odds than SP 3 winners oota 4 one 3rd but still lost a tenner…ya have to laff…hahaha :-) pity, if the other bugger didna swallow a mouthful of sand widda be well up. Maybe Gemini Ahhs related to Kabbas?? ;-)
Shoved that Ural 4/5 on seeing all the good press today and meant to double with draw/Stevenage 1/2….then realised I doubled Ural with Stevenage win at 15/8…so too late to change, but also went back in and did Ural 4/5 and draw/Stevenage 1/2 as well…so, if they avoid defeat be fine….eh .MILESEY???!!! ;-) No doing nuthin else tonight…loada dross! Mite back Bury if Stevenage go ahead. For a bitta extra interest might do the Lopez and Madden FGS..single/double…not really my thing FGS..best left in the capable hands of Mr CG..but mite gie it a go.
Dogging is a British English euphemism for engaging in sexual acts in a public or semi-public place or watching others doing so. There may be more than two participants; As observation is encouraged, voyeurism and exhibitionism are closely associated with dogging. The two sets of people involved often meet either randomly or (increasingly) arrange to meet up beforehand over the Internet
….. yourself and Mr Fixit arranged this for tonight then ? you better wrap up warm it’s going to be cold out there tonight, and make sure you have a shovel just incase your car gets stuck ;) ;)
Milesey
The only problem Milesey is Oldham in March ain’t an attractive proposition…in fact come to think of it, canna see Oldham being an attractive proposition at any time of the year!! ;-)
I guess Muzza’s dogging routine be tougher to set up the next few days seeings he’s got poor internet access ;-) ;-)
HORSE RACING TIPS
WEDNESDAY 20TH MARCH 2013
HAYDOCK 2.40
THUNDERSTORM 2.32
Two in form runners meet today in this 4 horse race, Seymour Eric going for the 5 timer, and THUNDERSTORM going for the 6 timer, and based on previous runs and how Thunderstorm has yet to really be shaken up by AP, then it’s THUNDERSTORM i will be on to win this race.
HAYDOCK 3.45
ROBBIE 4.4
Top rated and top weight in this race, and up another 9lb today after 3 wins on the bounce, and over this 2 mile trip today that weight rise shouldn’t effect ROBBIE.
WARWICK 5.05
SPEEDY BRUERE 2.8
Being hit with the same 6lb penalty as Denali Highway in this race today, and seeing as though last time out SPEEDY won by some distance and Denali only won by a length, then SPEEDY has more appeal with the weight rise today.
PATENT / TRIXIE
THUNDERSTORM
ROBBIE
SPEEDY BRUERE
DOUBLE @ KEMPTON
6.15 SPELLMAKER 3.4
A nice draw coming out of stall 1 today over this 6f distance, and should be able to put the defeat last time out firmly behind it today, even though last time out had an awful run and found trouble all the way, and the handicapper has still hit it with a penalty for defeat that day.
8.15 MYSTICAL SAPPHIRE 2.7
Is 2 out of 2 at Kempton and can make it 3 out of 3 today, travels very powerfully and is a horse in form.
