MITCHOUKA is my best bet of the Festival and has been banging on about this horse for months.
I had three winners on day one including a 5-4 nap and others at 7-1 and 12-1.

Mister Whitaker.
Yes, I didn’t get it myself as I waited too long but it was there.
Posted odds of 8-1 in his thread yesterday and an SP of 13/2 ?
The NAP was also posted at Evens in yesterday’s thread, had an idea SP of 5/6, but claims it as a 5/4 winner?
The original post is in Alans day one thread with the original odds, the thread you are referring to was sponsored and it looks like all the prices were converted to said sponsor’s prices. Thats the last i’ll be commenting on it, good luck with your bets tomorrow.
Johnb doesnt track points here, be thankful for solid tips
Johns antepost tip on Santos is now 8/1 from an opening 50/1. Santos runs in Australia in the Golden Slipper on the 24th March. If the money keeps coming and Santos wins, its a massive gamble landed.

9/1 single winner, two winners at 6/1 8/1 and a place at 8/1 on my Trixie brought a profitable opening day of the festival. I’m pleased as if you have a bad first day you are chasing but if you start well you can hopefully build.
I did say I wasn’t that bothered about the festival but an opening winner at 9/1 that changed and I’ve got the bug back for it.
On to Day 2!
1:30 – Next Destination 7/2 – Samcro is a beast and I think is a class above but Next Destination has previous festival experience so could go close
2:10 – Monalee 7/2 – Both Monalee and Presenting Percy form is strong but I feel if the two were to jump.the last together Monalee will last up the hill
2:50 – Le Breuil 16/1 – Followed this horse all season and I think they have kept its mark low to get a good chance today, 16/1 is big odds
3:30 – Not sure yet but leaning towards Min, will see how the betting is for Altior. Douvan not ran this season so not having it.
4:10 – Bless The Wings 10/1 – Older than most of the field but front running here in December and if in the same form today will take something special to overcome it
Decided I’m going for Altior
was on johnbs nap yesterday …today to continue the same …. gl John B
Love watching the cross country race, when I travel north and pass the Glenfarclas distillery it always reminds me of the race.
Was keeping an eye on the ITV 7 yesterday, two people had the first six winners, one of them was second in a very close finish in the last for £50,000
nap of the fesitival…. pull the otherone
