USA play host to Brazil in Maryland days after making Scotland play like a bunch of girls.
Their 5-1 win didn't flatter the hosts but the Scots looked well off the pace and I can't imagine Brazil will be swept aside the same way.
The Brazilians, despite having a weakened squad, destroyed Denmark 3-1 at the weekend and with both teams full of confidence it should be a cracking contest. Firstly, I can see there being goals and over 2.75 pays 1-1 at bet365 and BetVictor.
Landon Donovan hit a hat-trick against the Scots and could be joined in the starting line-up byClint Dempsey who has recovered from a hamstring injury. Donovan is 11-1 at Paddy power to score first with Dempsey 8-1 with the same firm.

Picking a winner isn't easy but for sure Brazil look a tad short at 5-6 with Coral. The USA are 10-3 at William Hill and Paddy Power while the draw pays 14-5 with BetVictor. I'd consider the US plus one at 10-11 with Paddy Power and that keeps the draw on side.

George, I thought it was starting at midnight but that could be wrong. You usually get starting line-ups at least 30 minutes before kick-off.

Paul did you get the 72 page special from the racing post. It’s brilliant and full of in depth details on all teams. I did say I fancied Spain or Germany. I understand these two are the favs to win but I’m starting to warm to Germany.
Anyway my eyes nearly popped out my head when I seen an ad in the pullout for new telephone customers betting with Paddy Power. They are offering 9/1 for Germany to win which is a huge gamble they are taking. I had to take a double take. I’ve already got an account but my brother hasn’t :-). Maximum stake is £100. Can you find out Paul if they are offering treble the odds for all teams or just 9/1 on Germany. If they are offering this for all teams then I just might convince my mum and granny to open an account also if you catch my drift lol. 9/1 Germany and possibly 15/2 Spain, Holland 21/1 and France 36/1. Craig, that would be pretty much as expected without Dempsey and maybe Torres is in there instead. Looks like a game of goals and I’ll go with the over 2.75 at evens and Hulk or Neymar to score. Would have slightly favoured Brazil if USA hadn’t looked so good against Scotland.

Chris is this 9/1 PP Germany offer for real and still available? I don’t read the racing post but I will pick one up today for the pull out.
