LYON are up to second in Ligue 1 and can keep momentum building when they face crisis club Lille on Wednesday night.
Lille head to the Groupama Stadium without a manager after Marcelo Bielsa's suspension by the club for an unauthorised trip to Chile to visit his cancer-stricken friend.
The Argentine was a coup when he arrived in the summer but despite splashing out £50million on new signings his reign has quickly turned sour with Lille stuck in the bottom two.
Bielsa's final game at the helm before suspension was a 3-0 defeat at Amiens and there was no improvement at the weekend when a four-man coaching team took temporary charge for a 3-0 loss at Montpellier.
The last thing they need is a trip to in-form Lyon who've won five of their last six, keep a clean sheet in five straight games and scored five in three of their last five.
They thumped Nice 5-0 away on Sunday without star man Nabil Fekir who is set to return from illness tonight. And while Lyon don't have a great record in the head-to-head with Lille, current form should see them win comfortably.
