IT wasn't a bad Saturday but it could have been better.
My Super Single was a 6-4 winner thanks to Luton and a 4-1 English both to score treble landed for an 8pts profit which was the highlight of the day.
Juventus were a goal short for the Top Treble, Man City's two missed penalties beat the homes, the aways weren't close and neither was the Scottish goals treble. Overall it was a 5pts profit so I can't complain too much.
Star of the show was Desmond who for the third time this season was a goal short of landing a full house – this time paying 67-1.
His main 2+ goals double won at 7-2 as did his both to score double at 6-4. Morecambe's late missed penalty beat the over 2.5 goals treble and sevenfold.
Scott Allot was also a goal short of a full house but was consoled as his European treble came up.
Greg's nap was Derby so well done there and he advised a Kilmarnock goal before 80 minutes at 10-11. He'd have been happy with the bet but disappointed with the St Johnstone result.
Missed penalties also cost Jordan with Monchengladbach fluffing two attempts and Crystal Palace one.
So we move to a busy Sunday that included Middlesbrough v Watford and Southampton v Burnley in the Premier League and Huddersfield v Sheffield Wednesday in the Championship.
There is action all across Europe but none of the big guns are in action ahead of Champions League games on Tuesday and Wednesday.
On my radar for goals were matches including Twente v PEC, Villarreal v Celta Vigo, Wolfsburg v Red Bull Leipzig, Inter v Cagliari, Middlesbrough v Watford and Brann v Lillestrom. My btts treble is likely to come from that lot.
As far as WDW goes teams I like include Fiorentina at home to Atlanta, Genoa at home to Empoli and Lazio at home to Bologna as well as Sassuolo at home to Crotone. I also fancy Mainz at home to Darmstadt, St Etienne at home to Dijon and Ajax at Den Haag.
I've whittled the Top Treble down to Sassuolo, Mainz and St Etienne. Hopefully that lands and you could add Genoa and Ajax for a fivefold and back it with a firm that offers stake back for one wrong. The fivefold pays 11-1 at Marathonbet.
Sassuolo are strong at home and face a side that's lost all four away and is on a run of five defeats in six. Mainz are without a home win but face a Darmstadt side that's lost all three away games, scoring none and conceding nine.
St Etienne have won three and drawn one at home while Dijon are another side rubbish on the road with no points. Make fine mustard though!
For the Super Single I'm going for a Dutch Double – Ajax and Feyenoord at NEC. Feyenoord have won eight out of eight in the league and Ajax sit second five points behind with a 100 per cent away record.

First game of the season and the NZ games were a great stomping ground for goals last year with the NZ Youth league being by far and away my most profitable and consistent games for goals I have ever come across.
This first installment has lots of promise and let’s hope the season carries on where the last one left off…

The last 3 times these two met (all within 18 months) resulted in some pretty emphatic scorelines: 5-0, 4-1, 5-1 – all victories for Auckland City.
Goals are prominent throughout the league as mentioned before and AC’s last 6 games (all wins) saw 3-6-4-3-4-6 match goals.
Waitakere love a goal too but unfortunately for them, it’s usually their own keeper watching it fly into his own net. In the last 6 games there has been: 3-4-6-6-6-5 match goals!
Quite a few selections that are worth a look so pick and choose and adjust stake accordingly if you are having a go.
For the record, I honestly think these prices are too big and will be (hopefully) making the most of them before they are cut as the season moves on. I’ve opted for some bigger prices but step down each one for reduced risk and still cracking value.

At one point it looked oh so close to the 5-fold. Young Boys got their currently typical 0-0 away from home, but with Cardiff Met going goal mad and netting two more goals in the final minutes the longer shot was sunk.
