TopTips_Ladbrokes

FOR me it's all about Scotland tonight and I hate to say I'm backing against my team to lose to world champions Germany.

I had some hope before Friday's Georgia shocker but I'll be happy to be proved wrong by Gordon Strachan's men.

I've posted a Euro 2016 preview that includes a look at all of tonight's eight Euro 2016 qualifiers.

My Super Single has taken a battering over the weekend and just remains in profit. Yesterday I chanced Gareth Bale to score first but Israel held firm and Belgium -1 was a goal short with Cyprus playing much better than they did against the Welsh last week.

For the Top Treble I was spot on with under 2.5 goals in Italy (aren't they always these days) but Wales and Iceland needed to win instead of drawing.

I prefer league football to internationals and there have been some funny results and poor games over the weekend but if you feel bad it could be worse. You could be a Holland fan!

And well done again to Greg for his over 2.5 goals tip in the Turkey match – and I'm pleased to see hum admitting he didn't expect Turkey to score them all. That's the beauty of goals bets – you don't need to get the result right.

I've picked a couple of first scorers recently as my Super Single – some winners and some losers. After a tricky week of fixtures I'm going double or quits on Cristiano Ronaldo to score first away to Albania at 10-3 with William Hill.

If it loses I'll be level after September week one and my next Super Singles will be on Hearts in the live Friday Premiership match.

To win they look big at 6-4 at Skybet. Hearts have netted two or more goals in every game this season and over 1.5 Jambos goals is 29-20 with William Hill. As it stands my maximum daily stake of 10pts will be on this game with 5pts going on Hearts draw no bet at 4-5 with Ladbrokes which also seems big.

You know what the say about eggs and baskets but I don't mind risking the lost on on team – and anyway how much have Hearts won us over the past two seasons?

I've already been asked for my advice on Rangers and Dunfermline this weekend. I'll be featuring both in the weekend tips but for now I'd say Rangers -2 at home to Livingston is a steal at 13-10 with bet365 while -3 must have a chance at 3-1 with bet365 after they defeated Raith 5-0 at the weekend.

In fact let's go a bit daft and put up Rangers -2 and -3 as Super Singles. Might as well as those prices could drop although not all bookies have put them up so I'll watch out for any better odds.

As far as the accumulators are concerned I only need to hit one good one to get back on track and that will happen sooner or later. It could even be tonight.

I'm taking a chance on four games going unders – over the past four days of Euro qualifers there have been more unders than overs and I can see the trend continuing.

As far as a Top Treble is concerned I'm going big with Germany -1, Denmark, Romania to win and a draw at Northern Ireland. This will be permed and has to be played for low stakes.

Individually all of these could come up – putting them in an accumulator makes it much tougher so be aware of that if you're having a go.

Later this week I'll be starting a debate on long odds v bankers so watch out for the post.

Jordan that’s till a healthy profit considering it still the first week of the month mate

  6. Jordan 9 years ago

Yeah its better than -13 that’s for sure Danny mate. Just a bitter pill to swallow considering my scorer missed the pen and would have been able to cover the goals bet. Wipe my tears and egg from my brow and go on :)

  7. Danny T 9 years ago

It happens mate if we could win them all we would be millionaires you get more right than most mate but it is frustrating when a player you back gets the perfect chance to score from a pen and blows it . I had that with the £50 free bet in champions league last season I backed Messi with about 20 mins to go to score and he missed a pen then put the rebound wide from a strange diving header still have cold sweats about that one haha.

  8. Jordan 9 years ago

Just seen that’s the first time Columbus have failed to score at home since June 29th 2014, against? Dallas haha ffs, night all.

Seen some impressive wins and wallet draining losses lately.

I hope to share my recent luck with some of you after having just withdrawn a puny £100 profit into my account, which looks like nothing in writing, but feels good in your hand, done over a span of 6 days. For some its a drop in the ocean, but for others who are struggling to reach that stage, why not join me in building some cash as I’m starting another round.
My goal is an Xbox One with the works paid for by my bookie. Set yourself a realistic goal for your profit otherwise you’ll just be giving it back. Guaranteed.

Theres some terms and conditions for this, mainly discipline, no deviating. Never go for evens singles. Yes thats right. Never in a bank building process. Do a treble at most. Be prepared to eat into your pot.

Hope the above helps you in your bank building.

I’ll deposit a £50 pot, as I’m aiming for £50 profit a time before withdrawal but deposit what you’re comfortable with and the aim is to double it. I’ll be doing £10 increments, doubling it each time.

  15. aj 9 years ago

Mr F you have mentioned Rangers -1 is something to be considered most weeks, does a Gers -1/Dunfermline double appeal to yourself this weekend? Dunfermline have opened at 8/13 so hoping the double would tip over evens.

    • Mr Fixit 9 years ago

aj, Ayr are going well but I’d back Dunfermline to beat them at home. Dunfermline & btts is a good call as Ayr have some decent strikers.
I’d be happy to suggest Rangers -2 this weekend or over 2.5 Rangers goals.
Home to Livingston could be messy after they conceded four at home to Morton and lost defender Ben Gordon who will be suspended.
Rangers won 5-0 against a better Raith side at the weekend and there is a feeling up here that one day soon they’ll hit 8 or 9 past someone.

Dave Mackay died last week too, Derby County legend.
I met Brian Clough about 15 years ago to get his book signed for my dads birthday, I held my hand out and said ” Mr Clough “. As frail as he was, he stood up and shook my hand. I asked him who the best player he ever signed was, before I finished my sentence he said ” Dave Mackay “.

    • Mr Fixit 9 years ago

      Nathan, where have you been?
Dave Mackay died in March and there were massive tributes in all the papers.
He was truly a legend and there were plenty of comments about him on the site at the time.

My NAP of the say is Scotland to score / Germany clean sheet NO 4/6

Scotland to win 15/2 is very big price and is tempting me.
Something tells me the Scots will step up their game and translate their frustration and anger into a BIG win.

    Goodluck everyone !!!

    • Mr Fixit 9 years ago

serouj, whatever you’ve been drinking can you send me some – preferably addressed to the Daily Record offices for about 9.45pm.

    • serouj 9 years ago

I’m half way across the globe.

It’s just my gut feeling, the Scots are known for big comebacks and the German are not desperate for points.

    • Mr Fixit 9 years ago

serouj, 2 things – we aren’t known anywhere for big comebacks.
We often play better against teams like Germany than Georgia and that’s because we are rubbish with lots of possession and better on the counter.
However, you say Germany don’t need the points – of course they do and will be desperate to win.

    • Jordan 9 years ago

‘we are rubbish with lots of possession and better on the counter.’

Sounds like Manchester United Mr F :)

    • Mr Fixit 9 years ago

Jordan, against Georgia we were worse than that.
Being underdogs and having less of the ball suits us better.

Note to self, stick to other sports…
Apologies all, I feel I cursed the games by getting involved, lol.

  26. Dom77 9 years ago

Attila. Ive had the same thing. I bring teams winning runs to an end. Which other sports do you bet on?

  27. Attila 9 years ago

Tennis and baseball mainly at the moment, but the college football & NFL is starting back up which is usually fairly profitable. Best results i’ve had are on the NBA though, earnt a ton last season (then blew it all on football, lol)

Significantly worse price everywhere else, as low as 1/2 at bet365. Anyone know why??

    • Mr Fixit 9 years ago

Harry, difference of opinion that’s all. To be honest even though I’m on it I don’t like odds on for any player to score 2+. Odds of 1-2 are just ridiculous.

  32. WasClueless 9 years ago

Harry – Lewandowski 2+ was 8/15 at 365 when I bet yesterday … not sure my £10 would have affected the odds!!!

  33. RyanDan7 9 years ago

    Romania vs Greece

This game has Under 2.5 goals written all over it. Greece will sit back as they always do and look to hit Romania on the counter attack. I don’t see enough quality in the Romania side to see them break Greece down enough times to bring the goals up. In Romania’s last 15 games there has only been 2 games going over 2.5 goals. In Greece’s last 15 games only 4 games have gone over 2.5 goals. Can see this game being either a 1-0 Romanian win or a goalless draw.

    • Mr Fixit 9 years ago

RyanDan7, it does indeed but you don’t mention the price. It’s shorter than 1-2 with most bookies.

    • Kinghalbert 9 years ago

Having watched both teams Romania are considerably better than Greece. Fully expect the home team to win and they are a very good price 4/5 with BET365.

Mr F, Over 1.5 Dunfermline goals and Over 2.5 Rangers goals will be my only bets this weekend. These two selections gave me some good returns last Saturday.

    • Mr Fixit 9 years ago

Marquis, they’re almost no brainers. Back Dunfermline and Rangers goals and Rangers handicaps every week and you’ll show a tidy profit.

  38. darran20150 9 years ago

Anyone going big on Germany beware look at Cyprus and Belgium also Scotland at home haven’t checked their worst defeat but I dnt remember any that stick out Ireland need the win probably low scoring I’d imagine Poland will have a 2nd team out and most players tired and getting ready for domestic football which itself will have upsets as always does after internationals just food for thought lads

    • Mr Fixit 9 years ago

darran20150, why would Poland play a 2nd string.
Don’t say such things unless that’s been stated.
They won’t take risks and will play their main men in my opinion.
Scotland don’t lose heavily at home but we will struggle tonight.

  39. Hampy 9 years ago

    Scotland v Germany

Scotland have to attack and cant afford to just sit back and given they will be in front of tens of thousands of baying kilt wearing mad basket cases i can see them netting in this one after the dire performance at the weekend they will be hurting and i think this game should be a cracker.
Dont have to think of any reasons why Germany will score.
    Scotland have scored 12/13 games
    Germany have scored 18/19 games
Both teams have scored last 3 meetings

BTTS @ 10/11 generally, im having that.
    GOOD LUCK.

  44. Tee 9 years ago

Hi everyone, not been on recently and international week is rather dull for me. I try to stay away from it, although there are winners to be found (Poland to score, Iceland to score). Looking at the weekend and charlton at home to bottom of the table Rotherham, they are priced at 2.05, any reason why?! Rotherham have lost both their away games, and hefty home losses of 3-1 and 4-1. Charlton beat 2nd placed hull 2-1 and 4th QPR 2-0 at home. I’ve taken your 2 ss (hearts win, Rangers -3) Mr fixit and added charlton to win for a long shot 18/1

Shame to see you backing Germany -1 mrfixit. Not very partiotic, especially if the only win by 1. No money and a defeat.

Anyways, I like Scotland to score, although I agree a defeat is very likely.

I will post some previews and bets for all the matches tonight in the next 2 hours, excluding the early kick-off in Armenia.

Unfortunately I am nursing a heavy cold so we are a little bit behind today.

    Come on Scotland!

i watched germany against poland on friday night and to be perfectly honest there could have been another 6 or 7 goals in that game

germany looked frightening in attack and they showed me enough to happily back them against a worried scottish side

i dont have a massive bank roll but if i did this would be the type of game i would lay heavily on germany to win

a couple of bets that have caught my eye in this game

    Germany -2 @ 10/3
    Karim Bellarabi FGS @ 6/1
Muller to score and Germany to win 7/4 @ (skybet price boost)

    Good Luck

I’m full of the cold and full of dread but here are the big previews, predictions and best bets for tonight’s action.
International – EURO qualification grp. D

    20:45 Poland vs Gibraltar – Prediction -6.0 – Suggested Bets – Lewandoski to score 2 or more @8/15, Poland -4 @1/2

Poland are faced with formality of taking on group whipping boys Gibraltar this evening in what is sure to be another routine scalping for the visitors.

Germany only managed 4 against the tournament debutants at home but did get 7 in the away fixture while Ireland also got 7 in Dublin, and Scotland 6 in Glasgow while the Poles also scored 7 in the away fixture with Lewandowski helping himself to 4 goals on that night and I expect much the same here with the visitors surely going to struggle against the world class front man who has 9 in his last 9 caps for his country and scored 25 for Bayern last season.

Poland have arguably the best striker in the the group in Lewandowski and the Bayern front man should help himself to at least 2 goals here @8/15 odds. I would not be at all surprised if he got a hat-trick and that’s priced at 13/8 but perhaps the better value is taking the young Ajax striker Millik to score 2 or more @6/4. The 21 year old has 4 goals in his previous 6 starts for Poland and 2 in 4 for Ajax so far this season and will no doubt get in on the goal-scoring act.

I expect both men to help themselves to goals here and I’m comfortable in taking Poland -4 @1/2 even if it is a touch short as I’d be surprised to see them score less than 5 here with the quality they have in attack. They scored 7 in the reverse fixture and Gibraltar have conceded 7 goals on 2 further occasions in this group while they have lost by 5 or more in 4 of the 7 fixtures so far.

I’m going for a 6.0 win but it could be a little more, or a little less but I doubt Poland will fail to convert less than 5 here in what should be another romp against a team with just 1 goal to their name so far. Yes, of course it was against Scotland.

20:45 Ireland vs Georgia – Prediction 2.0 – Suggested Bets – Ireland to win @8/15, Keane to score anytime @21/20

Both sides will have been majorly boosted by Georgia’s surprise and sickening win over Scotland on Friday but I expect it will be Ireland who take the most energy from that result and they should claim the points here @8/15 odds.

The Georgians will of course travel to Ireland with a renewed sense of confidence following their weekend victory but in truth they did little to deserve the points against what was a desperately poor Scotland team on the night and I fancy that Scotland’s faltering will give Ireland enough of a boost to allow them to claim a narrow win here.

The Georgians don’t travel well, losing 6 of their last 8 away qualifiers, winning only once in Gibraltar and while Scotland hardly troubled them, they did defend with high intensity and I don’t expect them to have a similar performance up their sleeves here which is of course typical as a Scotland fan.

Robbie Keane got back on the score sheet at the weekend with 2 in Gibraltar and if he starts as expected, he could be the man to do it again for his country. Keane is in tremendous form for his club side LA Galaxy with 20 goals in 20 starts this season and I fancy him to maintain his standards again here. 65 International goals is a staggering record for Keane and he scored twice the last time these 2 sides met, just 2 years ago as Ireland won 4.0 in Dublin in a World Cup qualifier and having scored 2 at the weekend, he should be primed to continue the form here. Keane is just over evens @21/20 to score anytime.

While I don’t expect it to be an easy win for the hosts, Irelands’ renewed hope of qulification should have propelled the moral sufficiently to get them fully up for this fixture and I expect them to claim the full 3 points unfortunately. I’m also happy to back the Irish, safe in the knowledge that if they do drop some points it will hand the initiative back to Scotland in the probable chase for 3rd place, even if the Scots should lose to Germany and that will be enough to make my night, no matter the outcome of the bets.

If you’re not Scottish, you might want to leave Ireland out, purely because this is ever so slightly an emotional bet, but for me they are very likely to win, considering the poor away record of the Georgians and they will go into one of my doubles or trebles.

    20:45 Scotland vs Germany – Prediction – 1.2 – Suggested Bets – Scotland to score @8/11

It’s hard to know where to begin with this one, or indeed if I should even bother having a bet, considering the weekend debacle but I do believe, expect and hope that we will see a greatly improved performance from the Scots in front of their own 50000 support at Hampden and while it might not be enough on the night, I can see us scoring a goal against a German defence that hasn’t been rock solid.

Everyone in Scotland knows that this is exactly the kind of game that we will put in a great performance. We will raise our game. We always do against the bigger nations, especially at home and especially following a poor result. It is somehow written in to Scottish DNA that we shall always endeavour to blow it in the games we are expected to and need to win. That is usually followed by a heroic, at times brilliant, but ultimately painful failure that will have the fans on their edge of their seats, waiting for the inevitable knive in the heart.

It sounds pessimistic, negative, perhaps even absurd to an other nations support, but being a Scotland fan is a perennial death sentence that never seems to materialise. We never stop believing. We always have hope. Hope leads quickly to expectation and then we fail to deliver. That’s how it’s been a for a long time and I doubt it will change tonight. We know our dreams have faded, we know we “still have a chance” and most importantly, we know that Germany are a far better team than Scotland.

Changes have been promised by Strachan and I imagine we might see the likes of Griffiths, Forrest, McCarthur or Matt Ritchie in the team and McCarthur in my opinion deserves his chance given his form in the Premier League, perhaps at the expense of either Morrison or Brown who both under=performed badly in Tblisi.

While the team does need freshening following that crushing defeat on Friday, it surprises and disappoints me that the likes of Charlie Adam and Ross Mccormack haven’t been included for this squad but I doubt Strachan will make too many changes. Whittaker could come in at full back, or Mulgrew could move from centre back. Darren Fletcher is playing well and regularly for WBA and his presence could lift some of the younger heads while the other Fletcher, Steven, is unlikely to start here with either Griffiths or Martin expected to fill in. It doesn’t fill me with optimism.

Strachan has a lot to ponder before he names his team but fortunately, the side of history stands on Scotland. No, really. Well sort of. At least in European Championship qualifiers.

Historically, Scotland have a pretty good record at home against the bigger teams in Europe and they usually manage at least a goal, if not a result in these kinds of fixtures. Going back to the turn of the century, Scotland have beaten Holland, Croatia, France, and Ukraine while holding Italy to a 1.1 draw, Germany to a 1.1 draw and 2 painful narrow defeats to both Spain (2.3) and Italy (1.2) when our performances might have deserved more.

There are some remarkable statistics that I unearthed regarding Scotland’s home form in European Championship qualifiers since 2000, especially considering they have failed to qualify for any of these previous 3 championships.

Not including the current tournament, where we have 3 home wins from 3, we have played 15, won 11 , lost 2 and drawn 2 in the 3 previous events. And yet still we failed to qualify? Tough luck eh? We have also managed a goal in every one of those matches with our 2 solitary losses coming at the hands of Spain and Italy and you have to go back to 1999 to find a home euro qualifier where Scotland failed to score. England of course were the only team to keep a clean-sheet.

Indeed, the stats are fairly shocking as a Scotland fan when you consider the criticism endured. If you go as far back as 1990, Scotland have scored in 33 of their last 34 at home in the euro qualifiers, losing only 3 times with 26 wins. Not so bad after all eh?

Our home form isn’t so impressive in previous World cup qualifiers but the fact remains that Scotland are a strong team at home, who rarely lose in these kind of fixtures and this is the Euros! We almost always we raise our game and find the net and that’s what I’m going for tonight with Scotland to score priced @8/11.

This isn’t just based on history or pride but also the Germans defence which isn’t always the most secure. In the past 4 years, the World Champions have conceded goals in competitive qualifiers on the road against Azerbaijan, Sweden, Austria (twice) Ireland, Turkey and Poland while their only clean sheets have come in the Faroe Islands, Gibraltar and Kazkhstan (twice). Doesn’t look so crazy now does it?

I suppose BTTS is likely then @10/11 but I don’t want to cheer for any German goal so I’m not considering that one but for me, it has a good chance and considering the criticsim endured over the last 48 hours, I know that the Scots will put in a vastly improved performance to that what we witnessed on Friday. Trust me. I’m Scottish and I know the script.

I feel in my heart, head and mind that Germany will win but Scotland will score so the 2.1 away win looks most likely to me although I was filled with a further sense of doom when checking the stats as I was reminded of that 6.1 mauling the Germans put on the Irish in Dublin. Something similar tonight really would hurt a lot. Please god. Just no.

But it’s not gonna be that way, it’s going to be fine. It will be Scotland and our pride will survive, it may even flourish, but only briefly. I can’t see us getting a result but stranger things have happened.

    Come on boys.

International – EURO qualification grp. I

18:00 Armenia vs Denmark – Prediction -0.1 – Suggested Bets

I’m giving this one a miss, purely because the early kick=offs have screwed me this week. No bets.

    20:45 Albania vs Portugal – Prediction – 1.1 – Suggested Bets – Albania not to lose @19/20, BTTS @5/4

Portugal won’t have it easy when they travel to Tirana this evening against an unbeaten and under-rated opponent in Albania.

I tipped the Albanians not to lose in Denmark @5/4 odds this past weekend and they duly obliged, taking a precious point back home to Tirnana and they will be confident of something similar tonight against Cristiano Ronaldo and co.

BTTS could be the bet to go with here, based on the stats and a tasty price of 11/10. In qualifying games at home, the Albanians have seen 8 of their last 9 at home all finishing with BTTS and they are a reasonably tough nut to crack on their own patch, losing only 3 out of 12 home qualifiers going back 5 years. Indeed their form in this campaign has been tremendous, unbeaten in 5 and recording away wins over Serbia and tonight’s opponents Portugal in Lisbon and anyone expecting an easy night’s work for Portugal will be in for a rude awakening.

Portugal themselves have won each of their last 4 in the group since that shock opening day defeat to tonight’s opponents and are considered odds on favourites to record the win here @17/20 but I’m not convinced with this Albanian team tough to beat and I fancy they can match their result on Saturday and earn another crucial point here.

Portugal have been good on the road lately, winning 7 of their last 10 although 4 of those were friendlies and much depends on Cristiano Ronaldo. If he is on his game, then you would expect the away win but for me, Albania’s resiliance and increased confidence in the wake of some fine results can get them something from this game.

I’m tipping a 1.1 draw. based on Albania’s form at home, and also the likelyhood of BTTS when you consider their history on home soil with most fixtures seeing BTTS over the last 5 years (12 of 15 home fixtures have gone with BTTS)

BTTS is priced at 5/4 while the Albanian’s not to lose is priced @19/20 and I may well be on both.

International – EURO qualification grp. F
    20:45 Finland vs Faroe Islands – Prediction – 1. 0 – Suggested Bets

I’m going to leave this one out with qualification no longer a realistic possibility for either side. The Fins should edge it but it’s not worth betting on for me.

    20:45 N.Ireland vs Hungary – Prediction – 0.0 – Suggested Bets Draw @12/5

It’s another huge match for Northern Ireland as they welcome fellow contenders Hungary to Windsor park in what is now a vital fixture for both sides who are very much in contention to qualify automatically for the finals next summer.

The Irish sit top on 17 points with the visitors tonight a further 4 back, and sandwiched between them both are Romania on 15 points so we have 3 teams still very much hoping to finish in the automatic top 2 positions.

A win for the Irish will guarantee qualification while Hungary themselves know that a win is probably needed if they are to catch either the Irish themselves or indeed the Romanians who entertain bottom of the section Greece at home tonight.

Each of Hungary’s previous 6 games in the group have gone under 2.5 goals and I expect that to continue tonight in what is likely to be a tense, low scoring, closely fought encounter. The Irish have seen 4 of their previous 6 in the group also go under 2.5 goals and that’s a likely outcome here with the bookies pricing it up at just 4/9.

The North were held to a goal-less draw in their last home outing with Romania and I fancy a very similar outcome here with a point good enough to keep the Irish 4 points ahead of their rivals tonight with just 2 fixtures remanining.

Hungary are likely to play for the win, given the circumstances of the group but I don’t think they will get it against a rejuvinated side that are on course to complete the most remarkable of qualification campaigns and become the first team to qualify for a major European finals when seeded 5th in the initial draw.

I’m going for a low scoring draw here with the share of the spoils priced @21/10.

20:45 Romania vs Greece – Prediction – Suggested Bets – Romania to win @1/1, Romania to win to nil @ 8/5

The Romanians have lost just once in 16 home fixtures and they should have enough in the tank to take the full 3 points against a Greek side that have had their worst campaign in many a year with the visitors taking just 2 points from 7 games so far and while they have changed their manager, they still have yet to improve having failed to win any of their previous 10 fixtures.

A win tonight should be good enough for Romania to seal their qualification for next summers finals and I fancy them to get it, although this is another fixture that is likely to be low scoring with the under 2.5 goals selection paying at a very short 1/3.

Having lost at home to Finland Saturday and the Faroes TWICE in this group, Greek confidence is at an all time low and I don’t expect them to put a spanner in the works tonight here against a Romanian side that have some how climbed to 7th in the world rankings.

While they have improved and now look likely to qualify, it has to be said that these world rankings which have both the Romanians and the Welsh in the top 10 are fairly absurd, especially when you consider that the Romanians and Welsh currently sit above Copa American champions Chile, England and Spain, amongst others.

Still, Greece are still a bit of a shambles and while Romania are over-rated in the rankings, they should have enough to claim the win here at fairly attractive 1/1 odds.

One more bet that catches my eye is Romania to win til nil @8/5. The Romanians have won 8 of their previous 17 qualifying games going back 3 campaigns and all 8 of those wins occurred when they kept a clean sheet so if they do win tonight, the odds suggest it is more than likely to be done without leaking anything at the back. 8/5 on a home win to nil looks likely to me.

    Suggested Bets

Poland vs Gibraltar – Lewandoski to score 2 or more @8/15
    Poland -4 to win @1/2
Ireland vs Georgia – Ireland to win @8/15
Ireland vs Georgia – Robbie Keane to score anytime @21/20
Scotland vs Germany Scotland to score @8/11
Albania vs Portugal – Albania not to lose @19/20
    Albania v Portugal – BTTS @5/4
    N.Ireland vs Hungary – Draw @12/5
Romania vs Greece – – Romania to win @1/1
Romania vs Greece – Romania to win to nil @ 8/5

Anyone concerned about Mr Fs handicap bets on Rangers, just look at these stats, absolutley scary,

    Matches Played: 9

    Shots: 154

    Goals: 35

    – Rangers have kept a clean sheet in 4 of their last 5 games

    – Livingston have 1 point from 15

    – Livingston have conceded 11 goals in 5 leage games

With Rangers hitting 25 shots a game at home and scoring 5 goals a game at the moment, how can livingston contain them given the fact theyv 1 point from 15 and have shipped 11 goals in 5 games?

    3/1 for -3 is a great price.

Evening guys, not a lot takes my fancy today, and I cant add anything new to what as already been said, so it is just the one bet for me.

I cant bring myself to cheer on the Scots or the Germans. I do like Muller odds to score, I was expecting him to be odds on, for someone who as scored 6 in 6. He is 5/4 Ladbrokes.

    MULLER TO SCORE 5/4

    Enjoy the game

Good luck if your having a bet

  100. Alves 9 years ago

Toni Kroos anytime for me 4/1 looks decent value

  101. thechief 9 years ago

Greg, don’t forget N Ireland to mate :D

  102. Danny T 9 years ago

Own goal in Poland game 5/1 bet 365 just a small stake

  103. Alex 9 years ago

Can see there being some absolute bore draws in the Internationals tonight… Romania/N.Ireland/Finland/Portugal.. hopefully I’m wrong but I’ve done a few cover bets for £1 stakes on a few of these to finish a draw.

    £1 returns around £200.

This is just to cover any re-occurence of the weekends dire results.

  104. ryan 9 years ago

    Hey Joseph

I believe I’m about 5 pointsdown (not totalled it up for the last few days) but it has been a hard weekend.

Still, I won 80 points last month, so I’m not crying. Admittedly I didn’t post those bets here, but I did on my own site which if you want the details for, mr fixit can provide them,

Hopefully tonight will get us back on track for September.

Honestly, tonight, I feel like crying for Scotland. It’s so painful being a Scotland fan.

  105. archie 9 years ago

gl all going for a treble and 3 doubles 1st goalscorers.

    ronaldo
    muller
leowndoski forgive spelling. pays 56/1 for treble.

  106. Alves 9 years ago

Also ma free £1 scorecast is on Maloney 2-3 250/1 :)

    • Mr Fixit 9 years ago

Alves, I forgot to do mine again.

  107. sanjay 9 years ago

Archie as a born and bred Pole – it’s Lewandowski!

  108. Ritchie 9 years ago

Small interest in Scotland game over 2.5 goals-5/4 @ Betfair.

  109. Jordan 9 years ago

Not sure I should be praising you Mr F but well done with Muller FGS, and the chief.

    • Mr Fixit 9 years ago

Jordan, like thechief I tipped Muller but what a terrible goal to lose.

  110. Humble tipper 9 years ago

Why didn’t i stick that 100 quid on the poland -5 handicap, it’s 3 nil already.

  111. rick 9 years ago

    Boom

  112. Tommy 9 years ago

Can’t see past Muller & Lewandowski both to score tonight. Lewandowski is laughable odds though, so I’m looking to the inform Muller, who bagged both goals against Scotland last time out.

Muller to score first 1pt 9/2 Coral
    Muller Anytine 6pts 5/4 Ladbrokes

****** WINNER ***** 10 Points profit for the evening. Milky Bars are on me!

  113. InterYerNan 9 years ago

    Nice 1 chief!

  114. thechief 9 years ago

Jordan and inter cheers guys nice and early :D

Well done Mr F, for tipping him fgs

  115. Tommy 9 years ago

Sorry Mr F, only just read your Euro Tips. Looks like we both fancied that one.

Still cant find the Rangers price. I’m looking on bet 365 Main, Goals, Half and Specials menus. Nothing under Main at all, just Alternative 1.5 or 3.5……..? Weird….

  116. Jordan 9 years ago

Just got loud at Hampden Park :)

  117. Alex 9 years ago

  121. Alex 9 years ago

MR F – no idea what Neuer’s playing at there! he looks shakey tonight…

    can see Scotland scoring more

    • Mr Fixit 9 years ago

    • Danny T 9 years ago

Clowes theeem douun I think Mr f

  122. Tommy 9 years ago

Thanks for replying though everyone. Well friendly site :)

  123. Jordan 9 years ago

Manuel Neuer have a word with yourself!

  124. Alex 9 years ago

    Gotze is looking deadly.

Have a 4/1 anytime goalscorer on him

    2 points

    • Mr Fixit 9 years ago

Alex, every outfield player is looking dangerous – has to be more goals second half if it’s go on like this.

  128. John 9 years ago

Had a small bet on a Lewandowski hat trick, 11/5

  129. Jordan 9 years ago

Two absolute horror moments from Neuer. Best keeper in the world?
I’ll be happy to lose 5 points tonight if it means a thread full of happy Scots hahaha

  130. Sean Ireland 9 years ago

rick, it looked an unders night – 6 out of 8 under 1.5 and the other 2 over 4.5.

  145. Danny T 9 years ago

    Gibraltar score lol

  146. Jordan 9 years ago

Gibraltar score? Surely that was 4/1 on its own?

  147. rick 9 years ago

I thought about under 1.5 but my nerves wouldn’t of handled it.

  148. Jordan 9 years ago

    Euro Qualifier – 7:45PM

    Germany -1AH @ 1.833 – 5 points **VOID**

Not much to cheer other than a better performance from the Scots. Ireland winning hasn’t helped the situation but tough games up next for both of you. Portugal scored (finally).

    • Sean Ireland 9 years ago

Ireland winning HAS!!… helped the situation Jordan :)

    • Jordan 9 years ago

Haha for your mob perhaps Shaun.

  156. ryan 9 years ago

I wrote this today about Scotland in my preview for the match…

I wish to god I wasn’t so accurate. Why do we always have to endure this?

  157. WasClueless 9 years ago

    Tuesday
    Tajikstan v Australia

Reckon the socceroos will score a few. I will have a punt on a Celtic player who is back to fitness and scored twice and according to match reports was man of the match against Bangladesh (think he has scored for Celtic as well this season)

    Tom Rogic ATGS 13/8
