England v Ukraine, Donetsk, Tuesday, 7.45pm, live on ITV1
Sweden v France, Kiev, Tuesday, 7.45pm, live on ITV4

ENGLAND unleash Wayne Rooney on the Euros tonight – so what will be his response?

Will he score, will he behave, will he last 90 minutes? You can have a bet on some or all of them as Roomania hits Rookraine.

Rooney has been grinning from the sidelines as his team-mates have been off winning points on the pitch.

And boosted by the return of the Man United striker I expect Roy Hodgson's men to beat Ukraine and take their place in the last eight.

Doubts were cast about England's chances of making the top two in Group D with Rooney banned for the first two games.

But players such as Danny Welbeck, Andy Carroll and Theo Walcott have stepped up to the plate and Hodgson's side have performed better than expected so far.

The 1-1 draw with France was the kind of display we've come to expect from Hodgson sides but the one against Sweden wasn't.

It was a thriller – the best second half of the tournament so far – and England ran out deserved 3-2 victors.

So all they need against co-hosts Ukraine tonight is a draw but they can beat a side who looked poor in their 2-0 defeat to France.

There is no doubt Rooney to score first at a best 11-2 with BetVictor, Coral and others will be the most popular punt – but will he hit the ground running?

After a couple of weeks on the sidelines he may need time to get going and is unlikely to last the whole game. Ladbrokes offer 7-2 Rooney is subbed and it's a fair chance. To score at any time he's 6-4 at bodog.

Rooney, sent off in his last international start against Montenegro, is 33-1 with bet365 to be red-carded again and 11-4 to be booked. And he's 4-1 at Ladbrokes to be named man of the match.

Rooney is likely to be partnered by Welbeck (15-2, Stan James) and he has to be worth a look after his strike against the Swedes. Welbeck is 4-6 at Ladbrokes to start at the expense of Andy Carroll (11-10).

And what about skipper Steven Gerrard who has yet to break his Euro 2012 duck but went close against the Swedes. He is 12-1 at unibet to break the deadlock and 9-2 at Betred to score at anytime.

The Three Lions have come out on top in three of the other four encounters – conceding two goals in the process – and Hodgson's men are 11-4 with the likes of Paddy Power and Skybet to win to nil.

Just to win England are a biggest 5-4 at Paddy Power with Ukraine (5-2, various) and the draw 9-4 at Ladbrokes.

In the other Group D France also need a draw but again I'm on them to beat a Sweden side already out of the tournament.

The French are 8-13 (various) with Sweden as big as 5-1 with Paddy Power, William Hill and others with the draw 14-5 (various).

Karim Benzema is 9-2 (BetVictor) favourite to score first but he's been setting them up so consider Arsenal new boy Olivier Giroud at 6-1 with Paddy Power.

To net at any time it's Benzema (6-4, Blue Square) and Giroud (2-1, Betfred).

Sweden have scored in their two games so far and can do so again so look at both to net at 10-11 with William Hill.

Rooney to be subbed
(7-2, Ladbrokes)

Gerrard to score
(9-2, Betfred)

Giroud to score
(2-1, Betfred)

Both to score France v Sweden
(10-11, William Hill)

  1. Craig Brogan 12 years ago

Mr fixit, I can’t find the Rooney to be subbed anywhere on the Ladbrokes website. They have Rooney specials but being subbed is not one, any steps for a hint. Cheers

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

Craig, they sent a list of Rooney specials to me in a press release and it was on it. However, they could have taken it down already. I’ll try to find out but heading off to the golf so it will be later on I’m afraid.

  2. Mr Chris Guy 12 years ago

Rooney to be subbed seems an interesting bet? Perhaps subbed for another striker or for a midfielder it defender. I can see a 1-0 victory tonight.

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

Chris, there are two ways to look at Rooney. Either he’ll be fresh and up to play 90 minutes or he’ll find it hard again, especially if it’s hot. Hodgson will have Carroll or Welbeck ready to come on and both have scored in the tournament so will be confident and looking for a run-out. Personally, if he plays I don’t see Rooney lasting 90 minutes or being allowed to last 90 minutes.

  3. Mr Chris Guy 12 years ago

Paul Wellbeck may be the best option and at 15/2 with paddy power who will refund if Rooney scores at anytime.

  4. Mr Chris Guy 12 years ago

Paul think I’ll also go with Giroud mate as Bluesquare refunding up to £50 if Benzema or Ribery score first. Can’t complain at that. Also how much would you risk on Rooney to be substituted? You’d have to think he won’t have full match fitness and if England are 1-0 or 2-0 up they may opt to take him off. Same if he gets booked. This could possibly be a warm up match for the quarter finals.

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

Chris, off to the golf where I’ll be thinking about England during shots. How sad is that. But won big on Italy (luckily) last night so have a good feeling about England and France. Will check the comments when I get back about 4pm.

  5. joe knotts 12 years ago

Enhanced double on 888. France and England @ 10/3!! This has to come down. Oddschecker showing best odds off 3.67 which is around 13/5 i think. Worth £30 anyway.

  6. Mr Chris Guy 12 years ago

Paul and Craig just spent a bit of time on the phone to them re Rooney bet. They insisted there never was such a bet. I asked them to dig a little deeper they said it was a mistake in the website so it was taken down early this morning but I could have the bet at 9/4 if I wanted. What will Rooney do first may be worth a shout though at 7/1 for him to be subbed first.

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

Chris, back from the golf so a few comments to catch up with. I’ll certainly have a word with my Paddy Power contact and I’ll see why Ladbrokes put out that 7-2 by mistake. To be honest the price looked too good to be true.

  7. Mr Chris Guy 12 years ago

Joes France and England double sounding good

  8. joe knotts 12 years ago

I know u like ur goalscorer bets chris and i’ll be looking to see what u post during the day but 10/3 is tasty!

  9. joe knotts 12 years ago

What u thinking anyway? Ive backed benzema last two games but u think he could come good like ronaldo? Unsure about england but looking at pauls tip of gerard. England arent best side but they do have goals throughout the team.

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

Joe, you have to think Benzema will come good. But he hasn’t really looked like scoring despite playing quite well.

  10. Mr Chris Guy 12 years ago

£60 on first goal at 15/2 refunded if Rooney scores anytime. I believe Wellbeck will start so I’ll take the price the now.

£20 on 1-0 England @ 8/1 with hills. Tote have cut 1-0 to as short as 9/2!!

  11. Mr Chris Guy 12 years ago

Because England can go through with the draw I really believe they will sit back on 1-0

  12. Alex walker 12 years ago

Going to do 20pound double on rooney and benzema at 5to1 and 4to1. The frenchman due a goal. And the englishman will be out to show what they have missed! Good luck everyone!

  13. Mr Chris Guy 12 years ago

Alex and Joe think I’ll go with with Bezema too if Giroud not playing. Giroud is not in the probable team line up on Eurosport. If you back Giroud then money back with Bluesq if Benzema or Ribery scores first. Even if I’m backing Benzema I’ll be using Bluesq as they will refund if Ribery scores first.

  14. Craig Brogan 12 years ago

Thanks for that Chris. I would’ve been all over it at 7/2.
Early one for me for Friday:
Germany -1 against Greece ( missing influential captain Karagounis) 21/20 StanJ

  15. Mr Chris Guy 12 years ago

If you thought 10/3 was good Joe you best be quick to snap up the 4/1 on offer cos I’m pretty certain it wont last long. I was going to put £100 on it but think I’ll just go £50. Below is the direct link incase anyone finds it difficult to find the bet.

  16. joe knotts 12 years ago

Dammit chris i already took 10/3 as thot it would go. 4/1 is a huge price and think anyone who isnt already on it has to take it at that. A wee thot if u fancy benzema but not first – hes 4/1 to be france top scorer with only 1 to beat and at least one more game after tonight with a good chance of at least two games. Rooney 7/1 also with one to beat but remember not scored a goal in a tourney since 2004.

  17. Mr Chris Guy 12 years ago

Paul absolutely raging, fuming pissed off. Please speak to your contact at Paddy Power as the way they are treating me as a customer of 9 years is nothing short of disgraceful. Absolutely pathetic excuse for a bookies. Lost a fair but of money with them over the past few weeks. Large stakes £100 on first goalscorers, £59 on last goalscorers etc etc.

This morning I place £60 on a first Goalscorer with them which was fine. I then noticed Joe’s comments about the double and I realised Paddy Power had the same enhanced double at 4/1. I tried to place a £50 bet with them and message came on my screen saying maximum stake allowed for this bet was £1.81. Seriously who is taking the piss here. £1.81 stake in a 4/1 shot. I fell so let down by Paddy Power. They used to be my fav but I’m starting to believe they are a sad pathetic excuse for a bookmaker. Absolutely shambolic behaviour. They can get stuffed in my opinion.

Makes them look small fish. First of all they tried to say the bet has net it’s liability but when I told them other friends etc have out it on they told me I was restricted. Asked for a reason, did they give me one? Did they feck. Usual nonsense from them ie accounts can be restricted for any individual on any market and no need to give a reason.

Absolutely raging Paul and I want them to be given bad publicity over this. Treating me like this is well out of order. Hope everyone backs it at 4/1 and I hope they get stuffed.

Nobody cares at Paddy Power, customer loyalty my arse!!!!!!!!

  18. Alex walker 12 years ago

What do you think of this treble guys. France and england both to win. Portugal to win both halves . And germany minus 1. 4to1 10to3 and evs!

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

Alex, I think France and England will win. Portugal to win both halves is a tough ask but Germany should win by two or more.

  19. John Henderson 12 years ago

Chris Guy that is what bookies do take your cash and make rules up to suit themselves i would take your custom elsewhere mate poor show Paddypower.

  20. Mr Chris Guy 12 years ago

Yeah I know John but restricting me to £1.81 on a 4/1 shot. You must be having a giraffe.

  21. Mr Chris Guy 12 years ago

Testricting my winnings to £7.24 wtf man. Paul I sent you a copy of the betting slip online. Absolutely shameful from what I consider one of the more customer friendly bookies, or so I thought but boy was I wrong. Hope my £60 on Wellbeck comes up and I’ll gladly withdraw all the funds from my account, never to bet with them again. No point closing the account I’ll just leave it open and they will be able to see I’m not betting.

  22. joe knotts 12 years ago

Ffs chris the amount u put on in bets i thot they wuda given u VIP status!!

  23. Andy W 12 years ago

Lol @ Joe, I wish Paddy Power would do that to me! Would of saved me a fortune!

I do all my bets instore now, means I won’t risk not being able to pay my bills!

Tough one to call tonight, I’ve bet against england in all friendlys and games so far (if we win am happy, if we lose I’m quids up!). But may change that for Ukraine.

  24. Mr Chris Guy 12 years ago

Yeah Joe they are scum and hopefully Paul can speak to his contact. If you think I’m angry the now just wait until the bet comes up.

  25. Mr Chris Guy 12 years ago

I’m beginning to think 9/2 for Gerrard to score anytime is rather generous

    • Tommo 12 years ago

I agree there with that price Chris! Who would be the penalty taker IF England were to get one, Rooney or Gerrard??

  26. Alex walker 12 years ago

ashley young would take the pens! Gerrard missed the last one he took for liverpool. Carling cup final. Nae body fancy my treble?

  27. eddy 12 years ago

mrfixit whats your thoughts on 2 large bets on france and england, also thinking about england ht/ft and france ht/ft.

  28. Marc Currie 12 years ago

I’ve taken the France England double and also Gerrard to score first which is refunded if Rooney scores anytime. The same double was successful in the last round of matches so lets hope so again. Think both teams will be out to win in order to avoid Spain in the quarters.

Another terrific night of betting last night, absolutely everything I covered came up inc the Spain/Italy to win to nil double which paid out well. And others inc the straight win double, Italy -1 etc. Taken my pure profit to just under 2k on the individual match bets alone since the start of the euros. And that was started with a mere 100 on Russia on day 1 and I’ve added nothing since. Also still to add on my ante post betting to that figure aswell. Got a wad on France to win group D and also a my main bet of the tournament, Germany to reach the semi’s, still to come hopefully.

    • Alan 12 years ago

      Hi Marc

As you’ve been very successful with your betting ; would you mind sharing the rest of your tips for euro 2012 with the rest of us.

Eg quarter final , semi final , final matches.

Personally it would be greatly appreciated as I’d gladly accept all the help I can get in beating the bookies.

After all that is what we are all looking to do.

  29. joe knotts 12 years ago

I think France will win with a bit to spare tonight and i do fancy england. I hope they score before the hour mark tho as after that i can see them falling deeper. Think if redknapp was in charge he would go for goals to win group but hodgson is more pragmatic and may just concentrate on qualifying first and worry about spain tomorrow. I would like to see him drop johnson as milner spends half his time covering for him when he goes on one of his ,mostly ineffectual, runs forward. Playing a better defender like phil jones at right back would allow him to start with walcott on right wing giving u very tasty and pacy attackers in walcott young rooney and wellbeck! Gerard and milner could shore up the defence when needed. Whatever england play i think it should be enough to beat ukraine who were shown up as an average side by french.

  30. joe knotts 12 years ago

Nice one on your bets marc i had same double and same again tonight hopefully! :)

  31. Danny 12 years ago

dont know why fingers not clicking bet now england usually fail when it comes down to it bad feeling about them

  32. joe knotts 12 years ago

Dunno about paddy powers 4/1 but 888’s 10/3 is into 5/2 already!! Must be power of money going on it. Think bookies will get a spanking if the double comes up!!

  33. Mr Chris Guy 12 years ago

Telling you my day has just gone from bad to worse. Tried to place £100 on Gerrard first goal at 9/2 for over an hour. Didn’t let me. Phoned them up and they tell me the usual crap log out, refresh, delete cookies, make sure your conmputet is switched on at the plug, make sure you have an Internet connection, blah blah blah. Turns out they cut the price. Angry as they wouldn’t honour the 9/2 but had to place the bet cos I would have been over more angrier if I hadn’t taken the 4/1 and it comes up. Not a very good day to be honest!

  34. joe knotts 12 years ago

Along with the france england double i took benzema fgs @ 9/2. Hopefully third time lucky with him! No more bets unless i see something i fancy in play. Cant settle on an england fgs, i expect them to score but theyve already had 4 different scorers and now got rooney in the mix. Hope gerard comes in for u chris and good luck to everyone tonight :)

  35. Mr Chris Guy 12 years ago

Yeah Joe good luck to you too and everyone else. Like you I might go with Benzema. Had him the other 2 games

  36. Danny 12 years ago

stuck france on to win both halves 4/1

  37. Mr Chris Guy 12 years ago

Paul did you go with inter Turku bet

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

Nah, I’ve been at the golf all day so just back. Trying to catch up with the site and to be honest I’ve solely been looking at Euro 2012 so probably stick with the two games tonight.

  38. Mr Chris Guy 12 years ago

Tried to place £80 on inter Turku to win both halves at 15/8. Maximum bet allowed. Tried to place a further £80 on inter Turku to be winning after 20 mins @ 15/8. Maximum stake £2.37. Managed to get £120 on ht ft inter Turku at 5/6. I’m starting to enjoy this game Paddy. It’s like a race against time to find a bet they will accept lol lol lol lol :-)

  39. Mr Chris Guy 12 years ago

Oh that’s a shame paddy power would have had £80 off me already if they had accepted my bet

  40. Peter Brown 12 years ago

Going with benzema tonight 3rd time lucky he is due a goal and am taking rooney! He will be raring to go I think! Singles and Doublre double tonight! Good luck

  41. Craig Brogan 12 years ago

Stan James offering 11/1 for Rooney to score, be booked and to be subbed. Not bad if u think he will score.

  42. craig alves 12 years ago

2 scorecasts for tonight as im rooked til Friday

    rooney 3-1 eng 60/1
    benzema 3-1 fra 45/1

  43. Alex walker 12 years ago

chris you must have money to burn mate. 120 on a game in finland! Mental or what! Unless you are so up to date with Finnish footy!

  44. Mr Chris Guy 12 years ago

Nah someone tipped it. Not a good tip

  45. Mr Chris Guy 12 years ago

Gone £120 Wellbeck first, £100 Rooney first both with Paddy. Also got £100 Gerrard anytime at 4/1 and £15 first at 10/1 and £15 last at 10/1. Got £50 to go on Giroud but if he does not start its going on Benzema.

  46. Mr Chris Guy 12 years ago

If no winners tonight I’ll see you guys again on 15th July.

  47. James Coyle 12 years ago

Good luck to everyone on a night that I’m dubbing Forecast Tuesday. Before the tournament kicked off I weighed in on the Dual Forecast market of France/England qualifying which was 15/8 with Paddy Power. This was my strongest and most fancied bet of the tournament and I piled on accordingly so I’m in a good position. I also placed an acca last night on Italy, Spain, England and France so hopefully that comes in too. As long as my Dual Forecast bet comes up I will be quids in. Best of luck folks.

  48. Andy 12 years ago

Thought you weren’t going to bet with paddy power again?…lasted about 3 hours lol

  49. Danny 12 years ago

    johnson terry lescott cole

    milner gerrard parker young

    rooney welbeck

  50. chico lemu 12 years ago

    Euro 2012 competition. Group D

    England to win
    England to win 2-1
    Rooney to score first
    Welbeck to score last
    Over 2.5 goals

Sorry I’m posting again..I didn’t see it appear on the page
Thanks Mr Fixit for the competition whatever the outcome and good luck to Andy..

  51. Mr Chris Guy 12 years ago

Andy had £310 sitting in my paddy power account since last night. I jumped into William hill whilst out getting dinner and tried to place £100 on the Rooney Special. It has been cut to 5/2. Big enhancement from 11/5 eh, shockarooney

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

Chris, good luck to you and everyone for tonight’s games. I’m off to the pub to watch the first half at least.

Have spoken to Paddy Power and they’re going to look at all your comments and get back to me. Ladbrokes also talking to me tomorrow about the Rooney to be subbed bet.

  52. Mr Chris Guy 12 years ago

    Lk Paul, thanks

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

Chris and everyone else. If you tries to have a bet on Rooney to be subbed and didn’t get it one can you please email me the details to mrfixit@dailyrecord.co.uk. Ladbrokes are looking into this and may compensate anyone who was wrongly refused a bet.

  53. Danny 12 years ago

french frogs wasted me already mugs

  54. craig alves 12 years ago

toivonan 18/1 nxt gl scorer at bet365 looks huge, can see sweden gettin a draw at least here, france bn poor goin forward

  55. Mr Chris Guy 12 years ago

“England need to get to the break”. Pretty much sums up England’s performance. England playing very poor, looks like they want to play out a draw. Ukraine looking more likely to score, ripping England apart down the right wing every time they get the ball. Can see this being another disastrous night to end a disastrous day.

  56. Mr Chris Guy 12 years ago

Rooney 8/1 to score next goal with Bet365. Very tempting but I already have £100 on him

  57. Joe Knotts 12 years ago

Think sometimes we all listen to the hype too much and get sucked in. Only half time tho. As i said before i hope england get a breakthru before 60-70 mins or they could fall very deep. Still confident France will do the damage. Fingers crossed.

  58. Peter Brown 12 years ago

    Yes Rooney!!! C’mon benzema now!

  59. pedro 12 years ago

This time the hype was to be believed though!

  60. Mr Chris Guy 12 years ago

Get in there Rooney!!!! Couldn’t see a goal coming but I’ll take it all the same. Wise decision of me putting £100 on Wellbeck and £100 on Rooney. £600 back for Rooney and my £100 returned from my Wellbeck bet as all bets refunded if Rooney scores anytime. Hurting paddy power aren’t you. Wait and see my account will be closed tomorrow. All I need now is Benzema and then Gerrard to score anytime. Come on Gerrard!!!!

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

Chris, I still need Rooney to be subbed as that’s my one big bet on top of England and France singles. Hopefully he’ll tire and Hodgson will try to protect what he has.

  61. Mr Chris Guy 12 years ago

Bet365 must be hurting with the ray winstone 8/1 on Rooney at half time.

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

Chris, I left the boozer at half-time and missed it. What an offer. I’m going to text my contact at bet365 and see what his reaction is.

  62. Mr Chris Guy 12 years ago

    Deary me, France very poor

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

Chris and others, I’ve had a one word reply from bet365. There’s a tenner free bet to first person who can guess what it was.

  63. joe knotts 12 years ago

Stunning goal from big zlatan. Gonna mess my double up but what a strike!

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

Yeah not good but surely that will make France wake up now.

  64. david paterson 12 years ago

Why is there a an extra official behind the goal, aint seen one of them make a decent call yet, UKRAINE have been robbed of a goal.
Can ukraine go through if they draw with england france get beat?

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

David, if Ukraine draw and France lose the French go through because they beat Ukraine.

  65. David moore 12 years ago

Here comes the subs. I can him getting took off like. 2 early yet tho.

  66. david paterson 12 years ago

Big shev next goal 12/1 Befred

  67. David moore 12 years ago

I guess they said. Stupidy lol or gutted

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

      David, sorry that’s not it.

  68. david paterson 12 years ago

Cheers for clearing that up Paul

Did you win on the Rooney sub?

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

David, yeah got that up but at what price I don’t know. Will find out tomorrow when I hit the shop. Hodgson left me sweating for 86 minutes though.

  69. joe knotts 12 years ago

  73. Paulo 12 years ago

Can’t see England getting any further, a tad lucky tonight. Thought i was watching Greece lol

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

Paul, they were lucky tonight especially with the goal that was ruled out. However, they are hard to beat and at the moment I’d say their chances of beating Italy are 50-50.

  74. David moore 12 years ago

  75. Mr Chris Guy 12 years ago

  78. Mr Chris Guy 12 years ago

Good to see the bookies getting a good tanking! Think of the people that had Rooney first and last and Rooney anytime and England to win with Rooney scoring at 4/1. Again another bet I would have out on but the cowards backtracked on their enhanced special and cut it to 5/2 which is marginally better than 11/5

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

Chris, Rooney was their worst nightmare. I had a small wager (just in case) but as I expected he looked rusty and I was relieved when he was taken off. Interesting to see what Ladbrokes say about the sub bet tomorrow. I’ll post their response when I get it.

  79. Alex walker 12 years ago

Nope, 12 minutes to find a winner.

  87. Andy W 12 years ago

  88. Mr Chris Guy 12 years ago

Don’t know I give up. Raging about the sub bet though.

With hills 4/1 offer I wouldn’t be surprised if the bookies have lost all their profits from the previous games with that. There must have been some amount of money on it for them to cut an advertised special although I still believe they shouldn’t have, regardless of the amount staked. All that does is give them bad publicity.

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

Chris, the one word used by my old pal Steve Freeth at bet365 was Shit! Simple as that. However, I’m sure he’s delighted to pay out and see England through. By the way weight of money will always reduce a price because the decision to cut is taken by traders not PR men.

  89. Badham 12 years ago

Honest honestly I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. None of u are English! Just waiting for us to fail.

Badhsm just like Danny I don’t care as long as I win money. I really couldnt bare the thought of England winning to be honest, you guys have still not stopped talking about 66. I can’t endure any further pain. Nothing against England, just the English media

Well lads what are we going to do today? No footy for the first day in ages! My semi finalists are portugal germany spain and with the luck they are having am affraid england!

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

Alex, you could come round and cut my grass then I could nip off for a game of golf. I’m having a day off betting, apart from a couple of golf punts later on, and saving my dosh for what should be a Germany win against Greece.

Alex I know I’m bored out my tree with no football although I’m doing a 18hr shift today so not much time to think about footy. After getting my £310 down to £100 last night I fired the £100 on Rooney first at 5/1 giving me £600 back. I played some online roulette and got my balance to £950 then collected so well happy.

Well done chris. Glad you are getting a wee return on your cash! Fancya wincast double on ronaldo and gomez both to score and portugal and germany both to win! 15to8 and 5to4!

Soory am to far away to come and cut your grass! Getting to the tasty part of the euros now and money to be won i think on the big hitters! Cant see any problems for portugal germany spain but england v italy is a hard one to call! Enjoy your day off!

Alex, totally agree with you on the quarter-finals. England v Italy might be one of those famous penalty shoot-outs. Working at the Record tonight unfortunately so will do the grass after checking the latest Super Singles.

    Working from 2pm until 8am :-(

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

Chris, that’s a hell of a shift. I’m on to 1am which is bad enough.

  99. Gary 12 years ago

Tip I received was Osters HT/FT @ 7/5. Wee fun bet on just to keep me going.

Got on England at 6/5 last night so I’m pretty happy with my overall Euros performance so far. Would have been even better if Russia had given us a performance!

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

Gary, it’s been a pretty mixed bag so far but hopefully punters are up. I’ve done OK generally and brilliantly on backing against Ireland on a variety or markets in their last two games.

Ive lost about £500 on Benzema alone. Also lost a few quid on Gomez and RVP

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

Chris, at 4-1 or 5-1 to one you only need one winner in four or five to break even. My best bets were on Pirlo, Torres and Carroll with my biggest loser on Lewandowski against the Czechs.
PS. How many ops will you manage on that long shift?

  101. craig alves 12 years ago

gutted missed out on osters, only 8/15 to win but -1 would’ve bn awrite, stuck £1 on 3-1 but they ended up winnin 4-1

  102. Mr Chris Guy 12 years ago

    How many ops?

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

You’re a doctor remember. Will email you response to Rooney sub bet later but no word from Paddy Power yet. The guy I deal with is leaving next week so might be snowed under finalising things.

  103. Mr Chris Guy 12 years ago

No more than 3 operations allowed in 24 hrs mate.
