TWO out of the four games I tipped on Monday produced goals – but I needed another for any sort of return.
Tuesday is a much busier night and Chelsea kick off their match at West Brom as Premier League favourites for the first time this season.
Clearly second favourites Man City are missing Sergio Aguero and if Chelsea can increase that lead before the Argentine returns they could be tough to catch.
Both should win this week though and first up Chelsea are just better than 1-2 to win at the Hawthorns.
It's a rubbish price but the Blues have won 10 and drawn two of their last 12 and conceded just three goals in those games. Ladbrokes go 8-11 in shops if picked on a five-team accumulator.
West Brom have won one in 16 but held Everton and Liverpool at home recently and according to the oddschecker app have beaten Chelsea in two of the last three at the Hawthorns.
Eden Hazard hit a hat-trick against Newcastle and is 6-1 at McBookie and William Hill to score first.
So it's Chelsea for me and my Super Single in today's Daily Record is the Blues to win to nil at 29-20 with Ladbrokes and Coral.
I was tempted to go with that one on the site but as it's tougher to cover I've plumped for West Ham at home to Norwich. After looking doomed a couple of weeks ago Sam Allardyce's men have climbed out of the drop zone with 10 points in five matches.
Saturday's 2-0 win at Aston Villa was impressive and skipper Kevin Nolan has returned from suspension to hot back-to-back doubles. He can lead the Hammers to a priceless three points against a Norwich side with just one away win in nine.
Norwich defended superbly to hold Man City 0-0 at home at the weekend but this is a different type of game and away from home Chris Hughton's side have been recently and netted just eight times.
Nolan will be well backed at 6-1 with Ladbrokes and others to score first.
Tonight's other EPL games – Cardiff v Aston Villa and Hull v Southampton – are tough to call but I'd favour Cardiff and a draw at Hull.
There aren't too many obvious winners tonight so I'd take it easy despite the number of games. In the Championship I like Burnley at a Bolton side who haven't won in six but draw a lot. In fact they've drawn nine at the Reebok and with it being a derby that's always a possibility.
Leeds have bounced back from the Brian McDermott sacking farce to win two games and look a decent price at Brighton at 3-1 but again a stalemate can't be ruled out.
So for the Top Treble I'm taking Chelsea and adding Orient at home to Bristol City in League One. Orient will be hurting after losing two late goals to Peterborough at the weekend but will relish the chance to quickly make amends against a side in the drop zone and with just one away win all season. Orient are 8-11 at Ladbrokes.
I planned to complete the treble with Forest Green at home to Braintree in the Conference Premier but that's been called off so I'm going with Lille at home to Caen in the French Cup. Lille have conceded just six goals at home all season and should be too strong for their Ligue 2 opponents.
Elsewhere on the continent I like Borussia Dortmund at Eintracht Frankfurt in the German Cup and I can see Real Madrid extending their 3-0 advantage over Atletico Madrid in the second leg of their Spanish Cup semi-final.
Cristiano Ronaldo is likely to play as he's still serving a league ban and the only concern here is that Real don't need to win. Take Ronaldo though to score first at 7-2 with Ladbrokes.
The reasoning for my both teams to score fourfold is in my head but the stats stand up for each game.

Tough day yesterday with very little going the way it was expected to. My NAP never came close and like the horses I backed yesterday, they may as well have stayed at home :) Positive thoughts for a Tuesday card that may offer some redemption for a bad start to the week!
NAP: MARITZBURG UNITED V KAIZER CHIEFS 5:30pm (South African Premier League)
For my NAP we are going to travel to South Africa and to Maritzburg. They play the Kaizer Chiefs who sit top of the PSL after 5 successive away wins and 9 wins in a row. Maritzburg have lost their last 4 home matches and are struggling towards the bottom of the table. The recent H2H shows the Kaizer Chiefs have not won on any of their least three visits, but the form stats look too good to turn down. Ordinarily I would look elsewhere before South Africa but in my opinion this looks a good bet. This looks a nailed on away win and at 8/13 it looks really good value.
NB: CARLISLE V BRADFORD CITY 7:45pm
I know I tipped them the other day and they lost, but I just cannot ignore the value that lies in Carlisle at home. They’ve scored 2 or more goals in 8 of their last 11 home matches and come up against a Bradford side who’ve conceded 2 or more in each of their last 4 away matches and 5 of their last 6. They failed to score twice at the least weekend but Carlisle should be able to hit two past a Bradford side who’ve failed to win in 12 league matches. It could be high scoring and hopefully Carlisle will get at least 2 which pays 11/10.
TIPS:
NAP: Kaizer Chiefs – 8/13
NB: Carlisle over 1.5 team goals – 11/10
Hopefully Tuesday will be good for us after the disappointment of Helmond on Monday! Best of luck.
Alex, I wish us both the best of luck! :)
Alex, cheers for the tips as always :)
Say, last time we had a go about Nolan being a crapper that needs to be transferred off, and you lead on to say you’d gladly pack the bags yourself, he went on to score a brace the following game. Which West Ham player will we be talking major smack today for a hat-trick? haha ;)
@alex – word of advice, never put a South African football team down as a banker.. 0-0 draw on the cards
Not taking a pop just saying stop posting first every blinking day beginning to loose respect, its kinda sad, betting and having good tips is one thing.
posting first everyday is sad!
bryantdemolish – Why is it sad? I do my research, do a write up and post my thoughts. I’d love to know what is supposedly sad about that?
because mr f uploads his tips everyday after midnight and your the first pretty much all the time,
people look out for your tips but no one likes a brown nose!
Just saying!
Alex, Nolan is going to score a hat-trick :P
Well it’s safe to say the first write up certainly didn’t go to plan which seems to be a common pattern of late. Things were looking good when Tours took a 1-0 lead into half time, only to be overturned in the second half for the match to finish 1-3 to Nancy. Bilboa were poised to take part in a game that promised goals, but as is often the case it finished 0-0. However tomorrow is another day and I’m coming back with another write up!
Tomorrow there is a League 2 clash as Wycombe Wanderers host Fleetwood Town at Adams Park, and first I’ll start with the home side. Wycombe are currently 1 point above relegation placed Torquay but dangerously for them they’ve played 1 more game. Their recent home form has been woeful, 4 losses and most recently a 0-0 draw, failing to score in all 5, conceding 1 goal three times and conceding 3 to mid table Wimbledon.
Next we have Fleetwood, in a much better situation, sitting 6th in the play off places, and a win here would send them 4th, only behind automatic promotion contenders Oxford united on goal difference. Their away form is good enough 3 wins, 1 draw and 1 loss. The loss was a 1-0 defeat at mid table Morecambe, and the draw, the most recent away result, a 0-0 against 2nd placed Scunthorpe. The 3 wins were against 9th placed Dag and Red, but more importantly the other two wins were against playoff placed Burton Albion and Rochdale, showing if they can beat the teams they are contending with, they should beat someone who at any moment could find themselves sucked into the relegation zone.
Fleetwood have lost their last 2 matches, a defeat in the football league cup at the hands of the divisions strongest team Chesterfield, and a shock 2-1 defeat at home at the hands of York City.
I fancy Fleetwood to bounce back with a win at lowly Wycombe, and I’ll be on them at 6/5 with bet365.
Honda, doesn’t matter whether you judge yourself daily, weekly or monthly the result will be the same. Right, I’m retiring with a coupon and bottle of wine.
Fair point Mr F, just curious really
HI Honda, fleetwood lost almost half of the team during tranfer market which include entire strikers without replacement. So it would be difficult to pass goal past the opponent as they are building new team from the reserve. That is why the bookie give the good old for fleetwood to win otherwise fleetwood are very good team. “Bookies always ahead” A piece of advice. Good luck.
Good fortune Alex and Honda. I have Coppa Italia problems. May just skip it and enjoy watching the damn thing instead!
Only watched a wee bit of the Derby QPR game and what I seen QPR were shocking, should’ve just left itvalone as planned but onto tomorrow and hope that’ll be enough shocks to last til the end of the season. Orient are a great price at home at 4/5 to Bristol City and can see them by at least a goal, maybe covering -2.
Bank Builder BET 1;
Hull v Southampton – Hull NO clean sheet
Orient v Bristol City – Orient double chance
West Brom v Chelsea – West Brom NO clean sheet
also doing Lallana anytime Orient win, -1, -2 and Southampton win singles tomorrow.

Really fancy West Ham at home tomorrow. Won their last two and Norwich are missing some key players through injury. Bet365 have West Ham @ 21/20

Yesterday was pretty good for me in play, and with the newfound fondness for naps, i’m going to try my own.
NAP – Leyton Orient to win (10/11)
Coming off two recent losses, Orient will be looking to bounce back and I think they should pick up the win against Bristol City. Not much else to say on this one.
NB: Norwich Draw No Bet (6/4)
Norwich played very well last time out against Man City and really should have beaten Cardiff in the game before that. Their away record is poor but if recent performances are anything to go by they should perform well here. They should start grabbing some goals too.
Gamble: Glenavon Win and BTTS (11/4)
Glenavon won the fixture at home 3-1, and love to score and concede goals. Warrenpoint are similar and I think Glenavon will have too much for them.
Other teams I fancy:
Salisbury (6/5)
Watford (3/4)
Bromley (7/10)
Alex, I sent a message to you yesterday but I got the whole moderation preview thing, it basically just said thanks for your comment yesterday. Anyway onto more important things, one of the lads at my work supports Bradford and we had a discussion following their draw with Crewe. He told me if they concede more than 2 goals against them then bet for any team to score at least 2 from now until the end of the season. He may just be a bit dramatic, but I’m hoping for good fortune.
Also to anyone it may concern, I live in Huddersfield, and the general consensus on us is that we will draw tomorrow, 1-1 being the most popular correct score. Also the one Leeds fan in the building reckons his team will lose tomorrow 1-0.
Scott I was on that Chile match over 0.5 ht gls about 20 odd mins in at 11/10 but didn’t expect away team to score. fancy union san felipe double chance at evens now
Bloidy hell 2014 has been awfull so far for footy betting! Hope things improve soon or I’m done with it!
Aj I agree with you here… Norwich have won just one of their last 9 away games in the PL and that match against city at the weekend will have drained the team considerably… Given west hams good recent form and Kevin Nolans goals I think they have a decent chance at 21/20… They also have beat Norwich at upton park on their last two visits!
Just a heads up for a game overnight primera A in the colombia league bottom of the league Fortazela host 5th place Junior. Fortazela have lost all 3 opening games conceding 8 scoring 3 and Junior are currently unbeaten having won 2 and drawn one scoring 6 conceding 3. They have scored 2 or more in there last 5 out of 6 games.
Junior straight WIN — 5/6
Junior Over 1.5 Team Goals — 5/6
I also like the look of a correct score if anyone likes a punt.
Junior to win 3-1 I got on at 16/1 now dropped to 14/1
Craig I did want over 1.5 match goals then one of them went and scored! San Felipe are the stronger team on paper playing well at home with plenty of goals, in game stats they need to get some shots off though. Fingers crossed!
PREM LG STATS AND BETTING OPTIONS

Best of luck with your bet craig, hope it comes in for you.
Cardiff V Villa
Villa are a stand out bet 21/10 @paddypower
They have shown in recent times how good they are on the road, especially against high flying Liverpool.
I’ll be on my beloved Hull to beat Southampton tomorrow at 2/1; my heart says win, my head says draw but I’m willing to risk it – will Soton be on top form with them safely staying up and not much of a realistic chance of Europa? We had an excellent result at the Mackems at weekend, fingers crossed for tonight’s match!
Leyton Orient, Chelsea and Watford definitely looks a juicy treble Mr F! Best of luck to everyone (except those who are backing Southampton)
Hi Buck noticed the price for Junior win has gone up ?
Hazard anytime and Chelsea win,
Jelovic to score anytime v Southampton,
Ath Madrid v Real Madrid over 2.5 goals,

£10-£1000 challenge
Tough results to predict, as we put behind us a bad January we seem heading into the same form in February. I am glad to say Bet 6 came home nicely and the Bradford PA game I also fancied came in too. Would like to mention at this point whilst I am constantly researching to find a successful winner for the challenge I am looking at low risk statistics with poor odds and often struggle so I can really appreciate how Mr F manages to find so many winners at least evens. It is obvious that the time, effort and dedication that goes into the site his posts and selections should be commended, if for some reason you disagree then try to do it yourself and you may understand. I would love to see Mr F post his selection on this challenge as his knowledge is immense and would be interested in the result knowing selections can be less than evens to reach the golden grand.
Bet 7 selections will follow after study
Hopefully a nice one to start the day
India I league 2nd division
Hindustan FC v Kenkre SC
Hindustan won their first game of the season whilst Kenkre lost theirs 4-0, at 6/5 for the home win it’s worth the bet to hopefully start the day with.
Hindustan win 6/5
Another gem is the Hong Kong cup KO 1300.
Sun Source v Citizen AA
Amateurs v top leaguers
Should be full of goals providing citizen don’t rest players, I am hoping for a 6-0 here.
YEOVIL TO WIN.
Millwall are set to be without six players when they head to fellow strugglers Yeovil.
Goalkeeper David Forde is making good progress following a thigh injury but remains doubtful so Stephen Bywater, who saved a penalty in Saturday’s 3-1 defeat at Burnley, should continue between the posts.
Danny Shittu is also struggling with a groin problem, fellow defender Mark Beevers has calf trouble and midfielder Nicky Bailey is recovering from a back injury.
Defender Shane Lowry is suspended while new midfielder Ed Upson will not
Shittu and Forde are available and in squad
Watford v Birmingham – Home win

French cup – Angers vs CA Bastia
Under 2.5 goals @ 1.7
Last 2 head to head have been under. Angers last 2 cup games and 5/6 home games have also been under. Last 6 away league games for Bastia also went under.
Bastia have scored well in their last 2 cup games but I think they got lucky with the draws as they sit rock bottom of Ligue 2. Angers are 2nd in Ligue 2 and have been sneaking games 1-0, they’re not really scoring and should have the defence to keep a clean sheet.

Honda, with this being my first week of really putting in the research and sticking up posts I’ll evaluate my success on Sunday to see if any tweaks to the gameplan are needed.
After that I imagine I’ll keep a personal tally of results and have a look every month to ensure I’m on the right track, or see if I should “hang up the gloves” and leave it to the experts….

Morning gent,ls having moderation preview issues again!
Global v Soccerooo KO 9.15am
Loyola v Pachanga KO 11.30am
Goals!!
Greg – Another superb spot. Was out this morning before your comments but knew you were going to tip these up.
Went for 4.5 goal line in the Socceroo match and over 2.5 in the second one so I had a nice double there :) Thanks once again!
Global v Socceroo KO 9.15
Socceroo claimed a terrific 3-3 draw against top dogs Loyola which was a real shock! They almost won it having lead 3-1! It’s another tough game for them as they play global who are great shape after winning their last four 4-1 9-1 3-1 2-1! Despite their good result on sat they have conceded 24 goals from just 7 games and that’s the reason they are sitting on just 5 points! Given Global’s scoring power and Soceroo’s defensive problems their should be goals! Likely to be similar markets to sat!
Loyola v Pachanga KO 11.30pm
The hosts invincibility came to end on Sat ( see above) they play a Side who lost 4-1 last week to global and this is just as tough if not tougher! Loyola have scored at least three goals in each if their 6 matches this season, they should do so again tomorrow!
Goals for both of these matches!
Hi Greg I see the Wolves have changed their name to WDSC Wolves . I think 01.5fhg03.5mg Wolves would have been more apt. No truth in the rumour that Redlands are adding Goal Machine to their name. Countdown to withdrawal time….11 days ! Feb 22nd 9am Capalaba v Wolves.
Hope some people got on my nap yesterday with 1860 munich thats 2/2 now!
Will look out later for today
Greg will be on them keep them coming!
Ensign, perhaps look back when quoting as you will find it wasn’t Mr F that said it…
Ensign, its great that you won, well done, but I had a run end on sunday with Torino. But to be fair your picks were very safe with double chances. Thats not to discredit you. We all win and lose on here. But if i recall it wasnt Mr F that said Tata to you, it was PA. But its not exactly an insult! ( you will get some far worse comments if you win a few and lose from some trolls!!)
Just forget it and move on the next bet and try to win again.
Leyton Orient (WIN EITHER HALF)
Best Odds: 4/9 (1.44) bet 365 | Position: 3rd | Game: League One – 7.45 PM KO (Home)
A return to form for Orient is much needed if they want to stay in with a chance at automatic promotion. Currently sitting just one point outside the top two spots, Orient could actually find themselves top of the league with a win tonight thanks to their superior goal difference. Bristol City have not won any of their last 7 away league games and they are unlikely to start winning tonight down in 22nd place against 3rd in the league.
Bolton v Burnley (OVER 1.5 GOALS)
Best Odds: 1/3 (1.33) bet 365 | Position: n/a | Game: Championship – 7.45 PM KO
Big scoring Burnley visit Bolton who are currently languishing down in 19th position. 8 of the last 9 Bolton games have been over 1.5 and 6 of the last 7 Burnley games have also managed similar goal tallies. Burnley front man Danny Ings is in red hot form after hitting a brace at the weekend, he’ll be looking to get on the score sheet once again.
Chelsea
Best Odds: 1/2 (1.5) bet 365 | Position: 1st | Game: Premier League – 7.45 PM KO (Away)
Arsenal and Man City both slipped up at the weekend while Chelsea romped home with a 3-0 home win. Pepe Mell hasn’t covered his self in glory since joining with not a single win in his first 5 league games. Chelsea really can’t afford a slip up here with just a one point lead at the top and we think they will get the job done under their passionate managers guidance.
G-money, I appreciate your advice, though it is too late now :) Whilst looking for team news and such I didn’t come across anything that mentioned the sort you have! Anyhow thanks again, and wish me good fortune :)
Time for a bank builder…..I need it. £250 is the aim from £10 – about 34 bets at odds of 1/10.
1st bet: West Brom clean sheet (NO) [1.12]
Real Madrid to win both halves 6/1
Chelsea to win both halves 11/4
£20 double for just over £500 back
Burley will win tonight,6-4,easy money
Also good odds for these I thought.
Chelsea score both halves 11/8
Dortmund score both halves 6/5
Madrid score both halves 9/4
Greg, do you really think that Team Socceroo will contribute to the goals today like they did against Loyola? Over 4.5 seem quite steep and can’t see them replicating what they did last week.
Georgeh11, nice work mate :)
Fathead, cAnt wait, there should be face painting, beat the goalie and a fly over from the red arrows to celebrate the star if the new season, haha!
Horsing around, the bookies aren’t daft anymore, this is the lowest prices we’ve seen so far! I’m not a huge fan of over 4.5, stakes adjusted to have more on 1.5 fhg
Me too Greg , I’ve got a holiday to Vegas to pay for !
Ah it went evens for both under and overs for the Global game and then seconds later, goal! These guys dont mess about
Ensign, anyone can take a look at someones betting list and say ”it wont win”odds are stacked in the moaners favour when you considr Mr F is expected to put up a minimum of super single, treble and and BTTS 4fold every day,he doesnt do this to try and win some punters any cash,he does it so mugs can come along offering no tips or stats to help others themselves, telling him it wont win then demand an apology when the shock results scupper the bets.
Well done Greg! bring on 11.30!
Global 2-0 Soceroo 18 mins :)
Over 1.5 first half goals win 4/7 WIN
Not the biggest price ever but the process represents the likelihood of it winning! :)
Greg, are Socceroos your new favorite team then? :P
18 mins 2-0 . Think the fastest o1.5fhg was under 3 mins last season. Good stuff again greg.

League 2 Fleetwood -.25 asian handicapp evens @bet365
Mr F, yesterday i tipped derby bbts No and nancy win or draw. both came in as i predicted and reason being favorites losing for 4 days now.
Today i dont expect it to be any different.
With favorites like chelsea, burnley and leyton orient.
I am going to leave out these games and would advise anyone else to.
please condsider it before putting up your super single.
I would rather suggest the following btts:
Port vale
Dartford
Macclesfield
Leyton orient
Frankfurt
I also quite fancy newport and nottingham forest to win.
Kanen C
chelsea
burnley
leyton orient
kaizer chiefs
and santos all to win
thoughts?
All should win hitman, my brother pointed out that kaizer team to me the other week was going to back them the night but dont like backing the unknown away from home.
Chelsea
Leyton orient
Cambridge utd for me the night
nice one Greg! Im liking this league very much!
BTTS TREBLE
I’ve put in the percentage of home and away games for each team that has seen btts. Luton looks poor at first but their first 6 away games did not see btts however 5 of their last away 7 games have.
Leyton Orient v Bristol City (54%/85% btts)
Port Vale v Colchester (71%/69% btts)
Macclesfield v Luton (60%/35% btts)
3.85/1
OVER 2.5 TREBLE
A few people have already pointed out that the Scottish u20 league can be a goals fest so I’ve put together a treble. I’ve included the percentage of their last 5 home/away games that have been over 2.5 goals.
St Mirren U20 (80%) v Motherwell U20 (80%)
Kilmarnock U20 (80%) v Celtic U20 (60%)
Dumferline U20 (80%) V Dundee Utd U20 (80%)
2.36/1
Amazing couldn’t see value in global game and when I do as soon as I get my money out global take off their shooting boots. Lol no goal in last ten minutes and 5 in the first 35
Robroy / WTF, no worries gents! People are now beginning to understand why i made a big fuss about the return of this league!
Damo, good work, not looked yet but will be posting a few of the u20 matches later!
thanks tony appreciate your input on that
The dane how do you work out the percentage for your staking plan. I have been following your tips for a few days and it looks a good way to bet in the long run.
Top tipping Greg but not liking the odds and overs bookies throwing out. Loyola last week was slow in first half and I fancied Loyola to finish top but because of last game I am weary about throwing money at these games. No insult intended mate. I read last week that Loyola had their best player on the bench, they brought him on in the last few minutes and scored twice
Not sure if last post showed up (moderation preview) but there was on offence intended Greg.
Mark1976, didn’t see anything mate?
Anyone else fancy Real on the counter at a wounded Athletico? Big odds at over Evs and although Athletico our having a great season there’s no doubt who the superior team are.
Hindustan win 6/5 WIN
Hopefully will continue.
With Ronaldo suspended for the next two La Liga games i will be on him tonight in the Madrid derby as the prices are bigger than normal…
To score at anytime – Evens @ Ladbrokes
To score two or more goals – 9/2 @ Bet365

BTTS at Hull, Cardiff, Fiorentina, Watford, Brighton, Bolton, Port Vale, Torquay, Athletico & Benfica. 413/1
Lallana Timecast – 1-20 mins, Leyton Orient -2.5. 186/1 double.
Even the coach scores in this game 7-0 :))
Even the coach scores in this game 7-0 :))
that top line of over 2.5 gls & win is actually 3000/1 :)
Obviously these are a bit of fun but I do see value in Lallana timecast at 25/1, to score 2+ 28/1 & anytime at 7/2. 50p on the above lines but main focus will be to get this bank builder up and running then try and take it easy building a pot for 6 weeks time
Greg, I sticking with this! So its 1.5 fhg for Loyola and over 3.5 total goals for match? Starting in-play.
Tonyboy, wait till the Latvian and Estonian games start! :)
Oor man it’s usually 1.5fhg and 3.5 match goals! The bookies are fly through and have started pricing 1.5 really short and moving 3.5 to 4.5! Hopefully we’ll bet 1.5 and 3.5 here when it appears at about 11.30!
Greg? WH dont have a market yet for the loyolo game? will these appear on kick off?
Sure fire treble

Kevin Nolan 6/4..brace in each of last 2 games
Eden Hazard 5/4..chelsea top scorer, hatrick last game
Jay Rodriguez 2/1..saints top scorer
For some reason had it in my head the Global game started at 9.30, had been up early waiting for it as well but by the time I realised it was already 2-0 and I wasn’t keen on taking over 6.5. Don’t know why I was worried though-Socceroos have taken some amount of hammerings this season, long may it continue!
Global 9-0 Socceroo FT :)
Doesn’t get much better than that!
Spider, will appear about 11.25 inplay!
Don’t expect a 9-0 in the next game, there should still be goals though! Would advise small stakes on the Loyola match!
Thanks mate, ill keep a look out
ensign, actually it’s you who should apologise because I never answered you.

BTTS acca – odds @ a whopping 20.15
Turkey super league – Kasimpasa vs Besiktas
Premier league – Hull vs Southampton
Championship – Huddersfield vs Notts forest
Championship – Brighton vs Leeds
Finally add the next game NOT BTTS
Championship – Watford vs Birmingham
BETS OF INTEREST
French cup – Angers vs CA Bastia
Under 2.5 goals @ 1.7
Last 2 head to head have been under. Angers last 2 cup games and 5/6 home games have also been under. Last 6 away league games for Bastia also went under.
Bastia have scored well in their last 2 cup games but I think they got lucky with the draws as they sit rock bottom of Ligue 2. Angers are 2nd in Ligue 2 and have been sneaking games 1-0, they’re not really scoring and should have the defence to keep a clean sheet.
I’ve tried to post my choices for the day 3 times and all have come under moderation, maybe it’s not to be!
mr fixit what do you this about this
btts: cardiff, dortmund, besiktas

West Ham chosen as the Super Single! That’s cool. He must be stoked, drinks on Alex if/when it wins? :P
Rustychest – Now I’ve got even more reason to bite my nails all night! I’ll need a few drinks whichever way it goes!
BTTS ACCA – odds at a tasty 20.15

1-0 :-)
Wasnt expecting Pachanga to score first, however looks good for the over 1.5 HT goals
Bale anytime and win 5/1 william hill
Leyton Orient,Fiorentina and Benfica-odds 5 in Ef Bet
Mr. F, Forest Green match has been postponed.
(I know, I was jumping my way on to picking them for winners when I saw it) otherwise, beautiful looking treble.
Rustychest, cheers. I knew there was an inspection.
Which is a bummer really. Forest Green would have been my pick of the day for O1.5 goals treb
Rustychest, they looked good. Have changed for Lille – right off out for a bit.
How do i go about registering on this blog??
Spider, registration process hasn’t started yet. When it does full details will be on the site.
Rustychest, without a doubt mate! :) When the Phillippine airforce got relegated I was worried we’d lost a good team to get hammered, then socceroo came along who are even better or should that be worse, haha!
tough looking card tonight so many teams playing each other seperated by only a place or 2 so think a treble consisting of Chelsea, Leyton Orient and Tamworth or Forest green depending which games survive the 12pm inspections. If both go ahead then ill be on Forest Green and do Tamworth to win & bts single.
3 singles that ill be using as my S/S Salisbury 6/5 to beat Woking. This is 8th vs 18th in table and both closely matched on recent form but Salisbury much better at home than away, they’re unbeaten in 5 at home and I expect them to beat woking.
Fleetwood Away vs Wycombe, now the way the away teams have gone I would imagine Mr F wont touch this with barge pole but Wycombe havent won in 8 games, Fleetwood have won 3 of their last 5 away and as Wycombe have lost 4 of their last 5 home games and lie in 22nd then surely this is a chance to get an away victory. Price 6/5
Finally Sheff Wed 9/5 at home to Wigan. Wigan were transformed under Uwe Rosler but seem to have levelled of a bit recently, their recent form figures W3, D3, L2
and away figures W2 D1 L2 would reflect this. Sheff Wed are in fantastic form unbeaten in 8 and are flying in the league, persistent doubts over Wigan’s on loan Striker Nick Powell’s injury is reflected in Wigan’s lack of goals and I fancy a home win at a good price
kaizer chiefs, leyton orient, borussia dortmund, southampton,
all to win
Rustychest, without a doubt mate! When the airforce got relegated I was worried we’d lost a good team to get hammered, then socceroo came along who are even better or should that be worse, haha!
Loyola 1-1 Paschanga 25 Mins :)
Over 1.5 Fhg 10/11 WIN :)
Cheers greg! Got mine at evens on willhill so good start to the day (:
And another! Great start to the day
Hull City – Southampton
Both teams look very strong, compared to them before some time.
Hull City won 19 of their 27 points at home, so the home ground is always big advantage for them. They are battling to avoid relegation as always, but got lucky in their latest match when they played almost the whole match against a 10-men Sunderland and normally – won. With those 3 points, they have leveled with Swansea and Aston Villa just two positions under Southampton, but also big 9 points difference. Now they are 4 points clear from WBA that surprisingly fell into the relegation zone.
Hull have strengthened in the January transfer window with two quality strikers – Shane Long and Nikica Jelavic. Both of them scored against Sunderland, so Hull’s main problem looks solved. Their defense is among the better in the league, especially at home where they conceded less goals only than Arsenal. Steve Bruce has some problems with the squad because defenders James Chester (Hamstring) and James Dudgeon (Knee) will miss the match. Goalkeeper McGregor will serve the last match from his 3-match suspension. Steve Bruce is expected to field these 11 players in a 4-4-2 formation:
Harper – Figueroa, Davies, McShane, El Mohamady – Meyler, Huddlestone, Livermore, Koren – Long, Jelavic.
Southampton are undoubtedly the hit of the season. They were leaders shortly, but then came the matches against the big teams and they lost many of them. Their initial success was based on the perfect defense directed by Dejan Lovren, but now they become a scoring machine. After the come-back of Rickie Lambert, the trio consisted by him, Lallana and Rodrigues looks amazing. I expect to see all of them playing for England in the World Cup. Daniel Osvaldo who was bought for big money, was loaned out to Juventus because he made problems. The team isn’t at 100 only because 2 important players are injured – the mentioned Lovren, without whom the defense isn’t that strong and Gaston Ramirez who could also be very dangerous if he had a chance to play along the mentioned trio. However, Southampton are strong even without those players. Wanyama may start after he recovered from the injury.
The expected line-up for Southampton is: Boruc – Shaw, Fonte, Yoshida, Clyne – Wanyama, Schneiderlin – Rodrigues, Davis, Lallana – Lambert. Pochettino tried different tactics, but 4-2-3-1 looks best and he’ll use it against Hull.
Both teams are in a situation where they mustn’t win. Hull won at Sunderland and climbed up on the standings, Southampton look confident on the 9th position and will battle with Newcastle for the 8th. Europe looks far, also the relegation. I’d give slight advantage to Southampton because they are the better team, but Hull play like a different team when playing at home, so I don’t expect to lose. Also, they were unlucky their last two defeats against Crystal Palace and Norwich, but the luck smiled them against Sunderland. Now I don’t expect shocks and the draw looks pretty possible outcome from this match.
Pick: draw
Just another goal to wrap up over 3.5 as well. Top stuff as ever Greg!

Mssed a trick trabzonspor game Greg, over 5.5 ht gls up :)
Anyone else like the look of Tamworth at home to Hyde at 1/2 to boost an accy?
Some score Craig! It’s not a league I’ve got involved in before!
Damo, have looked at SPL under 20 matches mate, taking your three over 2.5 and adding Aberdeen to make a 4 fold! In terms if over 1.5 and 3.5 the Dunfermline v Utd & Aberdeen v rangers matches look most likely!
KASIMPASA V BESIKTAS
This is the replay of the game which I have mentioned in my previous comment a few weeks ago.
“Dutch international Ryan Donk was for holding another ball during a Besiktas attack, after it entered the field of play.
As the opposition closed in on goal, Donk threw the ball he was holding directly at the first ball.
He was shown a yellow card and with a difficult (and strange) decision to make, the referee elected to award a drop ball. (should have awarded a penalty and a re for Donk)”
Kasimpasa won this fixture 2-1.
The Turkish FA decided for a replay despite objections from both sides.
I expect a heated affair as both sides feel hard done by.
Kasimpasa has not won a game in the league since early November 2013.
P9 W0 D5 L3
They have lost 2 of their last 3 home games, they are simply out of form.
Besiktas themselves do not have solid form. They seem to dominate the games especially in the first halves but do not hit the killer punch to win the games convincingly. They do concede soft goals and the new centre half Dany is not eligible for this game. Czech intonational defender Tomas Sivok is also out with a knee injury.
Goals likely in this game and the layers don’t offer much value.
BTTS @4/6 still looks a decent bet.
Also like Besiktas H/T @ 15/8 (they do their best work in the first half)
Also had small bet on the H-T-F/T market.
Besiktas-Draw @ 12/1
Good luck
nathan, I am on Tamworth, they are in no great themselves but Hyde are a team that I back against week in week out and as they have won once in 31 games I hope Tamworth will continue to heap misery
Can someone tell me the number of corners in the Loyalla game? i cant see them on the phone.thank u
Nathan hydes away from is pretty poor although Tamworth did beat them recently it’s 22nd v 24th could be tight
I’d suggest Salisbury at home to Woking 8th v 18th – as someone has mentioned
Any thoughts on the following acca
Chelsea
orient
lille
kaiser Chiefs
CHorley
Cambridge
Salisbury
Santos
Pays 41.17 @ William Hill
Any thoughts?
Jeezy, 3-1 on corners
Greg you had a look at the Danish reserve game starting now .
Mr F Best Super Single in weeks it stood out a mile;
even if it looses its the best for ages but I see a comfortable home win
I bet the home super singles are well ahead of the aways over the years?
simple simon, homes will be ahead of the aways but each one I pick I’m hoping it wins. I like West Ham tonight but apart from Chelsea every game in the Premier League – and Championship – could either way and it wouldn’t be a surprise. Tough, tough card tonight – and that’s not me making excuses. That’s a fact.
Jeezy, 4 corners sofar in the loyala game.
Fathead, just looked there mate! Got a small stake on over 3.5!
Just placed this ante-post bet and looks a great bet. Over 11/1 and I can’t see any problems with it.
Aberdeen to win Scottish cup 11/4
Chelsea to win Premier League w/o Man utd & City 4/9
Real Madrid to win La Liga 5/4
£5 returns £60.97.
Kaiser chiefs
Real Madrid
Chelsea
Fiorentina
8/1
Aston villa
Southhampton double
7.5/1
5/6 bets lost – this morning. The one bet I did win, I covered but I’m so bad at betting I covered a winning bet but still walk away with a loss.
Someone teach me how to do this betting lark…..it’s a nightmare.
Did Churchills (over 1.5 goals when 1-0), Loyola (over 3.5 goals & over 4.5 goals when 2-1), Citizen (0.5 fhg), and then the 2 bets I was on Global game which I covered but still screwed myself over.
After Torino loss, Sampdoria10/11/Inter1/3/Brescia11/5 all won over Sunday and Monday. Coppa Italia was rough for predicting early on but I have a winning streak of 8 in a row. Can i make it 9? Its not so easy.
Fiorentina take an away goal but are missing Valero and possibly Aquilani tonight on top of the other injuries in defence. Montella has done well, but Guidolin has a full squad- almost. And he has been managing for 20 years in italian football and if one man knows how to draw, its surely Guidolin. A draw is enough for Udinese and they have found some old form again and Di Natale is returning to his best. This is a clear risk but im happy to take it.
Udinese double chance 7/5
Cheers Greg!
quite a few games off tonight
Mansfield P-P Bury
Newport P-P Wimbledon
Dartford P-P Grimsby
Forest Green P-P Braintree
Wrexham P-P Hereford
Fanja V Al Shabab
Fanja are top of the league and have good home record are being beat 1-0 at the moment. 30 mins and they have had 6 shots on target to Al Shababs 1.
Fanja to win 13/8 *small single*
Going to make my next challenge bet Fanja or draw at 1/2
* sorry, that should be 7/4
Horsing Around too many bets there mate. Reading back on the thread why not just keep it simple and take gregs tip of over 1.5, and over 3.5 in the global game and same stakes for the same bet for the loyola game, you would have ended up with 3 out of 4 bets winning there and definite profit
BTTS + Match Result:
Hull v Southampton draw – 3/5 of Saints last games have finished 2-2
Frankfurt v DORTMUND – Dortmund’s last 2 Bundesliga games have finished 1-2 1-5
FIORENTINA v Udinese – Fiorentina’s past 5 home games against Udinese have ended in btts and the home side winning
Treble pays 45/1 with Betfred, haven’t managed to look anywhere else.
Also went for a correct score double,
Hull 2-2 Saints (same reason)
Brom 0-3 Chelsea Chelsea’s last 4 away games they have won to nil and with growing confidence they will fancy a few goals
Double pays 150/1 with Coral
The correct score double was with Coral.
Apologies.
Fanja miss a penalty and have 7 seven shots on target but yet to score. Maybe it’s just not going to be their day!
My treble for today..
Leyton Orient… O 1.5 team goals…10/11
Port Vale……. O 2.5 match goals.. 4/5
Kaizer Chiefs to win…….. 3/4 (Alex’s Tip) KO.. 17;30

GoodLuck
watford vs birmingham? thoughts peeps?

Double = 6.15
lump it on
Honda hows things saw your write up its great. Any more advice for tonight? Can’t resist a go
Cheers The Turk for that info on Besiktas
Noticed alex has gone a bit quiet after last nights tip hope he hasn’t got the gitters his south African tip looks nailed on. Alex what percentage would you feel confident with these spear chuckers tonight? Seems good to me I woukd say 80
sexy sailor – If your comment stays, I will be amazed because it is racist and offensive. Also, I actually had a day of meetings away from a computer, I’m not permanently attached to my keyboard.
If this was a genuine comment and the translation is correct I apologise and that was ignorant of me, but as a general rule, it’s probably best to stay clear of comments like this.
I don’t do bets in terms of percentages, the stats look good and it’s my NAP so will be a 2pt stake. I’m confident, but it’s not up to me, it’s up to the players.
Hitman I would say Watford is a good bet also both teams to score is under evens
Yeah I’ve seen Tamworth are 22nd but they do have 4 games in hand over Hyde which if won would life them right out of relegation! Food for thought!
Which game looks more likely for goals?
Watford vs Birmingham
Or
Bolton vs Burnley?
Just in from all day meetings, WEST HAM AS THE SUPER SINGLE?!?!?!
Alex, just in from the snow! What do you think about West Ham?
Mr F – SNOW?!?! Apparently we’re meant to get a dusting this evening too actually!
In terms of the Hammers, there’s no doubt that we’re going to miss Big Andy tonight, but with Kevin Nolan seemingly in form at the moment, or at least in the right place at the right time, we’ve got to have a chance.
My main worry is that Swansea and Villa came at us, playing right into our hands, will Norwich do that? I worry that Borriello/Cole won’t get enough service up top and that could mean it becomes a very dull match. I think we’re the better side and confidence should be high. The team talk does itself really and Norwich are poor away from home. They’ll be on a high too, but you just wonder how much that result on saturday took out of them
Prediction: 1-0 although it’s going to be nervous I think!
Alex, yep. Been on and off for the last few hours. Kid next door has made quite an impressive snowman. I’m on West Ham and will be taking Nolan too.
Never in my life would I thought I would have seen that :P God I hope you’re right! COYI!
Bonkers bets
Belfast crusaders -2 5/1
I’ve already plumped for Norwich so I won’t be on the super single. Hazard is a cracking price to score anytime though.
thanks max and crafty cockney for your input
Yesterday my tip Aves ended in a disappointing 0-0. So I’m running 1 out of 2 with a 0.75pt profit.
19.45 Wycombe Wanderers – Fleetwood Town
Bet: Away (2)
Odds: 5-4 with various
Fleetwood are 6th in the league and look much strong than number 22 Wycombe. Wycombe are without a win in their last 8 games while Fleetwood gained 7 points during their last 3 away games. Fleetwood wil want a revenge after dropping points to York last week in the 90th minute.
crafty cockney – If you managed that then more power to you! I hold my hands up, I thought it would be impossible but it seems like there’s some really stupid people in the world!
Hi all :)
Looking for BTTS & Win selections for this evenings games.
Anyone got any good picks?
Chelsea to win to nil @11/8
West ham to win to nil @ 5/2
Double gives you just over 7/1
I don’t have much confidence in my bets at the moment but that’s in with a decent chance right?
Thanks alex its all in me cockney charm guvnor the woman at the branch was a right ugly pig!! Could have emptied her till if I charmed her anymore I think. A bloke would have told be to jog on!! Lesson – he who dares my son as del boy would say
Alright chaps,
Been reading this website with interest in recent weeks, as close as I’ve come to an in-depth football betting ‘forum’ on the net. Keep up the good work.
Gone for a Leyton Orient, Chelsea and Kaizer Chiefs treble tonight.
I have got the best 4 fold today I’ve ever seen and it’s 8/1 I’m gonna lump 50 on it I’m so confident in it here goes
Chelsea
Fiorentina
Crusaders to score 2 or more
Real Madrid
Paddy power
8/1
!!!!!!!!!
Going for another btts four fold,
Frankfurt/Dortmund
Athletico/Real
Fiorentina/Udinese
Kasimpasa/Beskitas
7/1
Good luck people
Hi Matt I have done a bts treble from conference,
Luton Win (a) V Macclesfield
Salisbury (h) win v Woking
Tamworth (h) win v Hyde
if you look at the goals these teams average and concede I believe they all got chance of scoring and have done them as a win treble also
its a 53/1 treble so its not exactly my NAP but should keep you interested
Macheda to score anytime looks a great bet tonight at 13/5 he got 2 at the weekend and a goal against derby after coming off the bench since his loan move
Surprised noone has tipped up this game. Evens on the Hamilton V ICT under 20 game for one more goal. 15 minutes to go, as we know plenty goals in these games and ICT have scored 8 in their last 3 games! Worth a nibble.
Jeezo, that Hamilton game now 4-0. Wish I tipped up over 3.5 not 1.5! Would have been 20/1!!
It’s all good folks, kn*bheads like this will be gone after the registration process. Tock tock mate’s condoms (so they still make those haha)!
Apologies, 4th goal dissalowed, but now 3-1! Love Scottish unders, SERIOUS cash to be made!

I kid you not this was 1-0 at 76 minutes!

Got a sneaky feeling of draws tonight…DRAWS + BTTS Cardiff v Villa,, Wba v Chelsea,, Bolton v Burnley,, Yeovil v Millwall Yankee for the safe bet
Anyone involved in this Atlantic cup game on Eurosport? 2-2 at half time so over 4.5 is skinny at 1.2 (betfair exchange) however the ‘home’ side, Austrian mob Mattersberg are 2.5 (6/4) to win it. They are the better side and just watched the highlights and were 2-0 up, commentator said could have been more.
West ham
Chelsea
Orient
Spurs
Everton
Mr F, careful of WBA, havent lost at home in league since December 7th & last 2 against Chelsea at Hawthornes they have won…( I think, if, im wrong, I apologise)
Alasu57, I know the stats and have quoted a few. Just think Chelsea are on fire and will see this as a chance to really kick on. Also they’re not conceding.
Like your treble Mr F I’m on ,
Good luck everyone
minty, big hopes for the treble after landing my first ever nap today.
chelsea should win but it could be a draw just as easy.
First crack at this!
Gone for btts coupon
Brighton v Leeds
Athletico Madrid v Real Madrid
Port vale v Colchester
4.5/1. Good luck one n all
enjoy the footy gang. gonna be a fun nite
Quite like the look of West Ham, wonder if Armero(hammers have him on loan from Napoli) is playing; decent left back with lots of pace to run up and down the line all night.
Like Lille and Chelsea and West Ham for a treble.
Spot on me Mr F, it’s a horrible looking card! Will be small stakes for me after a really good morning in the Phillippines!
Fiorentina v Udinese KO 7.45pm
Copa Italian 2nd leg with the visitsors up 2-1, the hosts are tough k beat at home and their record againys Udindes is pretty good here, just two losses in 16! Fiorentina have scored 2 or more in tin 7 of their last 8 home Copa Italia matches and have a terrific scoring record against Udinese at home, scoring 2 or more I 9 of the last 10! Going with the Florence men to score 2 here tonight!
Back over 1.5 Fiorientina team goals 4/6
Bolton v Burnley KO 8pm
Lancashire derby here, something that caught my eye was Botons record at home! Of their last 15 matches they have drawn 10 of then either 1-1 or 22! Going to take a a chance on BTTS to score tonight!
BTTS 4/5

Spot on me Mr F, it’s a horrible looking card! Will be small stakes for me after a really good morning
BTTS 4/5
(Small stake on 1-1 5/1 & 2-2 12/1
Dunfermline u20 v Dundee Utd u20 KO 7pm
Two sides who’ve been amongst the goals recently, Utd especially- may take them over 1.5 team goals if Available!
Over 1.5 fhg
Over 3.5 match goals
Greg, don’t know why but seems to go through second time.
Chelsea Toulouse West Ham treble.
Greg, agree with you on goals in Dundee Utd u20 match as both sides amongst the goals recently.
I can’t see a market on 365 for >1.5 team goals but might come up in play?
Small note of caution that they played out a goalless draw in reverse fixture in September..
Tricky game, but fancy Hull dnb tonight, Hull slowly heading for safety, good signings in the transfer window, back of a confidence building win at sunderland.
Saints may have eye on early kick off cup game away to Sunderland, no quesion which team needs the points more tonight.
4-2 Mattersburg
Fast start down in South Africa, our boys went down but fought straight back, hopefully they can push on now.
I will take a BTTS double tonight- cardiff v aston villa and wba v chelsea
Double pays around 2.5/1
Bank Builder
Leyton Orient +1 1/5
Tamworth v Hyde over 0.5 fhg 3/10

Evening guys, going to start with my Super Single and it is Ronaldo to score 1/1 Coral. Staying with this game I will be on Real Madrid at 6/5 Various.
I know they are 3-0 up, but Atletico have got injuries to Courtois, Mendes and Villa. Costa is also suspended. I think Real will win.
Cardiff v Aston Villa
A tough game to call I initially fancied Villa to get something, but only 2 wins in their last 12 puts me off slightly even though I think they are better away from home. Cardiff ain’t much better losing 5 of their last 6. So I’m leaving the outright market and going with Benteke to score 19/10 Betvictor.
The only other bet I like in the premier league is Hazard wincast 3/1 William Hill. Chelsea should be too good for albion and maintain their excellent run, and Hazard is in top form.
In the championship, I’ve looked at Bolton v Burnley, and they say form goes out the window in derby games. Bolton have won 4 of the last 6 in this fixture. However I like recent form and it shows Bolton haven’t won since boxing day. They also threw a 2-0 lead away at the weekend.
I like Burnley in this too maintain their promotion push. They are 6/4 Various. I will be on them to score over 1.5g at 13/8 Coral. Danny ings did the business for me on Saturday and I will be on him again. He has 7 in 7 and looks good at 6/4 Bet365.
REAL MADRID TO WIN 6/5
BENTEKE TO SCORE 19/10
HAZARD ANYTIME WINCAST 3/1
BURNLEY TO WIN 6/4
BURNLEY O1.5g 13/8
INGS TO SCORE 6/4
SUPER SINGLE
Ronaldo to score 1/1
Good luck if your having a bet
hope not too many did kaizer chiefs today as they have a poor record against maritzburg only beat them once in five attempts also chiefs coach talked about rotating squad in this 1 as they have busy schedule injuries and suspensions
I see this team letting you down today sorry.
Maritzburg go 2-1 up from the penalty spot, still time to turn it around though.
have 365 pulled the in-play on the game? managed to get on them at 10/30 and cover with 6/5 O 4.5
think your right in south africa .2-1 down
Tonights bets for me:
Lucky 15 correct scores:if you can get it right cash out profit can be great on these also.
CHELSEA 2-0 W. BROM

Jeez what am I at backin south african football. ;-(
Funny thing is chiefs have only concede one goal in last seven games, this is getting ridicules, think we can rip up stats in the months of January n February
Davie if your talking about the kaizer game I can still see it in-play
Sorry I see what you mean, they’ve pulled in-play betting. Sometimes happens around half time, should sort itself out
Btts & Win treble:
Forest
Watford
Burnley

Does any body fancy draws in the prem tonight ? I’m doing a 4timer Chelsea to win and other 3 games for draws. Any1 any advice ?
Marty, I said earlier bar Chelsea you could see any result in the Premier League or Championship games but of course I’m on West Ham.
should always go to teams u dont know homepages with chiefs being a few points ahead in lg coach decided to rest players for this game for future games, anyway i prefer doing home teams i know on nights like this when theres plenty of games to pick from, really was no need to look at south africa for a pick to be honest.
Sheeeeeeet
Hitman a did say this morning mate, dont like backing the unknown away from home 2-3 would be nice for whos on them
The only thing you can hope is given it’s top versus a much lower team fatigue kicks in for the home side and the Chiefs have that bit of extra stamina.
Not dead and buried yet but every minute ticking by doesn’t help :(

Thanks the chief as always! Love your tips keep them coming!!
Just reading through comments I thought, I was particular popular so scrolled back up and it was reference to the Kaiser Chiefs, I fell for it everytime :)
Glad Greg’s main bet on Bolton v Burnley is BTTS, and not the draw would have been first time in 18 months we would have disagreed haha! :)
Cheers Buck, hopefully land a few tonight after la liga turned into a bore draw last night.
Do you surport the hammers MR F ? And think they could be the ones to beat the 3 draws as they would be the stronger at home but the way Norwich have been playing last few weeks including last week they deserved a win against man city,I think they can get something tonight.
Marty, I don’t support the Hammers and on a tough card I’ve already said most of the games could go either way. I’ve got to take an opinion and I have.
My four fold tonight:
Tamworth – WIN vs Hyde
Leyton Orient vs Bristol City – Over 1.5 Match goals
Watford vs Birmingham – Over 1.5 Match goals
Bolton vs Burnley – Over 1.5 Match goals
Pays over 2/1
Just a slight worry about the burnley game as it’s a local derby but both seem to know where the net is!
Chelsea without terry tonight so I can see WBA grabbing a goal still can’t see WBA Winning so just one bet again for me tonight
Bts and Chelsea win 5/2
Kaiser chiefs my hole. Accum gone already for tonight lesson learned.
Enough respect to you the enigmatic Mr F.I tender my own public apology for the mistaken identity directed at you and publicly forgive the so-called PA.Am a perfect gentleman who hates getting into scuffles. But I must confess those soothing words of yours easily quenched the rage in me.You are indeed a BIG-BROTHER. Would have love to stake my neck for the games today but its late already, will be up early to give a shot at the games tommorrow.CIAO.
GOAL! COME ON! They can still do it!
MARITZBURG 2-2 KAIZER CHIEFS
Come on kaizers!!!
I predict a riot ….. come on Kaiser Chiefs.

A few picks for anyone looking at lower league tonight…
Conference South
Gosport Borough v Whitehawk KO 7.45pm
This isn’t an obvious standout game – it’s two teams that are having much poorer seasons than expected before a ball was kicked. But tonight they’re in a relegation six-pointer.
The thing is, one side is running into a bit of form and the other has continued to struggle after sacking the long-term guy in the dugout.
Gosport are who we’ll be on tonight. They’re currently second-bottom of the league with 19 points. On the other hand, they’ve only played 20 games. The team in third-bottom has 22 points, but they’ve played 25 games. Coincidentally, that’s Whitehawk.
It’s recent games that especially interest us, because Gosport have just qualified for the FA trophy semis by beating North Ferriby, who are taking the Conference North at a canter. And beating them on their own patch. North Ferriby are some side, and that was some result! Equally, Gosport have just gone to 6th in the table Weston and won, as well as grabbing a creditable home draw with decent away side Sutton. They are finding a bit of form.
The home record is based on 8 games only. They’re W3 D2 L3 F9 A9. If they can start stringing some results together they can get out of trouble – and they ‘re showing that they have the ability. Assistant Manager Mick Catlin has this to say about tonight, comparing this game to the Trophy Semi with local rival, Havant. “I’m not sure which is the bigger game, but in terms of staying in the league, it’s obviously a massive game for us … The Whitehawk fixture is one we have targeted to get maximum points from. So we have to make sure the Trophy game is not a distraction going into it.”
Now then, the reason I’m actually interested in this game: Whitehawk. They sacked boss, Darren Freeman, who’d taken them up through two Isthmian promotions – they came up as Isthmian Prem champions in May, but the form this season, which, to the end, Freeman felt he could still turn round, had been dire and led to a a very acrimonious parting of the ways. Colin Reid who was installed as caretaker achieved a 100% losing record – two games – and has been let go. Steven King, ex-Lewes boss, has now been appointed and this will be his first game in charge. He has his work cut out. There is a lot of loyalty at this level – where money isn’t so key – and it may take him time to win over someone else’s team at a time when he needs to hit the ground running.
I like the home at 6/5.
Southern Premier League
Poole Town v Hungerford Town KO 7.45pm
We were on Poole last week – when those of you who pay attention will be aware a nice treble came in – and we noted that fans of clubs at the top of the league were more concerned about Poole and their games in hand than anything else. They’ve only lost once all season in the league.
At home, they’re 16th best, but they’ve only played 8 games there! The record is W5 D3 L0 F16 A9. That’s a very good record, but disguised by teams above them, some of whom have played 15 and 16 at home.
Tonight’s game will be held nearby at Wimborne Town – Poole taking matters into their own hands wisely in order to get some of the backlog played. Form-wise, they had steamed up to Christmas winning 7 out of 8 with one away draw, but since Christmas, three draws have set them back slightly. However, all the reports suggested they were playing well and unlucky in front of goal and the 5-1 win that we were on last week reflected that. The team will also be keen to get back the three points they’ve just been docked for fielding an inelligible player in December.
Poole will be full-strength tonight with the exception of defensive midfielder/keyboards maestro, Keith Emmerson.
Hungerford, meanwhile, haven’t played yet this month – their last game was a defeat on 28th January at home, to decent Corby, and their game prior to that was the 18th Jan where they beat second-bottom Bedford. They also got a creditable draw away at Bideford the game before – but that was the 4th of January! It’s a while back.
They are better than average away. They’re 13th best, but have only played 11 away – compared to many above ho’ve played 14 or more – and their record of W5 D1 L5 F18 A13 is a decent return with a positive goals difference and they’re a team that are clearly no pushover. But, that said, they’re without doubt going to be ring-rusty after so many call-offs, and the bad news for them is they’re looking to get up-to-speed against a team that’s running into a decent bit of form and one that everyone’s expecting to come steaming through towards the end of the season.
I like the home at 17/20.
I wanted a third heavier odds-on pick for tonight’s treble, and I was torn between Hemel, who are running away with the Southern Prem, and Bromley in the Conference South. But since Hemel got called off, the choice became a bit easier…
Conference South
Bromley FC v Eastbourne Borough KO 7.45pm
OK. Keeping it simple… Bromley are the best home side in the league.
P12 W10 D1 L1 F34 A8
Eastbourne are 15th (of 22) away.
P11 W3 D3 L5 F8 A16.
So, we have a goal machine at home against a tough nut to crack away.
The goal machine tends to prevail.
The home is 8/13.
That treble pays at around 6.6.
. . .
Good luck tonight, everyone!
My jinx continues! Kaizer Chiefs.
Thats what happend when you bet on a band.
You on Wycombe tonight then mate ;) look like I need some look with this one after the news I got earlier :) Hopefully Wycombe are as bad as I think they are….
Seems like it was close but no cigar, a lot of territory but quite frankly not good enough in the end. There were some comments saying the team selection was different, there were 4 changes from their last league match but tshbalala, the south african international, was playing so it wasn’t a total second string.
I hold my hands up and say it wasn’t good enough though, but now onto Carlisle and hopefully they can do the business!
Just went to put Benfica to Beat Sporting Lisbon tonight @ Williamhill but on there coupons they have Benfica are away to Porto tomorrow
Bet your bottom dollar who else you on???
Chelsea
Orient
Real Madrid
Bet on these at your peril!!!!!
My luck is so bad I cashed out early double on 2 South American games the other night.
They then both won by 3 goals.
Inspired by the NAP idea on the racing thread, im beginning my own foray into applying this to the footie.
Tonight’s NAP:
Yeovil v MILLWALL
The two worst goal differences in the league come up against one another tonight, and while in reality we are talking about two poor sides, there are some key differences. Yeovil have only won twice at home all season, and Millwall only once away.
However, ive made a lot of money betting against Yeovil this season due to one simple fact. They are a little out of their depth in this division. They try hard and are always motivated, but even with their January additions they seem weaker than the opposition whenever ive seen them play. They’ve lost their last 4 in all competitions.
Millwall in comparison, are overpriced here at 19-10 with Ladbrokes. They have indeed lost 3 of their last 5, but the last 2 were against Burnley and Reading, and they held Sheff Wed to a draw and beat Ipswich in Olly’s second game in charge. They look rejuvenated, and given the managers track record in the second half of the season, im backing them to take all 3 points.
NAP – Millwall 19-10
Bonkers bet – DJ Campbell to score first and Millwall to win 10-1
Apologies for the shoddy write up, running out of time. Loving the SS but expecting a low scoring game. Norwich have been keeping it tight recently but expecting momentum to see West Ham through. All over the TT as well.
Other picks I like:
Watford 5-6
Atletico v Real BTTS 4-6
Carlisle to Win and Over 2.5 goals 3-1
Good luck everyone
Andrew
Alex I got lucky with that 1. Forgot it was an earlier kick-off, got KC at 9/4 double chance before the equaliser. I’m sure your Carlisle will be a winner!
My bets tonight:
Benfica-Sporting
Half Time Score- DRAW

where are all the goals?? :)
Orient pull 1 back just before ht :)
Why does bet365 offer a cashout and when you click it, it says ‘sorry, this bet cant be cashed out’ ?!
Bet Your Bottom Dollar, not all markets can be cashed out and they often take it away on markets that have had it. This is quite new to bet365 and they either restrict take or take it away all together.
just keep trying to cash out BYBD, it’ll work eventually. if they took off markets it wouldn’t appear but refreshing page helps, happened to me a few times
Let’s hope it bites them in the ass. Only need Lille and Orient to score 2 each!
Holy shit!!
Got Madrid + Chelsea to win both halves.
25/1 £20
COME ONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!
£10-£1000 challenge
Bet 7 in £47.21
Surely Real will get another. Athletico only need 6 goals to win!
How do I cover the bet?
Footballers aren’t use to playing at night. That’s a
fact. It’s a different shift for them to what their use to. Best bets in bad weather and at night as ive stated before are half
time draws . Er, my went
down by the way. Only by one goal mind scored by Bristol R. Would have had 4/4
Well duh my 8/1 looks good so far

HiMr F – my last two posts keep saying awaiting moderation preview…whys this happening now
InterYerNan, no idea.
YOU LEGENNNNNNDNNNNNNNNNNNNNDSSSSSS!
WE ARE STAYING UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
:D :D :D PERFECT NIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have a question if anyone can help, for my lucky 15 of correct results on bet365, with the villa game ending 0-0 does the bore draw promotion affect the bet?
Cuttothejase, I’m not sure – might just be singles.
Mr F – that’s what I was thinking, I’ll wait and see. I managed to get the west ham score right and if chelsea win 2-0 that’ll give me 2 results from the lucky 15, but it’s looking too late on for that. Thanks for the super single, it helped me when deciding the score :)
Phew…. They left it late but came through in the end. I did think it would be tight last night but that was squeaky bum stuff. Good win lads :-)
Condradulations!! I’m retiring from write ups :) Looks like the advice about strikers leaving was spot on as 9 shots off target resulted in 1-1
West Ham SS.On the money MrF :-))
Watched Lille score a last minute own goal from a free kick.
VALUE TREBLE WINS!!
West ham 21/20..won last 2 lg games and havent conceded in last 3 including away to Chelsea.
Southampton 7/5..unbeaten in last 7 all comps, scoring at least twice in last 4 lg games
Nott’m Forest 6/4..unbeaten in last 15 all comps
£10 returns £123.00 Nice returns for any that seen it this morning :)
Oh, as soon as I submit the comment it’s 1-1, screwed over my double of winners to nil as well :(
Cuttothejase, Super Single was a toss-up between West Ham and Chelsea to win to nil so happy I went with the Hammers. Needed that to end the poor run on Super Singles – doubled it with my racing nap but wouldn’t have advised that for anyone. Let’s hope for 2 in a row tomorrow – need to decide between Arsenal, Stoke and Spurs. Arsenal are the favourites at the moment.
Sean.
Followed your treble. Nice one. Keep them coming please
I don’t know what happened to my comment there, but here goes again.
An absolute horror show from myself as detailed below:
Millwall – Lost
DJ Campbell to score first and Millwall to win – Lost
Watford – Won
Atletico v Real BTTS – Lost
Carlisle to Win and Over 2.5 Goals – Lost
Im going to keep plugging away but please ignore my award-winningly bad tips!
Fortunately, Mr F managed to double my money with West Ham. I managed to recoup most of my losses on the corner markets. A big congratulations to thechief as always, and cheers to Greg for this mornings tips. Sean, I know you don’t like being called a tipster but well done mate, an awesome treble. Usually look out for your posts so don’t know how I missed that one.
Andrew
P.S. A lovely SS, hopefully that’ll shut up the idiots!
Hmmm, awaiting moderation again. Cheers for West Ham though Mr F, hope everyone made a profit :)
Turns out it does count as a void so I made a small profit even with just one correct score, had chelsea won to nil i’d have had a nice win but theres always tomorrow.
The 4 fold that I posted did win though and that was a decent price, all in all a decent day and I hope tomorrow liverpool demolish fulham!
Chelsea you done it again
Nice work with the West Ham SS tonight, Mr F, on a tough night indeed. Great shout.
Hats off to anyone who got any kind of acca up. I was not one of them. ;-)
I actually laughed out loud. Neither was I, in any way, shape or form! But I did get Chelsea no clean sheet, as part of a losing acca HA!
totaly scunnered with tonights bets for me 6 bets 6 losses.
Got lucky today with an accumulator:
Southampton
N. Forrest
Real Madrid
Luton
Burnley
paid out at 76/1 but staked a very low amount but a wins a win i guess..
well done on the super single Mr Fixit was on it as always
Well Mr F, Re: Chelsea @ the Hawthornes, I dont want to say I told you so,,, but…………
Cheers Andrew mate and Interyernan, must of missed ur earlier post by seconds. A ings goal would have brought up another 3 bets, but I will take the Burnley & Madrid win and of course the Super Single, wonder if Messi will be evens tomorrow :)
Going to get my racing cap on now, and try and pick a nap. Day 1 was a non runner and day 2 lost, and it costs too much to bribe Raaljaca :)
Tuesday round up:
After two days of being one goal away from landing my BTTS ACCA today was a shocker with only 1 of 5 coming in – and that was my bet on both teams NOT to score! With the awful English weather I should’ve known it wasn’t a night for goals.
On the plus side my BET OF INTEREST brought home the bacon making it 3 of 4 so far this week. Roll on tomorrow!
Cheers Andrew mate and Interyernan, must of missed your earlier post by seconds. A ings goal would have brought up another 3 bets, but I will take a Burnley & Madrid win and of course the Super Single, wonder if Messi will be evens tomorrow :)
Going to get my racing cap on now and try pick a NAP. Day 1 was a non runner and day 2 lost, and it costs too much to bribe Raaljaca :)
That was my decision on Chelsea, they have had a good run, but I dint expect them to win, I gave them a draw which counted indeed though I failed the Aston villa win , , Leyton was also disappointing.but atleast Salisbury, port vale and Northampton made a good odd.
Catch you tomorrow guys.
Two teams I never usually bet against are southhampton and west brom
Bored of football betting now.

On a night with a bit of a goal drought I ended up just being one goal short for my btts bet. Also with the scottish u20s over 2.5 treble all but one game went overs and that one was on the treble! It looked like of the 7 games being played to be in the top three but just one of those nights!
On a brighter note the challenge is alive and well at around 48quid and Dunfermline u20s game went over 2.5 goals. 5 or 6 bets to go for the 500 mark. Would be nice to hit two I a week.
