THE tennis scene's big two continue their fight for the world No.1 spot today as the Paris Masters reaches the quarter-final stage.

Novak Djokovic had fight back from a set down to oust Grigor Dimitrov and his reward is a showdown with powerful Croat Marin Cilic.

Cilic has never beaten the Serb in 14 previous meetings and is 37-10 at 188bet to set that wretched record straight with an upset today while Djokovic is just 1-4 at Paddy Power.

Andy Murray booked his last-eight spot with a hassle-free win over Lucas Pouille and now tackles Tomas Berdych, who has lost five in a row to the Scot.

In the NBA there's a nine-match card tonight featuring the likes of Golden State Warriors at LA Lakers and San Antonio Spurs looking to continue their perfect away record when they head to Utah Jazz.

Other sporting highlights include rugby and snooker so let's hear all your tips and chat.

Doesn’t look like Freeman will get his TD tonight despite a couple goal-line trips. Rush/Receiving Yards have come in easily enough so profit from the first game of week 9.

Giannis landed his PR&A in their win over Indiana and Isiah Thomas balled out as I said he could even if they lose, and with that landed his mentioned points and assists. The Bucks cruised past the 99.5 needed so its now down to OKC who are looking on track to hit theirs (famous last words). Well done any winners tonight.

Devonta Freeman (Atlanta Falcons) Over 98.5 Rush and Receiving Yards @ 5/6 @ Paddy Power – 3 points **WIN**

    Devonta Freeman Anytime TD @ EVS @ Betfair/PP – 2 points **LOSE**

    Giannis Antetokounmpo (Milwaukee Bucks) Over 35.5 PR&A @ 5/6 @ PP – 2.4 points **WIN**

Isiah Thomas (Boston Celtics) usually balls out against Cleveland whether they win or lose and could hit his 31 points and rebounds total @ 5/6 with PP. On b2b nights though so maybe smaller stakes there. – WON

Milwaukee Bucks Over 99.5 Team Points – WON
Oklahoma City Thunder Over 102.5 Team Points – PENDING

    48/50 @ Skybet – 2.5 points **PENDING**

Not that it makes a difference but Mohamed Sanu also went over his 44.5 yard total as mentioned.

I for one am looking forward to this weekend’s rugby internationals and will be backing:

    Ireland v NZ

    Ireland +23 Handicap @EVENS

The ABs are on a record-breacking win streak of 18 matches in a row and i can only see that being made 19 tomorrow. However, i feel as though the handicap for Ireland is set way too high; +23! 10/10 of the teams last meetings the ABs have won, however 7/10 of those this handicap has been fine. The Irish team will be well-rested and they have an experienced team that will know what to expect. Mix that in with the match being played in Chicago and i feel the handicap is great value. He says.

    Wales v Australia

    Australia -3 Handicap @1.9

This i feel is slightly more straightforward. Wales head coach Warren Gatland is on secondment to coach the Lions so have in Rob Howley as caretaker. Warburton, Faletau, and Alun Wyn Jones are all absent for Wales. Whilst Wales still have a quality team, i just feel as though Australia will be too strong for them, and in a much better flow of things after playing plenty over the last few months. Not to mention that Cheika will still be feeling the pressure after getting blasted from all angles about Australia’s recent performances. They will see Wales as the perfect way to silence critics and i agree. As for the handicap, it will be close but -3 shouldn’t be a problem.

    The double is @3.8

    GL all

I was considering similar bets mate. Australia were -1 on the spread a few days back but think they arestill good value. Plenty of Ireland supporters in Chicago, should feel like a home match for them.

What a match from Durant, absolutely bossed it against his old team.

    1.83 @ bet365

Bath are playing freely at home and although this is a cup match i expect them ro continue this way. They put 38 past Leicester last time and haven’t gone under in their last 5 home matches.

Looks like I jinxed OKC last night. Despite their big 1st quarter, they only managed 11 points in the 2nd, falling short by 7 in the end so that’s unfortunate. Tonight I’m on Harrison Barnes’ total for Dallas who will probably be one of their key scorers tonight with Nowitzki and Williams questionable. Barnes averages the third most shots attempted per game behind Dirk and Matthews when they play so could log more looks tonight. They’ll likely need his three ball to be on point with both sides favouring it. Lillard has been a boss and his PR&A will likely come close at 40.5 @ 5/6 @ PP.

    Harrison Barnes (Dallas Mavericks) Over 15.5 Points @ 5/6 @ PP – 3.6 points

Tonight the USA play the Maori’s and the Yanks should be in for a hiding. I do, however, think they can put up a few points at least and willing to have a small pop on them to score over 18.5 points at 5/6 (Bet365).

Some cracking Rugga tomorrow and some really tough games to call but gonna have a couple small bets.

Main bet will be a double of Wales +9.5 & NZ to win both halves at 10/11 (Bet365). Wales/Aus game could go either way and NZ should win both halves easily although the 1st half could be close but I’m willing to risk it.

I do like the look of Ireland to score over 6.5 points in the 1st half (10/11). 1st half represents their best opportunity I reckon as they’ll probably be blown away in the 2nd half. If this game was in Ireland then I’d give the Irish a chance to keep it close but you never know I suppose. In the tryscorers market I’m taking Ben Smith again (19/20) to score anytime. Dane Coles has done me well in the past so having another cheeky punt on him (23/10). Enjoy the games!

Went with the two underdogs as i thought they were overpriced and it almost paid-off. The bet lost in the cruellest of fashion with Panathinaikos’s Feldeine with 5 seconds left and wide open for the simple layup, instead opted to shoot and miss a 3-pointer to take the game into two periods of OT before losing the tie.

I have to agree with both @williams1993 and @gunner, both the NZ and Maori spreads look large. Always difficult to know whether any NZ team is simply going to sweep the opposition away like they did to France in the world cup. However, Ireland will give them a good game with plenty of support. USA again will have home support and only lost by 10 points two years ago. To play it safer I’ve gone points spread on both matches.

    USA + 29.5
    Ireland + 29.5
