RANGERS look set to head off into the World Cup break with under-pressure manager Giovanni van Bronckhorst still in charge, but they face a tricky test on Saturday in Paisley.
They play a St Mirren side who have already inflicted Celtic's only defeat this season in the league with a 2-0 victory in September and are particularly strong at their SMiSA Stadium.
Rangers desperately needed a win over Hearts and they managed it just…with a 1-0 win secured by a second half strike. Their previous outing – a 2-1 defeat against St Johnstone in Perth pushed their Dutch manager to the brink.

St Mirren boast the best home record outside the Old Firm at home and their only defeat there all season came on the opening day when they went down to an undeserved defeat to Motherwell.

Curtis Main will relish a physical battle against this Rangers defence and the former Aberdeen and Motherwell striker is 9/2 to score anytime with William Hill.
Malik Tillman was the hero for Rangers in midweek with the winner against Hearts and the USA international, who was named in their World Cup squad, is 16/5 with Paddy Power to repeat this.
