ALL the big guns were in action on Saturday so the Sunday card isn't the most exciting.
The two Premier League games are Norwich v West Brom and Fulham v Blackburn.
While the first one is too close to call I can't see past Fulham when they entertain Steve Kean's struggling Blackburn.
Fulham are always tough to beat at home and are boosted by the return from injury of Bobby Zamora and John Arne Riise plus the inclusion of £10million wide boy David Ruiz from Twente.
The Cottagers are a best 8-11 with the likes of Betfred and Ladbrokes and I think they're worth a risk at 15-8 with Ladbrokes minus one.
Rovers' problem is scoring goals so consider Fulham to win to nil at 2-1 with Ladbrokes.
Scoring goals hasn't been too much of a problem for Norwich who have netted in each of their top-flight games but two draws is their return.
That's better than West Brom who have lost their first three games amid suggestions of dressing-room unrest.
Norwich might edge it but I think it's draw written all over it. Take a stalemate at 12-5 with Stan James and consider both teams to score at 8-11 with Coral.
The one game in the Championship sees Birmingham tackle Millwall at home ahead of their Europa League opener.
It's exciting times for the St Andrews club who have started better than many people expected and I reckon they'll score a narrow win against the Lions who have failed to score in their last two league outings.
Birmingham are a biggest 11-8 with William Hill while Millwall are 11-5 at Coral.
There is one game in the SPL as strugglers Hibs and Aberdeen clash at Easter Road.
Hibs haven't won at home and the Dons are without an away point or goal in their three outings. It has draw branded all over it but I'm going for Aberdeen to get their season up and running with a victory.
Aberdeen won both games at Easter Road last season and it's really one that could either. Take a risk on them at 21-10 with bet365 and Paddy Power among others.
I'm pretty sure it will be a dull affair so look at the first goal coming after 27 minutes, 17-10 with Chandler.
Recommendations
Fulham -1
(15-8, Ladbrokes)
Norwich v WBA both to score
(8-11, Coral)
Hibs v Aberdeen 1st goal after 27mins
(17-20, Chandler)
