RESTIVE scored by an aggregate of 11 lengths when winning twice in four days at Southwell this time last year (when trained by Iain Jardine) and Jim Goldie will be hoping for an action replay this afternoon.
Luke Morris doesn’t ride often for the Scottish trainer and Restive gets the vote over another course specialist, Star Ascending, and the Richard Hughes-trained Amitie Waltz, a course winner over a one mile.

A strong field has assembled for the Conditions Stakes and a chance is taken on NOT SO SLEEPY. He hasn’t raced on the Fibresand but Hughie Morrison has an excellent Southwell record.
Not So Sleepy ran a terrific race in the November Handicap at Doncaster when a strong-finishing second to Royal Line and has been most consistent this season.

Looks like Kateson is the horse to back then?
He raced over 2m in a class 1 at Ascot, coming 2nd. Some of the horses he beat have come out and won in class 4 company. So he is a worthy fav today in this small c3 race, he is up 4f today but did race over 2m3f lto, albeit in a class 5 maiden. He has gone from 6/4 out to 9/4 and has the jonah of everyone and his mother tipping it… the odds are nothing but bookies trying to manipulate our thinking so drifts can sometimes be a good thing.. but Im not risming him breaking my combos, a Lay for me fwiw.

Spursman the reason i have went with the 10 points (£10 for me) is i liked the look of it last night then uncle pom, the plug, double carpet and voice of value all tipped it.

Just watched the Limerick race and the winner could nearly have slowed down and still won, at 33/1 he should’ve had no chance but, as you guys often say, that’s racing….it’s tough ignoring the price when backing horses

Just got in to see Buster Thomas and Almost Gold have both won, Then i saw the prices 4 Non runners in one .3 non runners in the other so they ended up odds on .Nothing we can do about that but still annoying as i dont like putting odds on prices on here. .Be rule 4,s on my prices from last night as well.
