Just want to chuck this out there to get some opinions.
Next week, LSU is playing at Mississippi State. The line was originally LSU -3 and within an hour, that has changed to LSU -2.
I for one is considering backing the Bulldogs to win with the reason being that they are coming off a 34-16 win against Southern Miss in week 1. Although this is by no means an impressive display, but at least they know what to work on going into the game against LSU. LSU on the other hand, had their first game cancelled meaning they will open the season with a very tough game away.
Another game that caught my fancy was Boise State playing away at BYU.
BYU lost star senior QB for the year after last week’s last-gasp victory at Nebraska, in the process, ending the longest active streak of opening day victory. Loosing Hill is a massive blow to the cougar’s fast paced offence, however, I have been looking forward to watching Tanner play for a very long time and he certainly did not disappoint when he came in for the injured Hill. Tanner, a freshman coming back from a 2 year mission in Chile, he looked poise in the pocket and at times, flashed enough athletic ability to effectively run the cougar’s fast paced offense.
One can argue that last season serves as an indication of how this game will pan out given when the Cougars lost Hill for the season in the 4th game, they lost the next 4 on the trot before limping into a bowl game at 8-5 where they eventually lost to Memphis. I however, believe that BYU would have learned from last year’s experience and they have had a lot of seniors return for this season having completed their missions. With the return of seniors, comes experience and leadership and I think the whole team will want to rally and win for Taysom. Lastly, I think the cougar’s 2015 season will be different to their 2014 season even with the loss of their star QB because head coach Bronco has resumed DC duties for the 15 season. Bronco may not be the best HC but he certainly is one of the better DCs around coolege football, and I can see this BYU team grinding out a home win or at least covering the 3 points next weekend.

I seriously considered gasquet but berdych owns the h2h lately and the win over Tomic is perhaps not as impressive as it looks. He could barely move after his tussle with Hewitt. Kokkinakis nearly knocked Reechard out and Berdych is a much better version of him.

The major pull for me is the fact that I watched berdych recently against dolgopolov and Young and against young inparticular he was absolutely shocking. Richard is in half decent form and hoping for one of those berdych performances
Ellis- gasquet can definitely win, and I’ll be keeping an eye on it in play, I just find it hard to have much confidence about it.

I can’t believe Dodgers didn’t go over the line. I watch the game from about the 4th inning and Padres pitching was terrible. Dodgers should have absolutely smashed them about. Personally I don’t think they’ll have a chance in the post season but are 4th favorites at the moment.

Dazzler I feel your pain, as Clippard done my bet for a 2nd time this season, when at A’s now Mets. Dodgers only have 2 things good for them Kershaw/Greinke the other pitchers are poor and batting has been poor too, no killer instinct in games.
I think they were 3 for 13 in scoring possitions. It was another game were they weren’t aggressive at the plate and just took strikes.
I wouldn’t say Gasquet is past it. I might even say he is playing better than he ever has. The problem is that’s his best just isn’t good enough to beat the best. Berdych doesn’t come into that category so Reechard has a chance. And I won’t be at all surprised to see him win (esp considering the losses to young and dolgo pointed to above). But equally berdych could roll him if he’s really firing.
Pennetta You have to fancy to take down Stosur, given how much she enjoys it here and Stosurs habit of folding, and of course the whitewash head to head in the Italians favour.
Young I expect to lose in 3, possibly 4. That’s more based on his energy levels than Wawrinkas form though.

Win the point. And he is a great returner of big servers. Isner will do very well to feet a look at a break point, so will have to take a set on a breaker you would have thought. Rog has an excellent breaker record this year, and I would favour him as he you have to think be will drop fewer points behind serve than isner. But it’s clearly not out of Isners reach. If guess 3-0 fed, but 3-1 wouldn’t be a surprise. And after cilic smashed his way past fed here last year I’m taking nothing for granted!

Jordan, I may not be best placed to give comments about the fixture since I only really started watching the Buckeyes as they progressed in the College Bowl last season, but here are what I think about the game.
I have no doubt they will win the game, but I am not so sure they will cover the handicap. There are 2 reasons to this, one is because they are playing away at V-tech and two, because it is their first game of the season (just look at how supposed favorites fared this weekend just gone.Think Stanford, Arizona State, Nebraska, and TCU and Auburn stuttered)
I don’t think last year’s fixture will have much significance on this game given they played each other in week 2 last season, when JT Barrett was making his first start after Braxton Miller was injured in game 1. The one thing that should consider though, is that the Buckeyes lost Devon Smith and Michael Bennett to the NFL. Both of whom were significant contributors in the Buckeyes journey to National Champs.
As an alternative, you might see value in the under total. Ohio State has a dominant defense even if Joey Bosa is suspended. They have a young team and the majority would have played in the CFB final last season.
Here is a a little bit of research, since the start of 2011, V-Tech is 16-33 ATS and have not covered a line opened since 2005.
I would suggest putting small stake pre-game on whatever takes your fancy, and putting stake down on either Buckeyes to win if the game is tight or betting in-play on Buckeyes to cover if the offense is clicking.

Anderson playing well in fairness, Murray needs to lift himself. Don’t be surprised to see him win this from 2 down. Anderson has a little bit of a history of choking Slightly with a big win in his sights. This could be a repeat of his match with Novak at Wimbledon a few months ago (though Novak had to play very well to capitalise and make the comeback happen)

Croatia have quality young players as do the Slovenians , the big boys france, Spain and the Serbs etc are going into a resting phase and giving there starters less minutes on court Whereas these two teams I dlubt will be doing the same. Slovenia and Croatia are much stronger than there opposition and I’m fully expected to see the starters getting good game time as the mid tier nations will not be taking any risks of slipping up against the poorer sides wich Macedonia and the Netherlands are to harm their chances of progressing.
