IT will be fish for tea – or should that be breakfast – after Pescara landed the Super Single.
I backed them not to lose at Vicenza and they drew 2-2 to reach the Serie A play-off final.
Pescara not to lose at 4-5 was my only bet of the day and I'd substracted 0.2pts from my winnings after advising a cover on Vicenza at 14-1.
Next up for Pescara is a final against Avellino who shocked Bologna and maybe I'll be on them for a fourth Super Single in recent weeks.
There are many more games to choose from on Wednesday with the highlights being the Turkish Cup Final between Bursaspor and Galatasaray and the Austrian Cup Final featuring Austria Vienna and Red Bull Salzburg.
The Turkish season finale is at Bursaspor's ground they beat Gala at home in the league as well as drawing away. Champions Gala are going for the double and are hot favourites though while Bursaspor finished down in sixth.
Red Bull are red-hot favourites but their record against Austria Vienna is less than spectacular this season, losing one, drawing one and winning two. All four meetings saw both teams score and three of the four went over 3.5 goals. The one that didn't was last week's 1-1 draw when both fielded weakened sides so goals can be expected tonight.
Red Bull won their last five matches as they wrapped up the title, scoring 99 goals in 36 games, while the Vienna side won just two of their last seven as they finished seventh – a massive 30 points behind their final opponents.
In Sweden and Finland there are league matches and in Norway there are loads of cup games and we should plenty of goals tips from people who follow those matches.
AIK Solna are unbeaten at home as they welcome lowly Falkenbergs but the win is a short price so I'm taking them minus one while elsewhere in Sweden Henrik Larsson's Helsinborgs can get back on track at Orebro while Hacken can do likewise away to basement boys Atvidabergs.
Hacken were going great guns until I put them on a Super Single and they lost at home to Falkenbergs. They were then beaten 2-0 at a decen Gefle side and I'm putting my faith in them to get back on track at Atvidabergs who have lost five in a row.
On four visits there Hacken have lost once and away from home this season have won three and drawn one of their matches.
In Finland Lahti v HIFK looks good for both to score and there should be home wins for RoPS and HJK against KTP and Ilves respectively.

I was on the German game last night and placed it just Before kickoff. I understand that other followers were treated by a Win in the game. My bet was a looser, so apparently the line was not the same as when you advised it earler Before kick-off.

Yesterday’s round-up:
Icelandic Cup games promised goals and certainly gave some – I was a little too greedy with my treble goals prediction which fell short in the end.
Managed to get a great in-play 12/5 winner just before half-time with Afterelding -2 on the h/cap but opportunity was gone within minutes as they scored 2 and had a red card go for them between 40 and 45 minutes.
Lesson learnt and a word of caution ahead of today’s Icelandic games…some of the previous cup games have outlandish goal lines but they will level out as we enter the final stages of the comp.
There are 2 games I am avoiding – not so say they won’t see goals but they are much more closely matched than others that have a huge quality disparity…hence the amount of goals seen in their games These are:
Akranes v Fjolnir and Thor Akureyri v Olafsvik.
Going to go for a four-fold on Over 2.5 goals for the following games – all 8.15 KO’s. Alternatively another bet would be to take the favourites for each on the h/cap…both would have a solid chance:

Sorry, went out for a few hours so missed all the posts.
I actually started before I did the worked example – it was really just to demonstrate what happens when we hit +12 and also to give people an idea of the steady rate of bank growth. I also keep issuing health warnings after good days and encouragement after bad days. Interestingly we’re now near the 60% rate of winners (I discount voids and just look at the ration of winners to losers) and as the data gets greater we should converge to a fairly consistent average,
From my side I’ve increased my bank already but wanted to be fair and show that it doesn’t really matter when you start if the win %age is decent enough and you stay disciplined.
I keep saying it but well done to you guys – the data you’re crunching and the continual reviews you’re doing to maintain data quality is proving excellent results which is no mean feat!

It will be slow at the start for sure, but after you have doubled your stake a few times it moves a lot quicker.
A simple +1 is quite a sizeable increase, but the 6 months getting there needs to be done
There’s a lot of talk of ‘slow and steady’ and some people may be wondering “When will I hit +12 and increase my stake?”
This is what you need to consider….
Imagine one day you placed 3 bets each with a £10 stake at evens. Of those bets 2 win and the other 1 loses. At the end of the day your position is:
£30 handed over to the bookie
£40 received back (2 x £10 profits and 2 x£10 stakes).
So for every 3 bets at 1pt at even money if 2 win and 1 lose you make 1 point.
If you had a 66.67% strike rate (which, co-incidently, Rob and Simon have somewhere in the region of!) you may find that, for every 3 bets you placed (at 1pt stake each) at evens you’d place you’d make 1pt profit. Aiming for 12 points of profit (not to be confused with +12 which means a nett of 12 wins) you’d need 36 bets to be placed and 24 of those to be winners (at 1 pt stake each).
Now as Rob and Simon’s bets are generally at odds of around 1.85 you probably need nearer 51 bets at a strike rate of 66.67% to make your 12 points profit).
Take into account that in the last 8 days we’ve had 30 bets (not including the voids) then over a 14 day period we’d roughly get the 51 bets we need to get 12 points of profit.
So, assuming that the number of bets Rob and Simon advise remain at this level, you stay disciplined and you stick to the system you could (optimistically but realistically) increase your bank twice a month.
That’s when it starts to get exciting! :o)

My reasoning behind this is fairly straightforward. Finals are usually tight and tense affairs and these two teams have barely been conceding goals in the run up to the final both domestically and in the Champions league in general. Sure, Juventus have leaked a few goals recently but these games have seen the 1st XI heavily rotated with nothing to play for and even against the front three of Barcelona on their day with all firing the likes of Bonucci,Chiellini and Barzagli should keep this affair fairly close. Barcelona’s defense in recent years has been nothing short of shaky however they seem a more disciplined side this season and i think this has been brought about by the introduction of Rakitic to the midfield as he offers more protection to the likes of Pique and the wing backs.
I think this game will be a lot closer than the general “experts” are giving Juventus credit for. They are an extremely well organised team who will be motivated for this however i just see Barcelona being a class above which they are and it will show on the day. Possibly outside small stake on the match maybe going to extra time but i feel as though Barcelona will do this within 90 minutes and will not concede either.
