Free Racing Tips: Step back up in trip will see Belle De Manech in better light

I enjoyed a pretty successful weekend last week with winning selections on both the Saturday and the Sunday. Rizzel was also smashing in winners so fingers crossed we can find another few winners over the next few days.

I wasn’t planning on having a bet until Saturday but there was one runner that caught my eye on Friday who I think will be suited by this step up in trip.

Also! Really looking forward to the match up of Shishkin and Energumene on Saturday. Shishkin currently leads the market and if you fancy taking on the short price favourite Energumene is currently 7/4! Worth a punt surely?

Anyway onto my selection.

Lingfield 1:20

Belle De Manech was brought down in trip to 2m last time out at Wincanton and after rewatching that particular race I was surprised she wasn’t ridden a bit more aggressively as it cost her greatly. She never really got involved, however she did stay on strongly at the end to suggest this step back up in trip should see her in better light.

Belle De Manech arguably is still on a pretty favourable mark. She’ll also handle the forecast ground better than others in the field.

My only main concern would be that she would need to sharpen up on her jumping as it was a bit iffy.
