WITH no bets on Wednesday and Thursday I've had a little more time for forward plan my Saturday tips.
I haven't put up a shortlist for a few weeks because it's been a busy time at the Daily Record – and the day job has to come first.
So let's your comments on these potential Super Singles. All these picks are at least evens but team news hasn't been checked and after it is some may be eliminated.
Super Single Shortlist
Bournemouth draw no bet v Man City
Spurs away to Liverpool
West Ham at home to Crystal Palace
Reading away to Bolton
Rotherham at home to Leeds
Rochdale at home to Doncaster
Wigan away to Shrewsbury
Accrington at home to Cambridge
St Mirren v Hibs both to score
Brechin at home to Stenhousemuir
I know it’s not on your shortlist but I think one to consider is Hartlepool at home to Mansfield – 9/5. We have been in great form since new manager Craig hignett took over unbeaten in 6 with 4 wins in that spell. He has guided us to safety and now thinks are only looking up. We are playing much better football winger Nathan Thomas coming into the team recently and he has caused most teams problems and been the key in our wins against Barnet, Dagenham, Wimbledon and leyton orient last week were no one gave us a chance with most people I saw backing orient. We were the better side against last week and were comfortable 2-0 winners away to playoff challengers and even had another good goal wrongly chalked off. Mansfield however have only won 1 in 9 league games with that win coming against bottom side Dagenham who pretty much everyone is beating home or away. They had a good result last week drawing 2-2 with Northampton although they were 2-0 up so confidence maybe knocked. Mansfield haven’t picked an away point up since early February and lost every away game to nil since then.
Hartlepool to win – 9/5 Stan James/ betway
dma9411, I agree with you on Hartlepool – were close to making the shortlist.
I’d leave the Spurs v Liverpool game well alone, who knows which of Klopp’s teams will turn up.
Always back Tottenham v Spurs!!!’
Lol a get ye fella. Its a tough one.
Goals id say but for a WDW…
TOTTENHAM Double chance 11/10 ! ?
West Ham
