BRAZIL end their World Cup group stages with a final game against a Cameroon side who look doomed.
Manager Tite could well ring the changes here and he has at his disposal arguably the best squad in the tournament. Certainly, the Brazil subs have really impressed in their two opening games against Serbia and a stuffy Switzerland. On both occasions, they helped change the game, so it's hardly appropriate to call it a weakened line-up.
Brazil have already qualified with a game to spare and will top the group with a win or a draw and can even do it with a loss if the Swiss don't beat the Serbians.
For the Indomitable Lions, it's wing and a prayer time. Not only do they have to beat the Brazilians, but they have to hope for either a Swiss defeat – in which case they would need to better the Serbian win. Or a Swiss draw if they have scored more goals than them.
It's complicated but only a win will do for Rigobert Song's side who will at least take plenty of comfort from their excellent comeback against Serbia when they were 3-1 down and fought back to draw 3-3.
How the bookies view it?
Even though Brazil don't need to win, they are still massive 1/4 favourites with Highbet. The African nation are 173/20 and the draw is 91/20.
Recent head to heads
The nations have twice met before in World Cups. They fought out a superb 4-4 draw in Brazil's homeland during the 2014 competition and Brazil also won 3-0 in 1994 on their way to winning it in the USA.
Cameroon did beat them in the 2003 Confederations Cup.
Players to watch
Gabriel Jesus could well get a start here in place of Richarlison if they mix it up and the Arsenal man is 13/10 to score anytime.
For Cameroon, Bayern Munich starlet Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting was the hero against the Serbians with the equaliser and he is 19/4 to score anytime on Friday.
Anything else catch the eye?
A Neymar-less Brazil weren't quite at their swashbuckling best against a Swiss side who could easily have snatched a point with a solid defensive display.
However, with Cameroon needing to go for it and being involved in a six-goal thriller in their last game, the handbrakes should be off here and that should lead to goals.
Brazil are clearly too short to back and although they are yet to concede, they have offered up chances. Cameroon will throw bodies forward here and can become the first team to score against Brazil. Try Brazil to win and both teams to score at 21/10 with Highbet.
Over 3.5 goals at 29/20 with Highbet looks to have a great chance too in what should be an entertaining encounter.
