I'VE already put up two Sunday Super Singles and here is Saturday's Super Single shortlist.
These are taken by looking at stats and form but I won't check team news until Friday.
Sunday's two picks are Liverpool -1 and Liverpool to score 3+ at Newcastle. Liverpool were superb against Southampton in the Capital One Cup quarter-final and their last three away games have been 3-1 at Chelsea, 4-1 at Man City and now 6-1 at Southampton.
Everyone's going to latch on to Jurgen Klopp's men and there are countless bets to consider. Now and again though when a team look too good they let everyone down. Newcastle have been rotten all season but managed a draw at home to Chelsea but the way Liverpool are playing and the options they have I can't see them slipping up.
Anyway that's for Sunday – here's my first thoughts for Saturday.
Super Single shortlist
Man Utd v WEST HAM dnb
Swansea v LEICESTER
WATFORD v Norwich
Leeds v HULL
BURNLEY v Preston
Bristol City v BLACKBURN
Chesterfield v WALSALL
Portsmouth v ACCRINGTON
PARTICK v Motherwell
Alloa v DUMBARTON
I’d leave West ham and Watford well alone.
Watched hammers against spurs. They were shocking. Man u to much for them. Norwich should have confidence after gooners draw. Which they could of Won. Norwich should gather points here.
Gl with whatever u go with!
Like the look of those above indeed 5 of the teams in are my 6 fold acca the other being Ayr. No probs about Watford here and that is only one bad game really for W.Ham. Sunderand could be worth a look at Arsenal on the DB but I would have to see teams for that regarding fitness of Sanchez and Defoe.Liverpool will defo get a lot of loot pied on them Sun. and rightly so.
Theres 2 i like the look of
ROTHERHAM v wolves 12/5
arsenal v SUNDERLAND +2 21/20
Rotherham have won their last 2 games 1-0 away at leeds and a 3-0 win at home to Bristol city and will fancy their chances of beating a wolves side with just 1 win in 8. That win was a 2-0 away win at b’ham and its the only 2 goals they’ve scored in their last 4 games. Rotherham also won the coresponding fixture last season 1-0 and at 12/5 ill have a nibble
Arsenal have huge injury concerns and even if the likes of Sanchez is fit will wenger risk him with a huge champions league game to come next weds.? Big Sam is beginning to stamp his mark on Sunderland and with 2 wins on the bounce a bit of belief is returning im sure he’ll have them well organised defensively so i like the look of +2 at 21/20
Gl all
Quite sure Mr F and Guru Browning will cook up something special this weekend!
West Ham?? Very much doubt that 1 Mr F,for starters United have won last 7 lg homes against those minnows, last time they were blowing bubbles at Old Trafford was 2007,United are undefeated at home this season {league} and only conceded 1 goal from 6 games,i realize you put them up on the back of the ‘Ammers displays away to top teams this season but theyve gone off the boil recently with no wins last 4 and winning just 1/5 aways all comps.United to win for me and very possibly to Nil which pays 11/8 Skybet although its not a market i tend to do very often.
Well thats me finished sticking my oar in and will no doubt be on the end of a verbal tongue lashing by your good self for dissing your pick ;)…anyhow on first reflection i have to say that Cloeraine look a huge price @ 11/5 to win away to a Linfield team that have gone into disarray since their manager left for pastures new a few weeks back and now sit in 4th after leading for a long period and are on the back of 4 consecutive defeats and just 1 win from last 5 homes,Coleraine sit in 2nd winning last 5 all comps,no defeats last 12 and winning 5/6 aways, only off putting thing is they are without a win from last 9 meetings but im quite willing to take them on the DNB available @ 6/5 with firms i use but 7/5 betvictor.
Good Luck with your picks.
**Coleraine**… Sorry
u2me413, it’s just a shortlist and it’s there for debate. West Ham missing a couple of key men so pretty sure it won’t be them. Probably 1-0 Man U.
