Rune vs Zverev to Be Over 21.5 Games @ 6/10
Holger Rune and Alexander Zverev meet this Friday in the round of 16 at the Montreal Masters, in what is shaping up to be a tasty affair.
Rune’s ranking has been slipping and he’s in desperate need of another late-season run. Things are looking good so far, with two wins over Roberto Bautista Agut and Pablo Carreno Busta in his first two matches here in Canada.
Zverev has also looked incredibly sharp, blasting past the in-form Jordan Thompson for the loss of just two games yesterday.
These two have played twice before, with Rune winning once in Munich, and Zverev prevailing most recently at this year’s French Open. That match was an epic though, with Zverev coming out on top in a fifth set.
We expect this to be a tight contest. Chances are it goes the distance, but the safer bet is to bet on the over 21.5 games market. This way, if it’s 6-4, 7-5 or something in that vicinity, the bet still generates a return.
Cobolli to Beat Rinderknech @ 3/2
Those after a slightly riskier bet might want to look at Flavio Cobolli vs Arthur Rinderknech. This match was carried over from Thursday, with bad weather disrupting the match at 3-0 to Rinderknech.
We say the weather will have saved Cobolli here, and he’ll come back strong to win this one. The existing deficit gives lucrative odds on this bet as well. Cobolli grabbed an impressive straight sets win over Felix Auger-Aliassime in his opening match here in Canada, and also beat Rinderknech recently in Eastbourne.
