MRF_RacingTips_Racebets

JOHNB had a 2pt loss on Thursday with his Nap/NB a loser and his other tip a non-runner.

He’s now 24.44pts down for July and has a total of 6pts staked on his Friday tips.

Johnb’s Friday Tips

Glorious Goodwood 2:35
Promising Run 7-1 racebets

3:45
Goken 9-1 racebets

Newmaket 7:35
Bunbury 5-2 NAP/NB racebets(double stake)

Also 3 x 0.5pt doubles & 1 x 0.25pt eachway treble

Antepost tips

2000 Guineas 2017
CHURCHILL 20-1 (now 8-1) bet365

2017 Derby
CHURCHILL 33-1 (now 20-1) racebets

2000 Guineas 2017

Blue Point 14-1 racebets

Johnb says: “I have already advised Churchill for next year’s 2000 Guineas & Derby – he has been really impressive this season and my view is he will get even better next year.

“Blue Point on the other hand is harder to call for how he will progress next year. If he trains on then in my view it’s a straight fight between Blue Point & Churchill but in the Derby Churchill is the only horse for me – he gives me the same excitement as Golden Horn did.

“But to answer my question earlier the most impressive horse I have seen this year is BLUE POINT with Churchill and Annie Power a close second and third.”

Goodwood 2:35 Thikriyaat 11/4 had already picked this out for tomorrow. Ran on well in last run away from the pace and the winner who was stand side.

I see Alex beat me to Thikriyaat.

I trust Paul Hanagan will get this one in for us, worth noting that he is by Azamour who’s offsprings tend to improve as they get older, very confident NAP after see Ridchester frank his form yesterday.

    6:50 GALWAY – Alveena (NAP) @ 4/1.
Dermot Weld has to start firing in these winners soon, 3 winners from 19 runners at the festival so far.

    7:10 Newmarket – Shell Bay (each way) @ 8/1
First time head gear on and conditions to suit.

John the likes of JP Mc Manus, Sheik Mohammed and Rich Ricci are great for racing when we see them put as much into the game as they do. But do they really know how lucky they are to even own a horse capable of winning a group 1?
Rich Ricc in particular is a man who never done a physical days work in his life, just sat in the top floor of worlds most famous banks for years, grinning while stroking his Chesire cat, then retires on multi million pound pension.
Now compare this to the old school type trainer/ owner like Ted Walsh who has been grinding over 50 years to make some sort of a living, and up at first light most of his life, you only have to look at Walshs hands to know this man worked for what he earned and he still got pittance to show for it.

      Spot on notorious.
Those 3 sum up what is bad about racing.
The rich getting richer and soaking up the glory on the fact they can kop the best horses off hard working trainers because they have the money to do so
Bit like footy I guess, these people forget that without grass roots trainers there would be no racing

Must admit I am not Rich Ricci’s biggest fan but you still have to take your hat off to him for achieving what he did, he earned his own money and we might not like how he did but he had the brains and get up and go to do it,
I don’t know if he is passionate about horses.

JP McManus though is passionate about horses and he has grafted to earn his €775 million
From being a bookie to gambling his way to a fortune he deserves every penny of that money,

As for Sheik Mohammed he is a big lover of horses but my opinion is all Royalty throughout the world should be done away with.

The vast majority of people with money have earned it and I for one admire them for it

Top score 4.20 nap 5/1 quite keen on this one already being backed in the market ignore last run and it would be 2/1

    Emotionless 2.35 NB 3/1
Last chance saloon was a really big fan as a two year old and anything near that he wins also got decent ground for him

    Celestial path 3.10 ew 12/1

Looks ahead of the handicapper and is in good form stoute and I’m not to concerned with the dodgy draw

Would also like to mention goldream at a cracking price of 8/1 loves the ground runs well fresh and has group wins before

Morning Campers, yet another day of cracking racing. Day 4 of Goodwood, Day 5 at Galway. Good card at Newmarket this evening, plus racing from Thirsk plus Bangor where I am heading to later.

I have been looking at the best offers on show again this morning. SKY BET offer money back if horse finishes 2/3 in first race. This is a cracking offer/bet max refund of £25 for safety and insurance bets.

Mount Logan loves Goodwood which is a big factor here, especially when the horse is 3/3 here. Including C/D in the Listed Tapster Stakes. Looking back to Royal Ascot, the Duke of Edinburgh Stakes might give us some clues. Run over this trip, Kinema Elite Army Kings Fete was the placing that day.

Elite Army weight was 9-10 that day, last race 9-2 finished 6/7 to Big Orange. Weight today is 9-1, the signs are there for a big run today. Very smart handicapper, loves fast going. Prices at 11/2 money back if 2/3. Paddy/BET365 are going 5/1 places 1/2. Very solid safety and insurance bet. Throw in R/FC with Mount be a very good start to the day.

    Happy Punting Stay Lucky.

    Morning all

66/1 and 50/1 winners at galway yesterday so i suppose i have to be grateful to have landed a couple of winners.
    Onto today

    5.10 HEARTBREAK CITY 11/4
    5.45 TENTH AMENDMENT 7/1 EW
6.15 AS DE PIQUE 9/1 EW (if POPS WELL gets in will also have an ew)
    6.50 QUEEN ALPHABET 7/2
7.25 IVAN GROZNY 15/8 (advised last night at 15/8) now 4/7 Lump job !!
Am leaving the last 2 until closer to the off.

As i have a day of freedom today i said id also have a look at Goodwood and quite a few have already mentioned
FRANKLIN D and THRIKRIYAAT so i will follow those but one i simply have to have a nibble on is AJAYA 3.45 @ 50/1 which is huge based on his 2yr old form and Goldream the only horse rated higher.

    Best of luck to all

hello everyone im not going to say how much but im on for a very significant treble with just 7.25 ivan to go its a very substancile amount could you all if mr f will allow it comment below with cash out or stick and your reasoning if you dont mind it really is a large amount for me and a lot of you know more then i ever will so your input here is higley appriciated thanks for all of you who take the time to reply mr f sorry if this spams the thread but i hope youll understand why as its a rather large sum thank you.

gengar if it is a lot of money for you mate then just take it. Personally I took it last night when DC posted and think it will win I have it in a trixie as well albeit it is still the second leg.

        gengar 4 months ago

Thanks alex im going to make a decision at half past six , it is a large sum but i never bet with what i cant afford basically i can cash out for almost half it would be nice but the full amount would have a significant impact on my life i dont want to be greedy but DC is on fire and the horse is 4/7. ill see what eveyron thinks and decide hour before hand thanks for commenting mate.

          Gengar
I wish you the best of luck whatever you decide. Personally if you are in a situation were if Ivan wins and its a life changing situation then you simply have to take the chance. When will you get this type of opportuinity again?. On form Ivan looks to have every chance. He won a grade 3 hurdle lto with ease and is clearly in good heart. With Quick Jack now a NR i just cant see anything in the field to trouble him but its racing and we know anything can happen.
          Fingers crossed for you

Thanks DC thats what the other half of my brain is telling me will i be in this position again, does every punter get that one big gen in there life is this my day ?, again taking on board what you all say and will let you know at half six thanks again mate.

He should win but i agree with Alex , I’f I was offered serious cash out money id take it, also depends on what I stakes in first place

        • Profile photo of gengar
          gengar 4 months ago

Thanks peter i dont wanna say how much purely not to influnciate anyone’s opinion i could afford to loose the stake but im one of them people when i see a cash out option it goes from loosing stake to loosing the current cash out because i had opportunity to take it and go i actualy have the same treble but instead of ivan have bundbury & athletic in the 7.35
but should ivan win its a much larger stake and id also collect two doubles. just trying to balance the risk vs reward. again thank you for commenting.

JB as ive stated i also have your nap/nb and Atheletic both in same race as trebles with the two ive already won how confident are you ? i may cash out that bet to get my stake plus some returned and let ivan run and just hope pegasus spirit runs beside him today

Bunbury is the horse who is open to the most improvement and has the ability to go a lot higher in the ratings but anything close to Bunbury’s last performance and it’s a stroll in the park for him but will he be on a going day can never be certain

              • Profile photo of gengar
                gengar 4 months ago

Thanks JB they wont offer me cash out on the 7.35 treb has i bet two horses same race as such bet doesnt count has a single bet and cash out not offered, i’ve decided to let all bets run, life is about experiences and i may never get to know the feeling again or such a good chance to win significant money, should i not win it will be anther lifes lesson learnt and somthing for us all to remember should you find yourselfs in similar posistion. he who dares rodney he who dares.
