ALAN had a successful Sunday with three of his Kelso tips landing and he's staying on Scottish soil today with seven fancies from Musselburgh.

Musselburgh 12.15

NENDRUM can get favourite backers off to a flier at Musselburgh. Sandy Thomson’s gelding had the race in the bag when tipping up two out at the last meeting and remains a well-treated horse. 

Musselburgh 12.45

DOCTOR DEX should have the edge over Thibault on the strength of his second to the Paul Nicholls-trained Eason at Chepstow. 

Musselburgh 1.15

WOLFCATCHER didn’t run too badly in better company at Sandown and should be up to winning for long-traveller Ian Williams. 

Musselburgh 1.45 

ONTOPOFTHEWORLD is a four-timer winner this season and Peter Bowen’s gelding beat a decent sort in Darebin at Fakenham. 

Musselburgh 2.15

Liva looks the obvious choice in the juvenile hurdle but PADDY THE CHEF was rated slightly superior on the Flat and represents a bit of value. 

Musselburgh 2.45

Bowen makes the trek from Wales to also saddle MONTANNA and there may be a little improvement to come now tackling three miles. Montanna, a winner on the Flat for Jedd O’Keeffe, won his first two starts for Bowen. He disappointed at Ffos Las last month but seemed all at sea on the soft ground. He is a decent ew bet. Court Liability is the one to beat. 

Musselburgh 3.15

THYNE FOR GOLD showed a good attitude to battle back for victory at Bangor (pair clear) and is another potential winner for the Donald McCain-Brian Hughes axis in the three-mile handicap chase.
