Henry Daly does especially well at the Shropshire track and Crucial Role second to Cave Top over 2m 4f at Uttoxeter was a fine effort. The winner ran prominently for a long way in a Grade 2 contest won by classy Mr Whipped at Warwick on Saturday.

Big shout out to Colorado Avalanche superstar Erik Johnson who stepped up, put his money where his mouth is and paid bail for Ole Doc,
Ole Doc is a Thoroughbred Racehorse who won $102,485 on the track, he last raced on the 3rd January 2018 at Delta Downs, he raced 28 times with 5 wins, 4 seconds and 4 thirds but was still dumped into a kill pen by connections, he was listed as direct ship to Mexico, meaning he had just 24hrs, presumably because they didn’t want people finding out about this horse
It will be a drop in the ocean for an NHL star but I’m sure the publicity from his act will encourage many more to get involved.

We bought two Wild Mustangs ourselves on Tuesday, they were $750 each
Pulsating out again and she runs from 67, 11lbs higher than her 3rd lto, granted it was her 3rd run in 9 days. Today after a 5 day rest she is out again still on 67, she has won from 65 in class 5 over a year ago but with a 5lb claimer, she came close from 67 twice a year ago but again, each time the jockey took off weight.
She may be in great form since being with Archie Watson but have we missed the boat? Is the risk even worth it at 6/4? And now with two non runners, she is even money. Can’t make my post too long so will leave the door open for anyone else to give their thoughts..
