BOTH Fulham and Tottenham Hotspur will be bidding to bounce back from Premier League defeats when the two London rivals meet at Craven Cottage on Monday night.
Marco Silva's men have performed admirably following their promotion back to the top-flight, having amassed 31 points to occupy seventh place after 20 rounds of fixtures.
That being said, the Cottagers' four-game unbeaten run came to an end via a last-gasp 1-0 loss at Newcastle last Sunday, on an afternoon where of my St James' Park selections copped.
As such, Silva's side will be keen to get back in the winning groove at the first time of asking when Tottenham make the short trip across town on Monday night.
Spurs were in dreamland when they entered the half-time break at the Etihad on Thursday night, having raced into a two-goal lead, but they collapsed after the interval as Manchester City staged a stunning comeback to win 4-2.
That setback means Antonio Conte's side remain fifth in the table and five outside of the top-four ahead of their Monday night trip to Craven Cottage.
Outright Betting
Fulham have failed to topple Tottenham in each of their last eight attempts and the bookies' odds suggest that trend will continue here, with a home win trading at 9/4 (Bet 365) while the draw is on offer at 5/2 (Bet 365).
Tottenham, who have triumphed in just one of their four London derby road trips this term thus far, head to West London as 6/5 (William Hill) favourites.
Betting Angles
Goals have been a regular feature in games involving both of these teams this term, so much so that I was pleasantly surprised to see Over 2.5 Goals chalked up at 4/5 with William Hill.
Fulham have been the great entertainers upon their return to the top-flight this term, with a league-high 16 of their 20 Premier League games producing three or more goals.
That can be attributed to the fact that the Cottagers have only failed to score in three of their 20 outings to date, although it's worth pointing out that their backline has been breached on a sizeable 15 occasions.
The hosts could therefore be hard tasked when trying to shut out a Spurs side that have scored in all but three of their 20 league matches this season, and who, as already mentioned, most recently bagged a brace at Man City.
Having said that, Tottenham's troubles this term stem from their inability to keep things tight at the back, with the North Londoners leaking at least one goal in 15 of their 20 Premier League assignments this season so far.
With this in mind, coupled with the fact that nine of Fulham's 10 Premier League games have delivered three or more goals, siding with the same selection at Craven Cottage on Monday night makes obvious appeal at 4/5 (William Hill).
When you consider that only Erling Haaland has scored more goals than Harry Kane in the Premier League this season, I'll also back the Tottenham talisman to get on in the act at 11/10 with Bet 365.
The England captain netted twice in Spurs' recent road trip to Crystal Palace and I suspect he could get more joy in front of goal here when faced with a forward-thinking Fulham side who have a tendency to leave the back door open.
I'm also prepared to take it one step further by siding with both Harry Kane and Aleksandar Mitrović to make the net bulge at 5/1 (Bet 365.).
Collectively, the pair have racked up 27 league strikes between them this season, so backing both to notch at 5/1 (Bet 365) in a match that would appear to have all the necessary ingredients required for goals looks worthy of some loose change.
