THERE seems to be a pivotal Premier League game every week and today it's Chelsea v Man City that takes pride of place.
Last weekend it was Liverpool v Everton then we had Arsenal v Man United in midweek.
Both of those were thrilling for different reasons and I expect to be entertained by the events at Stamford Bridge.
If Chelsea have title aspirations this is a must-win. Maurizio Sarri's men were motoring along nicely until back-to-back defeats to Spurs and Wolves suddenly left them 10 points off the pace.
City, meanwhile, continue to march towards the title having won 12 and drawn two of their first 14.
Rivals will hope they drop points today but I'm backing City to edge a win – both meetings were 1-0 last season and they've kept four clean sheets in a row in the league and on the road shut out Arsenal, Liverpool and Spurs.
Sergio Aguero is unlikely to make it and that's a blow with Gabriel Jesus off form but they are defending so well one goal could do it.
City are 10-11 at 888sport with Chelsea 3-1 at McBookie and a draw 3-1 with bet365.
In the absence of Aguero I'm backing eight-goal Raheem Sterling to score first at 23-4 with 888sport while Leroy Sane is in the mix at 13-2.
Under 2.5 match goals should land going by stats and pays 13-10 with 888sport while a 1-0 City for the third time running is 17-2 at 888sport.
That's the late TV game taken care of so what about the 12.30 kick-off between Bournemouth and second-placed Liverpool.
Bournemouth played well at the Etihad last week despite losing 3-1 and should give the Reds a good test.
The last three meetings on the south coast have gone over 3.5 goals so hopefully there will be plenty more today.
Over 3.5 goals pays 8-5 at 888sport while both to score and over 2.5 is evens with Coral.
Liverpool have won four of five visits to the Vitality, scoring 14, and an away win and over 2.5 goals pays 5-4 at Betfred.
There is a third live game as Spurs travel to a Leicester side who are unbeaten since their owner died in that helicopter crash.
That record could go against a Spurs side with seven wins in eight and with a good record at the King Power. Back the away at 42-41 with 188BET.
Arsenal and Man United will be on many accas at home to Huddersfield and Fulham respectively but can we trust Jose Mourinho's men despite their improved midweek display against the Gunners. The double pays 4-5 at McBookie.
Norwich will be on those lines to having climbed to the top of the Championship. They are just 2-5 at Marathonbet at home to Bolton.
I also like Nottm Forest at home to Preston and Derby at Wigan.
In League One Sunderland are 7-5 with bet365 to win at an Accrington side that's fallen out the top 10 with three league defeats in a row.
Bury are up to fifth in League Two and should use home advantage to see off a decent Exeter side. They are 8-13 at Marathonbet.
