IT was a disappointing night with plenty of tired legs on show in the English games.
I correctly tipped Chelsea to beat Liverpool but it took them until extra time to do it. For a 0-0 it was a cracking contest but again the lack of a cutting edge cost the Reds who must be rueing the day Daniel Sturridge picked up that injury.
Reading beat the Super Single when they couldn't score past 10 men for 45 minutes and having read the match report Millwall were unlucky not to win.
It's a pretty quiet night on Wednesday and I've posted a separate preview on the second semi-final between Sheffield Utd and Spurs and will check team news for the cup clashes between Atletico Madrid and Barcelona and Parma and Juventus as well as some others before picking out top tips.
I feel Spurs will be too strong for battling Blades and have decided to pick them as the Super Single at just under evens.
Juventus beat Parma 7-0 at home in the league and should be too strong for their opponents in the cup even though they'll make changes. I can't see past Juve at 4-11 with boylesports and will add tips when I see how strong their line-up is – with Juve -1 among my thoughts.
Atletico-Barca is a tough call and again I'd like to see teams before tipping this one. Everyone expects goals but it's interesting to note eight of the last nine meetings between the sides have been under 2.5 goals. Atletico will be missing Diego Godin which is a blow and I expect Barca to be close to full strength as they defend a 1-0 lead.

How can 1/9s and 1/10s even be regarded as tipping? there are reliable tippers on here who i genuinely have time for even although their tips are not always successful, they are however consistent they still have validity, reasoning to back them up and they are teams and leagues any passionate football fan is familiar with.
However over the last month or so i have seen this clogged with obscene bets like over match first half goals in the Bulgarian u19 league. Clearly nobody watches these matches and their studying doesn’t go any further than a browse on Soccerway.
Then there is the people wanting to do challenges of 1/10 shots so after 150 bets you may see decent profit however you chances of 150 bets in a row are so minimal the time spent on these challenges are a waste of time.
I hope this page would return to reliable tipping on sensible matches, Mr fixit, Raal, even some of Harpreet’s bets (even although he gets some stick off users) are names that spring to my mind that have sensible betting tips and when i see them i can see the logic behind them and funnily enough these tips end up with a higher success rate.

Frankie markets dont often come available for french women games until close to kick off or at kickoff on 365. Is the game listed with betfair. Im only interested in that psg womens game if under 5 is available as they are very capable of a few goals. This isn’t a fan site Scott – it’s a betting site so if we see value bets we’ll take them wherever we can. Obscure leagues are far better when betting on goals due to the relative difference in the standard of the teams. It really doesn’t matter about whether we follow the league or not.

Scott everyone on here are free to tip whatever they like when they like. Even having knowledge of the major leagues quite often does not help us one bit looking at stats etc of other leagues can give you a chance of winning and normally goals galore in these leagues which can be good for those who enjoy goals bets so you are not backing a team to win

Scott I do agree having that many bets nearly everyday is a sure fire way of losing constantly. if you back something you really should be quite confident in it and if you you aren’t that’s just madness.
Thanks Wato thats the point im making that there are prople posting vast amounts of tips throughout the day everyday which become gambling for the sake of it rather than posting a confident tip.
I’ve seen people on this make money on Brazilian football and Malasyian football which fair enough wouldnt be my cup of tea but they tip educated tips and post 1 maximum 2 tips on that league per card.
Im more directing my rant a people posting large amount of ‘tips’ day in day out when its actually just gambling for the sake of it. I understand people may have taken this the wrong way but their are others feeling my frustration
And the people posting these 1 and 2 tips per card on Brazilian leagues etc do well and i would trust their tips, its the people posting 10+ tips a day on obscure leagues that are my problem

Mr F is it not easy to have sections like in other forums you know the usual format where you have sections for each aspect of betting like Football,Horse Racing,Tennis,Rugby etc etc etc something similar to OLBG and Punters Lounge.
I Checked the amount of traffic the site gets and i am sure that it could be beneficial to your website to have sections like most forums do.
Also i reckon it would be better as the comments could be posted in a correct section for each sport or just chewing the fat.
The only problem might be the Daily Unique Visitors that the site gets may be the same ones that are posting like it seems to be at the moment, but i really think you could encourage others that view the site to jump on board and contribute to the various sections that would be on the forum.
Now don’t take this as a way of trying to tell you how to run your site but i honestly believe the site would benefit from doing the above and your income per day for the site would increase also if you could get others on board to use the excellent links you provide for the punters :-)
AnOnYmous, under the current set-up we don’t have the manpower but as I said we’re working on things. This was never meant to be a forum – and we know it has to change. A new site has been built but admin haven’t decided if or when to change over.
Looks like that comment never made it thru so here goes again.
Actually Mr F i was going to add the possible lack of manpower into the mix when i commented a you often say not many admin etc etc so fair enough on that score and understandable.
I just think with the site growing the way it is (and it is ranked pretty high on that score) you are missing a trick here to turn this into an even better site than it already is.
Also i think like quite a few on here that trawling to get what they actually want can be a bit off putting at times but either way keep up the good work.
Mr I occasionally use my iPhone to access the site and since if I’ve switched mobile theme off (bottom of the page)I’ve had no problems with the amount of comments been posted
Scott not havin a dig but thanks to a few of the lads on this site who have pointed out some off these lesser known leagues I make profit week in week out on them more than I do the normal English leagues, You don’t have to know these leagues inside out, but once you have found the teams which you know to back there can be easy money. But like I say each to there own wasn’t havin a dig
I think the fundamental point we disagree on Scott is what you define as knowing leagues – why can’t a statistical analysis be used to know your bets as from anecdotal evidence on here, knowing injury news and form etc is no better guide.
Your point about the goal line commonly being at 4 is irrelevant if those games tend to have 4 goals – for example the Hong Kong reserve division game I bet on just had it’s 5th goal meaning another winner (while writing this it’s now had 7 goals).
Take Simon Wright who bets using a computer algorithm he wrote and is very successful using purely factual data. I see tons of tips on her every weekend on the ‘major’ leagues and the majority lose from people who ‘know’ their football. I’ve been on here a long time and the most successful tippers have not been on the WDW markets.
I never said the WDW market is the most profitable way to bet, infact quite the opposite.

Well old Bet365 are at it again!!
Logged on just as it was approaching final over on the big bash cricket match this morning because I was waiting on Sydney for £90. Saw that Perth were 11/4 shots thought ill have a piece of that just to cover my original bet and put £20 at 11/4, bet accepted no problem.
Checked what was needed and it was 8 runs off last over so even though not a certainty it was looking like I had a great chance. 1st ball they hit a boundary and then market suspended for rest of the match. It ended up going to the final ball and Perth won by 1 run.
I then receive an email after the match which reads We have identified that this selection was placed at incorrect odds and as such in accordance with our rules will be settled at the revised odds of 2/7.
Sorry, but im about to go to town on them!!! im sick of this!! They have no right to take my bet then contact me after the event has finished and pay me out at 2/7 because they have lost.
Im raising a case with IBAS if they don’t sort it.
Mr F, How can they be allowed to trade like this?? Whether price was right or not it was only available for a minute before the final over was to be bowled and immediately suspended after the boundary was hit.
Raz, IBAS won’t entertain you if it’s in their rules which it is. Punters have to understand so many markets are being made available that mistakes will be made, especially inplay. Some are caught but some are not and are wrongly settled. You know the price was wrong and when this happens you should expect not to be made and see it as a bonus if you are. Best you’ll get is a free bet out of it.

Scott I’m not sure. Originally it was £1k but it’s a lot harder than it looks from £10. Highest I got was £360 and also got to £250 a couple of times. I might bank at £20+ every time and see if it becomes profitable
