GREG like many others is happy to see the end of Euro 2016 – but he hopes to finish with a winner.
He says: “The Final is here at last and I must admit I think it’s been a really disappointing tournament! I blame UEFA and their third-placed team qualifies nonsense.
“Both Mr F and I had a profitable day yesterday and friendlies are often fraught with the unknown but there is still a good opportunity to make some money if you have the time to do your homework, especially the UK games! On the continent it’s really a case of trying to guess the quality of the teams involved as there were countless cricket scores yesterday.”
Portugal v France (8pm)
Having looked at the markets for this game the cards market makes most appeal. France have an abundance of talent going forward and I’m not sure how the Portuguese defence and midfield are going to be able to cope. Like most I fancy France to win it and that will certainly bring a smile to Mr F who backed them before the tournament started.
Pepe is always good for a booking and for me there will be more Portuguese cards than French. Players will have the shackles off with no fear of missing the Final.
