Apr 4: Mr Fixit’s Top Tips

I LANDED a both teams to score winner for the third day running as the goals continued to flow.

After 11-2 and 5-1 trebles over the weekend I stuck up a double on games at Inter Milan and Celta Vigo and it landed fairly comfortably at 2-1.

Greg posted two tips on the St Truiden Reserves match and managed one winner.

There is a big card on Tuesday with top-flight games in England and Scotland – and I've previewed the Scots games separately – as well as Spain and Germany.

We also have a big Championship card and cup-ties across the Continent.

I've looked at team news, stats and form and having drawn up shortlists I've picked my selections. Main problem tonight is too much choice – too many teams who look good things. Let's hope I've picked the right one.

Teams on my shortlist included Leicester, Man United, Aston Villa, Brighton, Sheffield Wednesday, Wolves, Rochdale, Tranmere, York, Aberdeen, Athletic Bilbao, Atletico Madrid, Cologne, Roma and Monaco.

Obviously all of those won't win but two I feel really confident about are Leicester and Sheff Wed. Leicester have won five in a row under Craig Shakespeare and face a Sunderland side who are down in my eyes. Focus tonight will be on Davie Moyes after his “slap” threat to a female reporter and that won't help his team's cause.

For the Super Single I'm doubling Leicester up with Sheffield Wednesday who travel to a Rotherham side relegated at the weekend. The Owls will want to add to their near rivals' misery and also get back on track after two draws and two defeats has pushed them one point outside the play-offs.

My European treble starts with Roma at “home” to Lazio in the second leg of their Italian Cup semi-final. Lazio won the first tie 2-0 and this is a massive task for Roma but they have netted 2+ in their last five games and four of their previous six at home to Lazio.

Roma should give this a good go and attack their rivals and while I think they'll go close to qualifying best bet could be to score 2+.

Add Atletico Madrid at home to Sociedad as they bid to nail down third spot. Atletico have won four in a row and 10 at home and while Real are bidding for a Europa League spot they have collected just one point from three games.

It's third v first in the Bundesliga although Hoffenheim are playing simply to try to boost their Champions League hopes against runaway leaders Bayern. Both sides score goals and with keeper Manuel Neuer out Hoffenheim have a chance of netting against a tight defence.

My both to score treble starts with Wolves v Nottm Forest. Wolves's last three have brought up this market (all wins) while Forest have started the Mark Warburton era with two draws.

Add Barnsley v Cardiff which was 4-3 to the Welsh earlier in the season. Five of the Tykes' last six and all Cardiff's previous six have seen both score.

Complete with Werder Bremen v Schalke – although I was tempted by Borussia Dortmund v Hamburg. Revitalised Werder have netted 15 in six games including a thrilling 5-2 success at Freiburg at the weekend. Schalke haven't been as prolific but have netted in their last six and on their last six visits to Bremen (13 goals).

I've added an anytime goals treble featuring comeback man Zlatan Ibrahimovic and on-form pair Jamie Vardy and Anthony Modeste and a fivefold that must be backed with a bookie who refunds stakes for one wrong.
