IT'S looking Rosy for Celtic as they aim to move into the third qualifying round of the Champions League.

Brendan Rodgers's side head to Rosenborg with a 3-1 lead that could have been more after recovering from the shock of losing an early goal.

Celtic blew the Norwegians away with Odsonne Edouard again the star of the show with a well-taken double.

Last season Celtic won 1-0 in Trondheim after a 0-0 draw at home so they've improved – although conceding an away goal wasn't on the menu.

However, the Hoops should make chances on the break and I'm backing them to win at 5-4 with McBookie. To qualify they are no bigger than 1-14 at Marathonbet.

Edouard will again be the attacking focus in the absence of Moussa Dembele and Leigh Griffiths and the French star is 13-10 with William Hill to net and 4-1 to break the deadlock.

To claim another double Edouard is 13-2 with William Hill.

Alternative scorers are James Forrest at 29-10 while Callum McGregor is 7-2.

Rosenborg will have to push forward and with Rodgers still short of defenders both to score looks on at 8-11 with William Hill and I fancy Celtic and both to score at 7-2 with bet365.

Elsewhere in the Champions League tonight back both to score at Midtjylland v Astana. It was 2-1 to the home men in Kazakhstan but the Danish champions could take advantage of a team that doesn't travel to well – as Celtic fans.

I can see Midtjylland winning at evens with Marathonbet but best bet could be both to score at 17-20 with William Hill.

Yes Celtic will beat this sorry excuse of a champions league side but a Athens are actually a good side at the moment and prob will be the first decent side Celtic have played in a qualifier since braga in 2010 – I have no doubt Celtic will be in the europa league this year
