MY last Super Single of the month was a loser as was my final accumulator.
LA Galaxy's run of six wins ended with a 1-1 draw at Seattle Sounders. The Super Singles total ended with a 1pt profit but the accumulators showed a heavy loss and I lost count the number of times I was one out.
On Monday there's one French Ligue game – Amiens v Reims – and it could be the seventh 0-0 of the weekend?
There are matches in Scandinavia to look at including Valerenga v Molde as well as Wexford v St Pat's and Derry v Limerick in Ireland.
Elsewhere there's not too much to look at but I'm sure we'll see some decent tips from some of the regulars.
Having checked team news and stats I've decided to put up a 1pt treble. I'm starting with Craiova to beat ASA Mures and that's taken from Radu's write-up so check it out.
Add both to score at Orebro v Malmo and Valerenga v Molde. The h2h is against it at Valerenga and hasn't come up in the last six meetings but both sides have been scoring and conceding plenty in recent weeks.
In 70 per cent of Malmo away games there have been over 2.5 goals and both have score din the same number. Orebro have hit more than two goals scored in more than half of their home games but their form has dipped in recent weeks.

Think I have tipped Hibs more this season than I did in the whole of last season,
Some people might think I am biased but I always bet with my head, I was one of Hibs biggest critics last season and although I wasn’t sure about Lennon, I have to say we are far far better this season already,
Sunday’s game at Shrewsbury without Captain David Gray, McGeouch, Bartley and Fyvie, Hibs were just simply outstanding and that’s not from a Hibs fan but a football fan,
We made them look very poor in the first half, scoring two early goals then just playing with them,
Second half when Shrewsbury scored we just simply stepped up a gear, scored two more made some changes and it was just exhibition stuff after that where we could easily have scored 3 or 4 more,
With another goalkeeper on the way in Marciano and hopefully Henderson on a permanent deal I really can’t see anyone getting close to us this season.
You never know how well a team are playing till you see them for yourself but trust me when I say Hibs are different class
Hibernian 5/4 for the league looks a steal, with 25/1 for the League Cup and 33/1 for the Scottish FA Cup also well within our sights,
Forget about the small cup though, we aren’t interested in that.
But seriously if you want to make money this season just back Hibernian, week in week out whether it’s for a win, on the goals markets or corners markets you will win

What site do you use for stats and what stats if any do you look for in a game?
the ones i can name on site would be the usual ones (soccerway, flashscores etc) i usually have a good look in the morning, and pick out matches for the day but unless some bets come in quick i dont get to bet on others i had picked out, other than that its stats in play and if any red cards and a lot of luck at times.

i usually do the nap as mr f puts them up, but accums vary in stake to what mr f advises. gregs is usually €20 for each bet unless in his write up he is very confident then i will up it to 30 or 40. but i should state i have missed some of the bets from both greg and mrf earlier in the year that were winners so stats would be higher.

Mures is one of the weakest teams in Romania at present, although not very long time ago they were fighting for the title , the team is maintained artificially, it is not known from what money they survived , only from the TV rights is known , the things are ” so great” at the club, that they could not enroll foreign players that arrived at the club :D , so the team was filled with many juniors :)

Bit of a bitch day all round yesterday!
My early single on lifan +0.5 was a loser in some fashion losing 3-0 to bottom when all stats pointed to a close game, also fashionably downing £5 worth of big acca’s at the first hurdle!
My single on Mariehamn 0.0 AH @2.100 was £10 stake and cashed out on 35 mins for £8.33 profit therefore just covering my £7.50 losing stake on lifan
My rolling naps on day 2 produced profit but not the amount I was after, currently stands at £45.85 after 2 winners and 2 voids on my main bet of the day which is the benefit of AH’s, tried to boost this figure up to my targeted £80 on day 2 with a late AH on LA 0.0 which was again voided (luckily) as in fairness Seattle where far the better team!

Afternoon gents. July saw probably the ‘worst’ month I’ve had since posting my totals a good 16 months ago now, but with August starting it can only be good news with the football season kicking off very soon. It was a hit and miss weekend with a few of the bigger bets landing but a bad evening in the US last night saw a 17 point loss for July. August did start better with two of three tips winning which is a good way to start. Todays card is minor but I think there is value in two away sides goal times. Malmo in Sweden and Molde in Norway. Both teams have a good history of scoring goals at these venues and have the firepower to do so. Molde have been struggling in Norway this season and have just sold one of their top goalscorers to Basel. They have brought in out of favour Icelandic Siguardsson from Wolves who will add some firepower. Also worth noting Valerenga have sold their top goalscorer Brown to a Chinese side but still capable of a goal.
In Sweden, Orebro have a good home record this season but have conceded goals against the bigger teams. Malmo are one of if not the biggest in Sweden and don’t have any European hurdles this season so will be looking to hurdle Norrkoping themselves as they look to get back to the top of the Allsvenskan. A man you know I am fond of is Vidar Kjartansson and more than likely is a decent price to add to his tally. Once more I’m on the goal times though.

The home team have been poor this season but are unbeaten at home. The away side started off poor but have picked it up and won 3 of their last 5 games, including an away win against the current league leaders. The away side won the reverse fixture 2-0 at home and I fancy them to follow it up with an away win. ABC have also scored first in 5 of their last 5 games so I’m backing them to do the same here.

Small interest tomorrow morning where I go to Australia for the FFA Cup which involves the A-League sides for the first time. Melbourne City were a team I followed extensively last season and over the summer they have done a bit of business. For me they lost the best player in the A-League last season which was Aaron Mooy, who quite surprisingly was recalled by City and still he stays in Manchester. He had 20 assists last season and if they can’t replace him they’ll be in trouble. They have however added to their firepower up top with the signing of Tim Cahill. Perhaps one of the best Australian footballers in history will be a defensive nightmare if he and Bruno Fornaroli can form a partnership. Harry Novillo was also a loss in the summer. The winger had a lot of pace and contributed a lot to their goals last season. Their defence was bad enough last year, and despite finishing 4th overall, they actually conceded the third most amount of goals in the league. They haven’t done much additions at the back end with only a signing of an U21 defender for Adelaide. Melbourne scored 63 goals last year, 14 more than any other team. Mooy and Novillo were involved in 46 of them which is a huge loss of attacking force so I’ll be eager to see where they add.
Melbourne City have played one game since the 24th of April which was a friendly against Port Melbourne on the 20th of July. They will now be travelling across country to a side who are 4th in their domestic league and have had 17 games in the space of Melbourne’s last competitive fixture. They have the best home record in their league with only one defeat in nine and I think they can score here as they are much more match sharp. This isn’t a team who play defensive with 11 of their 18 league games seeing over 3.5 goals this season, which leads me to believe we could have a few here. Over 4.5 pays 5/4 with Marathon Bet and while I think that’s possible I prefer the idea of BTTS. Bookies giving Melbourne a bit too much respect in my opinion considering the very little football they have played over the past couple of months..

Well, after a complete white-out in Iceland the highlight of my night was watching a man fall into a parked car setting the alarm off then shouting at it to be quiet for a few minutes before spewing up over the bonnet…its never dull in Hull.
